25/08/2026: Excellent cuisine; extensive menu and choices; very generous portions and meals, reasonable prices (set menu €26). Service was a little slow due to the Sunday crowds and the recent merger with the restaurant next door, but attentive and friendly, with shade throughout the lunchtime service.

23/08/2026: Very very good, choose from the menus, we had an excellent cassoulet from the menu, but the set menus look so good and hearty.

02/02/2026: A very beautiful and welcoming place. There was a country dance afternoon that day, a first for me. It was really great and the atmosphere was really cool. The welcome and service were perfect. A pleasant place.

15/09/2026: The staff are very friendly and the bread and cakes are delicious. The bread is baked on-site and freezes very well, so you're never caught short if you have guests. Great shop.

24/08/2026: Excellent cuisine, fresh produce from the garden, congratulations to the truly top-notch kitchen... the aperitif was very reasonably priced. Everything is delicious, the service is cheerful and friendly. Very pleasant, a family atmosphere. A warm and welcoming atmosphere... it's so refreshing. Rare and exceptional moments filled with passion and a desire to share. A huge thank you to Joëlle and her brother, and a well-deserved happy retirement.

23/07/2026: We stayed here for one night with our 3 children (aged 4 to 11) during a heatwave. Upon checking in late at 22:30, the room was boiling hot. The staff admitted that they forgot to turn on the AC in advance because they 'missed our booking in the right computer', even though we booked 2 weeks prior. The front desk promised the room would cool down in 1-2 hours, but the AC barely blew any air. I ended up sleeping only 3 hours after placing a wet towel on my back to survive the heat. When Hotels.com tried to call the hotel the next morning to resolve the issue, the hotel staff hung up on them 3 times in a row. They offered a 15 € breakfast discount for the kids on checkout, but that does not compensate for a completely sleepless night for a family of five. Avoid this hotel if you travel with children during summer.

19/05/2026: Speaking of the Brasserie alone: ​​very good, home-style cooking, a welcome change from the pretentiousness of many other restaurants in Albi. Whelks and prawns with aioli for starters, followed by a delicious veal sauté with olives, and a fruit mousse to finish. All for just over €20. A glass of good Gaillac wine, €4.50.

05/02/2026: A very nice hotel with excellent service. The welcome was warm. The restaurant was pleasant with delicious food. A minor drawback was the comfort of the bedding, which we found a little firm, but this didn't spoil our enjoyable stay.

04/09/2026: I must admit I'm disappointed... I only went once... many of the vegetables were old and wilted. The shelves were half empty. Perhaps it wasn't the right day... but it certainly didn't make me want to go back. Very disappointed...

29/08/2026: What can I say… the pizzas weren't great, quite disappointed. We ordered four pizzas because we wanted to support a local business and not a chain. And the pizzas had no flavor, no wood-fired taste, no taste of the ingredients, and the dough was splitting… €50 for that? I could have done without it.

29/08/2026: Tasteless, bland, and soulless, which is a shame considering the interesting touches like lavender. The pastry is too thin, probably frozen. Clearly not good, don't go there.

24/09/2026: I'd been walking past it for ages... Well, I finally went in... What a surprise to discover an assortment of steamed dumplings served piping hot! Followed by a "large" bo bun, which I thoroughly enjoyed! I'll definitely be back... And I'm eager to try the other specialties... I really loved the understated decor of this little establishment and the discreet, smiling manner of its owner. Go for it! This place is worth the detour... you won't be disappointed.

02/09/2026: The food was okay, however we felt like we were bothering the waitress... a minimum of hospitality from a business owner! It doesn't make me want to go back.

09/09/2026: Disgusting food, non-existent service, and to top it all off, they charged us twice and refuse to refund. Avoid this restaurant.
