From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the warmth and kindness of the staff. The service was professional, attentive, and friendly, creating a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is simply remarkable. The dishes are prepared with great finesse, showcasing fresh, local produce. Each plate offers a beautiful balance of flavors, elegant presentation, and a creativity that reflects true culinary expertise. We particularly appreciated the perfect cooking and the generous portions. The restaurant's ambiance further enhances the experience: elegant, soothing, and perfectly suited for a relaxed meal or a business lunch. 09/12/2025: Discovered the restaurant during an overnight stay. The soft-boiled eggs were excellent. The sea bass was cooked to perfection, with perfectly cooked vegetables and a subtly flavorful sauce. The service was quick and very professional. In short, a wonderful experience.

22/01/2026: Fourth visit, and while they've changed the menu, everything else has changed too, and not for the better. Order a charcuterie item from the menu, and you get three slices of andouille sausage and three of salami. The sauerkraut on the menu is a disaster: cabbage with bacon, two sausages, and one potato (not very regional at all). As for the bread on the menu, it's simply leftover unfinished rolls from the regular menu. And the restrooms at the end of service are as clean as the dining room.

15/02/2026: The dishes were delicious and generous. I was disappointed by my crème brûlée, which came straight from the fridge; the caramelized sugar, which should have been crunchy, wasn't. Regarding the wine service by the glass, while you're supposed to bring the bottle to fill the glass, it arrived already filled. You just have to trust them... We were disappointed by our aperitif, which was called a spritz but had nothing to do with the Italian aperitif. There was nothing to nibble on with it, except for two measly pieces of crepe to share, served at the end of our meal! No tablecloth or placemat, just two place settings with a paper napkin. For the price, we expected better.

21/12/2025: Dining at Jean Michel Couron's restaurant is an experience not to be missed. The dishes are exquisitely refined, the pairings of spices and wine are perfectly balanced. We go there every year for our anniversary and we are never disappointed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the decor chic and elegant without being obsequious. A must-try.

03/03/2026: I ordered takeout: four pork spring rolls and shrimp stir-fried noodles. The spring rolls weren't crispy. The noodles were overcooked, had no shrimp, and tasted awfully oily; I had to throw them away. I'm very disappointed.
