14/07/2026: The owner was incredibly kind: my friend caught a stomach bug during the day, and the owner welcomed us warmly and helped us for a while. Thanks to her, my friend was perfectly fine by the afternoon. Thank you so much!

04/07/2026: We didn't understand the owner. We'd barely stepped inside. We had our dogs with us after our lovely walk along the canal. We were immediately accosted by the owner with a very curt, "I don't allow dogs." Which we completely understand. It's a food store (or at least I think so, since we didn't see any in the end). But why bark at us like that? I immediately left with the dogs, but after my wife called out to us, the owner doubled down with, "I don't allow dogs. Get out!" It's a shame, not a greeting, not a smile. I understand that dogs aren't allowed, but a little politeness in saying so wouldn't hurt. This review in no way judges the quality of the store, which we didn't have the opportunity to visit.

15/08/2026: My wife had a terrible toothache and politely asked for a straw, but the manager refused, even though we'd had them before. It's shameful to ask, lie, and make up such lame excuses. I find it a bit racist that a French person has the right to a straw, but I, a member of the traveling community, wasn't allowed one.

26/06/2026: Good, and air-conditioned too, the daily special was well made, the salads were delicious, the welcome was simple but attentive, and the desserts were homemade.

23/07/2026: We stayed here for one night with our 3 children (aged 4 to 11) during a heatwave. Upon checking in late at 22:30, the room was boiling hot. The staff admitted that they forgot to turn on the AC in advance because they 'missed our booking in the right computer', even though we booked 2 weeks prior. The front desk promised the room would cool down in 1-2 hours, but the AC barely blew any air. I ended up sleeping only 3 hours after placing a wet towel on my back to survive the heat. When Hotels.com tried to call the hotel the next morning to resolve the issue, the hotel staff hung up on them 3 times in a row. They offered a 15 € breakfast discount for the kids on checkout, but that does not compensate for a completely sleepless night for a family of five. Avoid this hotel if you travel with children during summer.

19/05/2026: Speaking of the Brasserie alone: ​​very good, home-style cooking, a welcome change from the pretentiousness of many other restaurants in Albi. Whelks and prawns with aioli for starters, followed by a delicious veal sauté with olives, and a fruit mousse to finish. All for just over €20. A glass of good Gaillac wine, €4.50.

05/02/2026: A very nice hotel with excellent service. The welcome was warm. The restaurant was pleasant with delicious food. A minor drawback was the comfort of the bedding, which we found a little firm, but this didn't spoil our enjoyable stay.

03/05/2026: Honestly, a French pizza for €19 with no foie gras and three pieces of foie gras on the side? Frankly, it's ridiculous! I call that false advertising!! I won't be ordering from them again, sorry!

08/07/2026: If you like having drinks with cold food, it's perfect!!! They brought us our meal, I asked where our ordered drinks were, and the waiter brought our cocktails right after. He put his food warmer under the meat, so we drank our drinks quickly and ate cold food. Extremely disappointed!!!

24/07/2026: The service was appalling and the pizzas were disgusting, not to mention the terrace covered in bird droppings that no one bothered to clean. The incompetent cook and the nonchalant waiter should find another line of work. Going to a restaurant is supposed to be enjoyable, and here, both the service and the food were so poor, it's best to avoid this place.

30/06/2026: Attentive and friendly staff But it's not great Avoid the starter and main course The starter wasn't fresh. The tomato was overcooked, not presentable, and tasteless. It doesn't inspire confidence for the rest of the menu. The lasagna was okay, but reheated. 😒 What a shame. Didn't try the pizzas.

There was an error with the order… They called me back and remade the burger as ordered, plus the delivery—truly amazing!!! You're really the best; I'll recommend your restaurant to everyone I know, and the burgers are excellent. Thank you so much!

20/07/2026: I arrived at 1:04 PM. The gentleman explained that he closed at 1:00 PM, so he suggested I go eat in Gaillac. I thanked him; I found a very good restaurant, a bit more courageous than his. "Closing at 1:00 PM." Meh!

05/08/2026: I'm giving zero stars because one of the restaurant employees doesn't like children; she's unpleasant and damages the image of McDonald's, which is supposed to be child-friendly. Furthermore, there's a manager who is also unprofessional. As a result, the service is lacking in napkins, sauces, and smiles. If I had to choose, I'd prefer to go to the McDonald's in Castres; they're friendlier and don't discriminate against children. They maintain the true McDonald's image in Castres.

04/08/2026: On Tuesday, August 4th, I went to the McDonald's in Graulhet. It was very dirty: stained seats, tables with grease stains, dust, and too much product on the floor that was sticky when you walked on it. And don't even get me started on the toilets! The meal was the same story: overpriced meals that arrived cold, and I ate at 12:00 PM. There were hardly any customers, so there was no rush. The waitress was very smiley and friendly.
