14/04/2026: I came here with my wife and frankly, what a pleasant surprise! We opted for the "mixed" menu at only €16 per person, and it was an absolute delight. The portion was incredibly generous: flavorful paprika rice, a small salad with dressing, fries, two chicken breasts, and pork ribs with onions. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. You can immediately taste the freshness of the ingredients. But beyond the food, it's the atmosphere that makes all the difference. The staff is truly friendly and incredibly welcoming. As soon as you walk through the door of this Portuguese restaurant, you feel right at home. It's simple, efficient, and offers that genuine human warmth that's so rare these days. In short, authentic cuisine made with heart. We'll definitely be back!

12/02/2026: The Royal Pompadour is a very charming and conveniently located place, situated on a major national highway. The staff is welcoming and friendly, with a family atmosphere. The food is good and the ambiance is pleasant.

The steak wasn't cooked as ordered, the fries weren't homemade and were overcooked, and the steak tartare was prepared strangely. Only the pizzas were good. A total disappointment, especially considering the high prices for what you get.

My friends thought the pizzas were good, but the other dishes didn't impress us at all. The steak tartare was like a hamburger patty, the fish and chips wasn't fish and chips at all, and the steak we ordered rare arrived well-done. There was no presentation whatsoever. The taste itself wasn't terrible, but I won't be going back.

18/05/2026: I used to go there, but I won't be going back. My son paid over €2000 for his birthday 🎂 There were 30 of us, at €50 per person, plus the champagne corks. We also brought the wedding cake, and the champagne was a complete mess. Looking at the menu, if we had ordered à la carte, we would have saved money. Coffee was included, and they didn't even ask how many people were having coffee; only two people had coffee at the bar. Out of 30 people, it's a total rip-off. The food arrived on large trays, which is a big profit for them. Many tables were missing chorizo ​​and other items that my son had to pay for even though everything else had already been paid for. A COMPLETE RIP-OFF

17/03/2026: A bistro with authentic charm, offering a small menu that changes daily, a testament to its quality. The starter, the baked egg with chorizo, was delicious, truly. The dessert, pear crumble, was surprising and refreshing. I was a little disappointed by the duck breast, which wasn't juicy enough. I highly recommend it and we'll be back! Undoubtedly one of, if not the best, bistros in Saint-Mandé, in addition to a superb setting and excellent service.
