05/04/2024: THE tested and approved Basque cake!!! with delicious dough!! a little crispy and slightly salty: - version with black cherry jam: great! little sweet, - custard version (the great Basque classic): to try when I return to Brittany ;) - original citrus version with bitter orange cream: a marvel! very smooth with a little touch of light citrus on the finish. Smiling and pleasant service! A very pleasant exchange with one of their employees on their Basque cake recipe and the origin of their well-sourced ingredients and also on the origin of the chocolate: the Basque country is the leading land of chocolate in France! “It was through the Marranos Jews that chocolate arrived in the Basque Country. Expelled from Spain then from Portugal by the Alhambra decree of 1492, the Marrano Jews settled in Saint-Esprit, opposite the city of Bayonne, on the right bank of the Adour river. 04/04/2024: The owner is a scoundrel!! After spending more than €100, the scoundrel dares to say that they don't serve me, because I'm Spanish!! He is a scoundrel who has his staff exploited, working more hours than a clock, ignoring the workers' statute!! He is an exploiter who is going to be denounced for these acts, a piece of nonsense!!! He is a disgraceful exploiter!! Who uses good people, paying them two dollars, and working a lot of hours, I live winged and more than 5 months proving it!!! 04/04/2024: We were transferred for their sister restaurant.. different atmosphere Menu very limited and really expensive.

18/03/2024: Falafel was quite hard and dry. The tabbouleh was good, and so was the kafta, though it did have a bit too much cinnamon for my liking. Overall, it was very subpar. Must mention the waiter seemed very aloof towards me and definitely did a great job at making me feel like my presence was nonexistent as he only acknowledged my husband. lt was uncomfortable, felt odd.

13/02/2024: Excellent Lebanese cuisine, tasty, varied and balanced! I love going there and I'm always served with a smile. A tasty trip to Lebanon, to be tried urgently if you are in Saint Jean de luz
