A promised refund for an unused night was never issued, despite a timely request made on Booking.com (within 48 hours of a train cancellation). The attic room was stifling, with no air conditioning or ventilation, and constant noise (from the Carrefour supermarket and bar below). Avoid this place for accommodation.

30/05/2026: A horror! A VERY serious hygiene problem. I bought several items (bread, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins) and found a mouse dropping directly on the pain aux raisins. The negative reviews about this bakery are confirmed. It's a disgrace. In addition to the health hazard (risk of disease), the service is deplorable, completely unprofessional (no smiles, they laugh in your face). I will never go back. Absolutely avoid it.

01/08/2026: Honestly, they're incompetent. This is the third time I've had problems with them. I ordered tonight because my wife is in the hospital. I placed the order at 1:30 AM, paid, and received a message asking me to wait for order confirmation. My order was confirmed with an estimated arrival time between 2:00 and 2:10 AM. It's now 2:40 AM and still nothing. And since opening hours have passed, no one is answering me. Last Valentine's Day, my order was delivered 3 hours late. The special Valentine's Day pizzas had already been charged, but I received a replacement pizza without even being informed. The delivery driver only told me this because I checked the boxes in front of him (they take your number when you order "in case they need to contact you"). I had chosen cash payment for orders over €60, and the driver showed up at my door saying they hadn't had any change since February. I sent emails to the dedicated customer service department, but no one replied. At least you've been warned. Good night.

I contacted Pizza Hut, who explained how to file a complaint, as this is the first time this has happened to me. Also, their pizza is still as good as ever. 24/07/2026: I had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Location is perfect too - close to everything and easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

08/06/2026: The hotel does not live up to the expected Mercure standard. We stayed on a Saturday night for an early Sunday departure from Orly. No restaurant on weekends! There's an advertisement for the restaurant, conveniently omitting the fact that it's only open during the week. There's nothing nearby except a McDonald's and a pizza vending machine. Breakfast is served late on weekends, whereas it's served from 5 a.m. on weekdays?? For a hotel whose guests are potential Orly travelers, this is incomprehensible. You pay for a room + breakfast package, but you don't get breakfast. They tell you a package will be ready instead. What a disgrace! Extremely low-quality products and no drinks. Unbelievable, but this establishment is downgrading its weekend guests. The room is outdated, still has a bathtub, and the air conditioning doesn't work. It's impossible to open the windows because there aren't any, supposedly for safety reasons. In short, an evening and a night to forget very quickly, and an establishment banned from our address books.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal; it was a wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. One small drawback: the owner has a rather strong personality. Arriving at 12:05, I was told, "It's 12:30! The hours are on the door!" So I waited, and was seated fairly quickly. Antipasti, still-warm pizza dough, good advice on the order... but no water on the table, and when the gentleman next to me asked for a carafe, he was given a San Pellegrino. As a result, I didn't dare ask for one. He's a bit disorganized, it's a take-it-or-leave-it situation, but the neighborhood regulars keep coming back. He's easygoing and straightforward. You go back for the food and for the owner's personality.

01/07/2026: Hello Mr. David Patte, How I wish I had your position as assistant manager! Either your bosses want to close this place down, or there's a complete lack of care in charge! We had promised ourselves we wouldn't go back to this establishment after a bad experience last year in Morbihan. Tonight, five of us arrived and, without checking any reviews, we thought, "Let's go." What a mistake! The first signs should have sent us running... The food on the counters already looked very dry, as did the rustic bread. One of us ordered two eggs for €2.40, which is normal, with three sliced ​​peppers, plus €3.95—yes, that's the price of the container the eggs were in! The charcuterie platter was certainly leftovers from lunch (which is against the rules). And the tiramisu, supposedly made with mascarpone, was nothing but industrial powder! Having run out of andouillette and mixed grill, I was advised to order the ribeye steak, but despite being cooked rare, it was inedible! And to top it all off, the staff's friendliness and the overall cleanliness of the place were also lacking! I'll be in the center tomorrow morning and I'm ready to explain myself in person.

I go back once a week... always just as good... it has a kind of family canteen feel... In October 2024, I'm going back again... after being abroad... The restaurant has been renovated... there's no longer a grill on the tables, but someone is available to grill the meat.
