05/04/2026: A great little restaurant in the heart of this charming village (which I'd already discovered thanks to its famous trail!). We received a very warm welcome with our twins. The staff were friendly and the salad was a generous portion 😊 Easy parking right next door for the campervan! I highly recommend it!

04/06/2026: Ordered a prune tagine, it was bland, I couldn't find the prunes! And I didn't like the semolina, it was too fine! And, two portions of lamb couscous, when we ordered chicken!!

The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and friendly. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. The food is always a delight: the dishes are delicious, the portions are very generous, the ingredients are high-quality, and the service is impeccable. The whole team is smiling and attentive. It's the kind of place we wholeheartedly recommend and where we always return with pleasure. Thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome and hard work!

02/06/2026: We discovered La Réserve on social media and we weren't disappointed! We had brunch there on a Saturday and everything was excellent. A warm welcome, a very pleasant setting, a varied and generous buffet, and delicious dishes. A great place that we can't wait to return to.

31/05/2026: Endless wait (the meal lasted 4 hours in total, even though the restaurant wasn't full), decent starter although the foie gras lacked accompaniments, tasteless fish dishes, meat that wasn't tender enough, and an overly sweet dessert. The decor is outdated; only the view is magnificent. We won't be back.

14/06/2026: Very nice site... The bar service was very professional and welcoming. However, there was far too long a wait before being served the first course, as well as between each course. The linguine was excessively peppery! There was a mistake with the desserts. Fortunately, the waitstaff was friendly. We were very disappointed with this first visit, which had been highly recommended.

14/08/2026: Beautiful and intimate location in a characteristic Albigensian setting. Majid and his crew combine craftsmanship with excellent service and hospitality. The pavé de boeuf façon Rossini was sublime. Definitely worth the detour.
