20/09/2024: Reunion with friends around a delicious dinner! Perfect welcome and service! The txangurro is killer!

20/09/2024: I took the hummus starter and the vegetarian option of the moment (grilled vegetables on eggplant caviar, vegan version, without cheese). The starter (vegan) was delicious. The very tasty dish (grilled vegetables). The bill is high... for almost 0 proteins... unfortunately in the vegan options (as usual!). The restaurant was created in 1940. Dinner on the terrace (where we are tightly packed).

09/10/2024: Very good experience, very professional and dynamic waitress. Good, quick, perfect for a quick lunch at midday. I highly recommend!

17/09/2024: Total change of scenery, excellent family cuisine, top atmosphere and exotic exterior….and top prices for the dishes served…….there should be a lot more places like this

02/12/2024: For an aperitif or a restaurant in front of the ocean at absolutely magnificent sunset, this is the ideal place. In high season, given the place with its large parking lot nearby, the atmosphere and the view, you will have to be patient if you come unexpectedly. However, there is the possibility of booking.

02/11/2024: Très bel endroit pour manger ou prendre un verre face à la mer . Nous avons pris le burger à 19€ très bien avec un pichet de rosé à 50cl à 10€

30/08/2024: Fishing for pistouille (small fish) is a lot of fun. Even if the schools sometimes hide, the captain changes areas to increase the chances of catching fish. Please note that the advice not to eat dairy products, coffee or orange juice beforehand to avoid seasickness should be taken seriously but at the same time half of the participants were HS which left more room for those who had strong stomach!

18/12/2024: We spent an absolutely wonderful night at this beachfront hotel. The suite was stunning, spacious and perfectly decorated, offering stunning views of the ocean. Comfort was there, with quality bedding and an idyllic setting in which to relax. We enjoyed the spa, which allowed us to recharge our batteries. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, ideal for a moment as a couple. We highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy an unforgettable experience.

07/12/2024: Excellent service and complete menus for €39 with water included There are vegetarian options but not vegan. I would love for them to include even a vegan option. There is a menu option that includes €5 credit to play at the casino.

01/12/2024: This place is majestic in name only. Looking for a table at 9 p.m., a Saturday evening, crowded for the opening of the Christmas market. We were turned away with coldness, and without delicacy with a "and what's more, it's for eating" As an excuse: the kitchens close at 9 p.m.! Cold shower for us. On a Saturday evening, for 2 fried steaks, it doesn't make you want to stay, and so we left. Not even a sorry. Fortunately we found restaurants that are willing to work. When you have a name like majestic, you have to show respect for your customers. Local tourism gives you a living sir, don't forget that. We are from Landes and often come back to St Jean. I already know the place I'm not going to go. Traveler friends, right next door, the DIVA restaurant will welcome you with a smile at 9 p.m. Don't hesitate, it's excellent.

20/09/2024: Excellent cake, nice setting, however it would be important to warn customers of the price supplements which are high (3 euros per bowl of salad) as well as to specify the origin of the cider which is not Basque but Spanish sold for 1.35 euros at the border and charged 14 euros!! A scam!! It's a shame !!!
