16/11/2025: Dear customer, I strongly advise against ordering from TooGoodToGo at La Mie Caline in Albi for the simple reason that my experience with them has left a bitter taste. I live in the countryside, a 20-minute drive away, and I ended up having to make a wasted trip because, 15 minutes before I arrived, the order was canceled. The principle of TooGoodToGo is to sell the previous day's unsold items. So, receiving a cancellation due to "an inability to complete a basket" left me disappointed, and I certainly don't thank the tall, but rather simple-minded, young man who was my point of contact until the owner arrived. Please teach him some manners and ask him to keep his arrogance to himself when dealing with customers. I still have the right to be surprised by the response I received. And to top it all off, I won't be getting a refund until November 30th for the paltry sum of five euros. Gorgeous.

28/01/2026: It is advertised as open 7 days a week. I went there with my family and it was closed.

21/11/2025: If I could give more stars, I would!! The manager, Rodrigue, and the employee, Tamara, were super friendly, kind, and very pleasant. I loved eating there, and so did my friend!! To all the students who want to go, don't hesitate; there are several great deals. It was delicious, and we'll definitely be back. Get ready to see us every week! Thank you so much! 💗

19/02/2026: I came for lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I had a ribeye steak and I must say it was cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable, with a very welcoming young waiter.

25/01/2026: Disappointed. We used to come often a while ago, but since things changed it's not the same anymore.

20/02/2026: Why? The couscous was so dry from being reheated, the pasta carbonara was tough and undercooked... It makes you wonder if it was even fresh today... Taste your food, and you'll understand why I'm so critical.

14/02/2026: Limited selection compared to other Flunch locations (e.g., Rodez). Not enough staff.

18/08/2025: I'm extremely disappointed. The food is pretty pathetic. They put arugula instead of a nice, more tender salad, dry, tasteless duck breast, all swimming in oil. The two people who work there gave me a really average welcome, and the cherry on the cake was that I got colic that kept me in the toilet for 48 hours. I strongly advise against this disgusting fast food restaurant.

12/08/2025: Very, very expensive for the quality of the product. The staff is not very pleasant and very dirty. They touch the dogs all day long without washing their hands, and another one is constantly spitting (thanks to the sandwiches).

22/09/2024: My daughter and I came to share a pleasant moment. Except that we came across a manager who was talking very loudly (not to use the term yelling) about her team… bordering on ridiculous. She sent away a customer who asked her to change her fries (cold and soft) Madam, you are out of place in this Burger King! The tables are not always clean after customers have passed through.
