25/05/2024: We went as a family to this cozy restaurant and all ate well and enjoyed it. We opted for 5x menus at €38 consisting of starter, main course & dessert. Please note the cheese plate is extra. The onion and melsat tart is original and good. The confit pork surprise is tender and melts in your mouth. I didn't really like the hot radish though. But the rest of the support was good. Then to finish the cookie and its Viennese chocolate in a glass. Very hearty! The setting is friendly and intimate, the tables not being close to each other. I recommend

23/08/2024: Superbe découverte ! Personnel charmant, cuisine raffinée et bien dosée en terme de quantité. Tout était très bon. Le patio sous la glycine centenaire est très agréable. A recommander sans hésitation !

15/08/2024: Nous sommes allés dîner au Lautrec avec confiance nous rappelant de bonnes expériences culinaires passées dans ce superbe cadre. Nous avons été déçus du service, très peu prévenant et stressé malgré les sourires affichés. Déçus également de la qualité et du dressage des plats. Bref un mauvais rapport qualité-accueil-prix.

07/01/2025: Very disappointed with this experience, the proportions are correct but the taste is not really there. We are not even asked to cook meat. (Half-burnt meat on some pieces) The manager (I suppose) is very nonchalant, almost throwing dishes on the table despite the lack of any particular rush, however, the waitress was very nice. The atmosphere is cute but nothing more.

14/01/2025: I never leave reviews, but this restaurant and its servers deserve to be known!! The dishes are quality, homemade, the buffet and clean example (plastic film on the sushi and raw salmon) very beautiful presentation of each dish, we feel the intention to do well in the presentation. Go there with your eyes closed!!! The servers are very friendly. Thank you ☺️

28/09/2024: First time for me, very pretty restaurant with careful decoration we were warmly welcomed by a very nice lady. very good value for money we took the menu for 20€, the minced skirt was delicious as well as the banofee Impeccable service, no waiting for us 🤩 We will come back with pleasure!!!!

25/09/2024: Customer reception in a non-chalant manner, ordering too quickly without us having time to read the menu. Waitress who allows physical contact with unknown customers, this is very disturbing. Bland dish, raw puff pastry when it's supposed to be cooked puff pastry. Marbled razor clams full of sand, extremely disturbing taste. For two people, a total of 67 euros, expensive to eat something that is not cooked or washed properly (if it is fresh...) In summary, here you pay for the unpleasant attitude, the tasteless and bland dishes, and the obligation to eat quickly. Other restaurants are of better quality and attractive prices not far from there.

29/08/2024: More than just a catering point. The owner has been there for years, passionate, smiling with a selection of fresh products and a love for her business. Whether it's hot or cold drinks or food, everything is bucolic and appreciated. Thank you ❤️

06/09/2024: Passing through in August we came across this restaurant with a magnificent view the lunch menu 18 euros starter main course dessert just excellent we had the stuffed ones Humm a killer the warm goat cheese salad perfect and the chocolate cake was amazing on the ground a warm welcome very friendly staff, I recommend this address 200%

01/09/2024: An incredible address! A long driveway takes us near a 19th century building renovated and tastefully decorated, surrounded by century-old trees. Warm welcome from Tina who shows us around the house. We will later meet her husband who is busy maintaining the estate. Delicious breakfast served on the terrace. We spent 4 days in this haven of peace. What a joy after the visits to relax in the swimming pool discreetly installed away. Accustomed to guest rooms, we were under the charm of the Rasigous! We recommend without moderation!

22/09/2024: Cette pizzeria gagne à être connue, ce qui semble être le cas au vu du nombre de clients venus pendant le temps ou nous êtions attablés à déguster les très bonnes pizzas que nous avons commandées. Elles étaient si copieuses que les quatre que nous étions,n'avons pu les terminer. Le patron, qui plus est, est très aimable et sympathique. Merci pour votre accueil.

27/07/2024: I'm really not the type to give bad grades. Nothing to say about the welcome and kindness of the boss. We ordered 7 pizzas to take away. Seeing the old comments I tell myself that we didn't have a chance because nothing was good.. pizzas not very tasty and the dough, if it was homemade which we doubt, was soft or overcooked. Frankly I don't doubt the quality of the condiments you used but with such a quality of dough I think we would have had a better time with a frozen pizza. But in any case it has nothing to do with a traditional pizza We threw away half of the pizza each time and were very disappointed because we were sharing our last vacation meal with friends before departure. Afterwards when I see all these positive comments I really tell myself that we didn't have a chance

22/02/2024: The most expensive in Castres but the best, the manager thinks he's a bit of a sushi master by advising us not to put soy sauce on this or that suchi/maki... everyone sees lunch at their door for seasoning.

10/02/2024: I went there with my boyfriend, for his first sushi experience he loved it. a gentleman explained everything to us very well, we can see that he knows everything, it’s incredible. Thanks a lot
