20/04/2025: It's my favorite bakery, the bread, the sandwiches...this was the 2nd time I bought from Lescure Albigeois, the 1st time a soft service, no hello...and the 2nd when it opened the sandwiches were not ready I had no choice g waited 15 minutes...the chicken sandwich was disgusting no taste even with the mayonnaise. I will always go but in another one.

16/08/2024: L’attente la plus longue jamais vue dans un restaurant. Nous avions 4 enfants, nous sommes arrivés à 12h30. Nous avons donc commandé 4 menus enfants. Après plusieurs demandes, on nous a enfin servis les desserts des enfants à 14h15. Nous avons été obligés de presser les enfants pour ne pas finir le repas à 15h… Un habitué, arrivé en même temps que nous a dû partir car sa pizza n’arrivait jamais: plus de 45 minutes d’attente et toujours rien… Service catastrophique, des serveuses qui tournent en rond et ne savent pas quoi faire… je ne reviendrai pas, soyez-en sûr!!

08/08/2024: Very good state of mind. Clean, very good service, very warm welcome. Quality cuisine. Pleasant setting even if it is in an industrial area. Lots of young people in training and it's very appreciable to see how well regarded they are. It makes you want to come back. Really recommended to have a good time without any hassle. Update. Always as good, with particular appreciation for the waitress who took care of us, very friendly and smiling.

04/11/2024: Needless to say, having known the place for years, the owner is not doing anything. What a shame, but I'd rather change creameries than be so poorly received and endure unnecessary criticism. It is undoubtedly its trademark which leaves an unpleasant taste in its products. We will return there but from the outside...

04/11/2024: Excellent ! Don't hesitate to stop by. Come and discover a unique culinary experience, in a welcoming lounge. Bravo to the cook who knows how to prepare wonderful dishes.

26/08/2024: Disappointed by the pastries 🙁 yet the bread is varied and rather good.... but if you can avoid the pastries... Which are frankly not good and what's more are from the day before... or even from ago 2 days 😥 wet and rancid puff pastry....too bad at €3.80 each 😵‍💫

01/10/2024: Lots of things to review. Always forgetting I come home from work every Friday I go to McDonald's to get something to eat I'm exhausted by 8 hours of non-stop work without a break I think one thing is to eat go home take a shower enjoy my children and no checked what mc does and well mi the order ask in my bag. Always something, forgotten or cold fries no sauce in the sandwich for last Friday a smell of burnt plastic on the caps of the takeaway coke, (last Saturday with the children after our son's football match we came to eat and took takeaway 2 months ago an order for 70€ to eat with family was missing 1 Big Mac 2 cheeseburgers and 1 small wrap when we finished eating to sort things out and be either! saying written down in a notebook for the next visit Mc'do and at the end of the day the response to our apologies has not found you 2 times out of 3 it's like that so McDo you are going to lose customers because I'm starting to get fed up with the behavior of McDo Lescure d'Albi. I hope you will take our comment into account to improve the service and preparation of food made in your restaurant. Sincerely. M.M and J.P

21/07/2024: Salespeople at the top but store needs to be reviewed (take the example of Castres Melou for space). No air conditioning, no space inside the store, it is completely unpleasant to collect bread in this bakery. It is narrow and unbearably hot...

29/10/2024: We went to the tea room with friends for a drink..... The waitress passed in front of us on numerous occasions.... Clearing all the tables around us but never came to take our order so we got up and went to the café opposite the Régina which is a very good coffee here

09/09/2024: One of the most beautiful terraces in Castres where it is pleasant to have a drink. The staff is very friendly and professional.

22/09/2024: My daughter and I came to share a pleasant moment. Except that we came across a manager who was talking very loudly (not to use the term yelling) about her team… bordering on ridiculous. She sent away a customer who asked her to change her fries (cold and soft) Madam, you are out of place in this Burger King! The tables are not always clean after customers have passed through.

03/11/2024: Very disappointed when ordering a caramel, banana, Kinder tacos. 25 minutes of waiting for a kind of tortilla, one soaked in caramel (not even good), with three poor pieces of orphaned bananas in this kind of tortilla... the kinder is missing (although indicated on Uber Eats).. d Besides, I would like to point out that putting three foods in a piece of tortilla, not even folded, does not make it a taco.. Owner not understanding and unpleasant when calling the establishment.. Run away because at 6.20€ you can get better

31/10/2024: Run away, 10 euros for the maximum American which for a maximum is not that maximum there is just 1/4 of a baguette with bread which was from the day before or even more, 4 fries which fight in a duel. Steak, well, if we can call it steak. To really escape it was my dog ​​who enjoyed it.

30/11/2024: Cold welcome like the kitchen No concept of cooking Avoid unless you have to! And if you have time! Because the responsiveness and pace of the kitchens is not great Bad value for money

22/11/2024: Pleasant and friendly service. Hearty and good meals. Desserts all day long. I go there regularly with my children when shopping and they are delighted to eat their cookies with hot chocolate.

12/09/2024: I tried to call them for 3 days, 5 times a day, no response, no one takes the time to speak with you both on the phone and in the restaurant.

12/09/2024: Always errors and omissions! UPDATE 09/11/2024 I came this evening for takeaway. Error in the burger... an egg & bacon Mc Muffin ordered (and paid!) for an Egg & Cheese Mc Muffin served You always have to check, that's for sure, but to also check all the drinks and the inside of the burgers, it's excessive!

20/08/2024: Bonne cuisine par contre accueil et service zéro, nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert tellement accablés par le peu de considération apportée à la clientèle.

12/08/2024: Bon rapport qualité prix .bien cuisiner, accueil excellent par le personnel en majorité des étudiants avec le sourire et toujours un petit mot agréable malgré l'heure tardive 13h45.Nous revenant régulièrement. Les avis horribles sont inadmissibles. Merci

24/10/2024: I ordered the bowl of soup it's not even half done The service I cannot go to the restaurant because it is not suitable for people with disabilities I don't know and then we can't say that in this place you have to be super friendly result honestly don't order the quantities are not great the sushi I can't believe it's from this evening they have a bad taste so result I paid for something that I can't even eat so evening with my half of a bowl and my small square of salad honestly €23 for that it's a shame
