28/09/2026: This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. Long waits, a wrap folded poorly compared to other restaurants, and undercooked, rubbery fries that are inedible. I don't recommend it; it's worth looking elsewhere.
28/09/2026: Thank you for the half-finished meal; the sauces weren't right, and half the order was missing. Check the advice carefully; they're not very bright.

12/10/2026: Wake up, you're way too sleepy, service department! You're making loads of mistakes and on top of that, you're stingy with the sauces!
04/10/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's in Lyon 5 – Charcot. The service really needs improvement: the staff were unwelcoming and unpleasant, and the wait was far too long.
I was also surprised by the treatment of Uber Eats delivery drivers picking up their orders: some were clearly ignored or given a very poor welcome. This really doesn't reflect well on the establishment.
It's nothing like the McDonald's in Tassin, where the service and customer experience are much better. I don't recommend it because of the service and atmosphere; I had to give it one star, no other choice.

07/09/2026: Le Petit Négro makes reasonably decent crepes and drinks. I didn't find the food exceptional, so don't go there with huge expectations. The service is average at best.
12/08/2026: Very expensive for two tasteless ice creams. We sat down and the staff went outside to smoke loudly next door, completely unconcerned that it bothered us. The water glasses they served contained dirt. We won't be back.

The card machine has been out of order since opening!! (They claim it's broken, but they've never had it before.) Why not just be upfront about it? (Ursaf)

17/09/2026: I had breakfast this morning and the welcome and service were deplorable. A pancake cost €7 when the menu photo showed two, and it didn't even include banana. The waiter forgot the hot chocolate; when I asked, they didn't even apologize. I will never return.

27/08/2026: The girl sat me down at a table and said: "Yes, we serve coffee and a regular mille-feuille, but her boss came and told me: "No," that there was no coffee or dessert, that at 1 p.m. I had to buy a meal, and on top of that he spoke rudely to me (the team leader, the short one with glasses).
26/08/2026: The service was appalling; moreover, the salesperson couldn't answer our questions about the products and just stared blankly at us without moving... a real farce...

27/01/2026: Never order from Uber Eats, it's false advertising. The photos don't match the food received at all. The taste wasn't very good, and I doubt the freshness of the ingredients.
20/01/2026: I used to love it. I hadn't ordered for a year or two. I ordered again, but what a disaster! Delivering an order without any sauce would never have happened, and the quality has really gone downhill. It's a shame.

02/08/2024: I returned to brunch in this restaurant after a really pleasant first experience, which motivated me to come back. However, this time, the experience unfortunately did not live up to my expectations.
First of all, although we booked for 1:15 p.m., we had to wait outside for 10-15 minutes, as did other people. Once seated, we had to ask a waiter to bring us a menu or to explain to us how the brunch worked, which should have been done on initiative, especially for those who might be there for the first time.
As for the buffet, it was much smaller and of lower quality than during my first visit. When we arrived, Nutella and red fruit jam were missing, and we were informed that there would be no more. This is unacceptable, especially at this price, which has also increased since our last visit. It would have been easy to go and buy these basic products, which are neither bulky nor perishable in the short term.
The quantity of plates has also decreased. I noticed that the toasts with scrambled eggs were huge on other customers' plates, but on mine, I struggled to find the egg, probably a leftover preparation.
Regarding the server team, with the exception of one person, they all seemed in a bad mood or generally unfriendly.
I regret this development in such a short time. I was delighted during my first visit, but very disappointed during the second. Unfortunately, this disappointment fully justifies my rating.
28/07/2024: We arrived and the restaurant was closed!!!! I booked 1 month ago. What a desappointment.
