25/05/2026: Avoid at all costs! We arrived at the hotel and the door was locked. We rang the intercom three times, with no answer. We called the hotel twice at the number displayed on the plaque next to the door, with no answer. We then called the mobile number displayed on the hotel door three times, using both our phones, with no answer. Fine. The door to the hotel restaurant wasn't locked. So we went in and asked if anyone was there. No answer. Perhaps there's a new self-service restaurant concept? After a 30-minute wait, someone finally deigned to answer the phone. An aggressive person who made it clear that we should have guessed the code to enter the hotel and where the keys were hidden. Well, apparently we haven't inherited magical powers! Hotel without an elevator. No problem for us. The room… Is it actually cleaned between each guest? I doubt it. An olive pit at the foot of the bed, hairs on the sink, a disgusting shower curtain, grime against the baseboards… The ceiling above the shower looks like it's about to collapse, the paint touch-ups look like they were done by a kindergarten, and the sink is practically detached from the wall. When we left, there was still no one at the hotel reception. We filed a complaint with Booking.com. The owner's only response was to call, trying to be intimidating. Apparently, we had arrived late. The time slot we selected on our reservation was 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The first call came at 3:40 PM. Perhaps they're in a different time zone? If you don't know how to manage your hotel, it's time you took a training course. And how can you not question yourself after all the negative reviews left by travelers? Hotel Bellevue, or the hotel of shame?

16/05/2026: My partner and I, who are very familiar with Asian restaurants, can say this one is a disaster. It was very expensive for the small portions, and the food was dry. The meat served was practically all cartilage and bones with a lot of fat. The staff was awful; they were condescending on several occasions. Avoid this restaurant.

09/04/2026: Disgusting, I almost threw up because the taste was so bad you could tell the meat was spoiled.

06/06/2026: Uber Eats order of over €60 and a disastrous experience. I am genuinely shocked by the level of negligence. Of the entire order, I received barely half of the items I ordered. All the ice creams were missing, several sandwiches were incorrect, and instead of a Filet-O-Fish, I received an incomplete Happy Meal McFish. The Happy Meal drink and the sauces for the nuggets were also missing. One mistake, that can happen. Two mistakes, why not. But when half the order is wrong or missing, it's no longer a mistake, it's a complete lack of professionalism. The most outrageous thing is the total absence of customer service. I tried to contact the restaurant five times, without a single response. Not a single call answered, not a single explanation, nothing. I worked at McDonald's myself for two years, so I know perfectly well that the job can be intense and that oversights can happen during a rush. But we're not talking about a single oversight here. We're talking about a €60 order completely botched. A minimum of attention and concentration is expected when a customer pays that much. The result: a ruined meal, a ruined evening, wasted money. It's simply unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment until order verification and customer service are taken seriously.

06/06/2026: Payment and ordering at the kiosk, endless wait, cold nuggets, cold Big Mac, coffee-flavored milkshake with no coffee flavor whatsoever...

15/03/2026: The dough is too thin, it releases too much oil and makes the dough transparent, which is far too disgusting.

17/01/2026: I ordered cooked tuna and avocado maki yesterday, and I noticed a strange smell. At first, I thought I was imagining things, but I wasn't at all! I took the maki in my mouth, started chewing, and tasted a disgusting, rotten flavor. I spat it all out and almost threw up! The tuna wasn't fresh; it was expired. It's shameful! Six years later, I ordered from them again, not realizing it was them because I'd forgotten about them after six years. Anyway, I only ordered a dessert and two bottles of water, and they somehow managed to forget the water bottles and only included the dessert, which I haven't even tasted yet! In short, I wanted to leave them a bad review regarding the water, and imagine my surprise when I discovered I'd already left them that same bad review six years ago! I even remembered the scene where I was complaining about the maki rolls! It's clear that after six years, they haven't improved at all. I don't even understand how they managed to survive COVID; they're so bad!

14/12/2025: Honestly, after reading the reviews I was really worried, but for sushi that's opened and delivered overnight, it's really not a disaster. They're just regular sushi, the rice is a little soft, but nothing to write home about like most of the comments!

09/12/2025: I stopped here to get a ham and cheese sandwich thinking it would be better than what's on the train. Don't bother, the TGV is much better.

01/12/2025: My hot chocolate (very expensive!!!) has no taste, it's like hot water... The pain au chocolat is quite good, but the drinks are a disaster...
