21/04/2026: Don't waste your money on this crap

21/08/2026: This place was perfect for what we needed. We visited at the beginning of August for a 2 day stay over before we went over to Disneyland Paris. We found the hotel restaurant was very nice and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids used the pool both the days we were there. The sunbeds were a little torn but that didn't stop us using them. It was lovely being able to have a walk around the lake and the local shopping mall was perfect for us to go and get all of snacks before Disney. We were able to get a taxi into Paris the one evening - this was really easy to do and not very far at all. The next day we got the Metro straight into Paris - again really easy to do and very reliant.

28/04/2026: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well organised. Room service is very good. Breakfast is below moderate. The location is close to the masjid, mall and bus stops.

08/09/2026: The food is really excellent! I especially recommend the vermicelli and the beef with onions: a real treat. Simple, effective, and delicious Chinese cuisine. The owners are very welcoming, friendly, and always smiling—it's a pleasure!

15/07/2026: I'm used to eating pre-cooked meals there without too much trouble, however today I had sushi and the freshness of the fish left much to be desired (it smelled like it had gone bad). In terms of taste, it wasn't bad or spoiled, just very bland.

04/01/2026: The concept is very interesting, but poorly executed for several reasons: - Limited variety of dishes: the same items are often on the conveyor belt, with not much choice in appetizers, maki, California rolls, skewers, or desserts. - Very poor quality: the quality of the food is far below what is acceptable, even for all-you-can-eat restaurants. For example, I found the salmon bland, leaving a strange aftertaste even after eating. - Very slow delivery: the wait for food is long; for instance, I waited 10 minutes for the salad I wanted to arrive on my tray. - Cleanliness: the counter isn't cleaned between customers; my table was sticky, and I had to use a wipe to clean it myself. I don't recommend this place unless you're in a hurry to eat lunch or you work in the area and have no other options.

04/10/2026: A very welcoming place! I've been several times and each time the experience is excellent. The place is very cozy and warm; you really feel at ease! There are very clean restrooms available; you can tell they pay attention to every detail. Secondly, the service is superb, and the staff is very pleasant. They are very helpful and friendly, whether you're ordering by phone or in person. The food is fantastic, and the sushi is superb—delicious and a generous size that really fills you up! There's a wide variety, and you can tell they know their craft perfectly. The quality is the same whether you eat in or take away. I highly recommend it, and best of luck! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

15/09/2026: Very disappointed, yet again. I ordered takeout today, requesting a box of 6 nuggets, and when I got home I discovered there were only 2 in the box. It's unacceptable to have to check your order every time. And unfortunately, this isn't the first time: with my previous takeout order from this McDonald's, the portion of fries was ridiculously small. With every takeout order, there's a problem: quantity, missing items, or mistakes in the order. It's becoming really frustrating, especially when you pay for something and don't receive what you ordered. I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this McDonald's until the service improves.

30/08/2026: I recommend this restaurant for the quality and generous portions of the crepes...with a super welcome from the manager Florian who cares about his customers' well-being...we will be back…

29/08/2026: The crepes are great. But I am writing in terms of the service we received. As a party, we were chatting and having fun, but the waiter insisted on rushing us to finish eating. While one of us was still finishing the main dish, he took everything away and pushed us to order dessert. He even took away my plate that I was still working on. Not sure what the hurry was, as it was not even close to closing time and there were other customers in the shop. Otherwise, again, the food itself is impeccable.

23/08/2026: I think they make the best baguettes in Arcueil. However, the pastries are sometimes quite dry.

23/08/2026: We went there on a Sunday morning; the bread was excellent, as were the pastries, and we were even able to get a small espresso to go. The lady at the counter was very kind and smiling.

23/08/2026: For a first-time experience! An impeccable experience that deserves far more than 5 stars! Delivered in just 30 minutes at 2 a.m., the service was highly professional. The pizza arrived hot and perfectly packaged. Visually stunning, and the taste was pure bliss 👌 The thinness of the crust and the perfectly cooked pizza immediately reminded me of my mother's pizzas. From the first bite, the flavors explode. I highly recommend this establishment, a true late-night gem! I don't understand some of the comments!

30/08/2026: I'm shocked by the price! Having ordered this kind of service elsewhere before, I was shocked by the overpriced, mediocre portions, and fries as hard as a rock! Avoid this place! You'll find much better service elsewhere!

09/05/2026: Half a chicken should have a whole thigh, breast meat, and a rear wing. I didn't get that; I can't even begin to describe my anger.

22/07/2026: Friendly service from an engaged and amicable staff member. They welcomed my very bad attempt to speak French but put me at ease by being friendly open and jovial about it! I didn't try the food but the coffee and drinks for me and my family were served with politeness and a warm welcome

18/07/2026: I enjoyed an excellent rare rump steak today with a delicious homemade béarnaise sauce. Perfectly cooked and served with a warm welcome 🥰. I highly recommend it.

19/09/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I gave it one star because zero doesn't exist. I ordered fried rice and shrimp. I got food poisoning a few hours later. I should have read the reviews before going. FIRST AND LAST TIME.

11/09/2026: Stale spring rolls and steamed dumplings. Sticky, hard chef's rice (like modeling clay). I used to go there regularly, but the quality has gone down.

17/09/2026: The receptionist on the phone was far too nonchalant and couldn't distinguish between three BBQ pizzas, even though I specifically mentioned BPM (the pizza name). Furthermore, on a previous occasion, we ordered by phone, but the delivery driver never arrived... This time, the driver was also late.

12/09/2026: Unpleasant welcome, too long a wait, no hello, no goodbye. Avoid at all costs, it's horrible.

15/07/2026: Great bar/café, the owner is super friendly and helped us order perfectly since we don't speak French well. The coffee is delicious, with a great flavor. The price is much cheaper than in Spain.

01/09/2026: Honestly, they're very nice, and kudos to the cooks, it's delicious! But you need to have two hours to spare… the sandwich service isn't clear. I waited 40 minutes even though there were four customers ahead of me, only to be told the menu wasn't working… (the woman was telling customers one by one). Also, I'm not a big fan of being served food with my bare hands, without gloves.

27/08/2026: The vendors constantly chat amongst themselves, laugh, and barely look at you when taking your order. Twice, there was a mistake with a sandwich order where I was charged for a meal deal instead of a simple sandwich. It's a shame because the cornbread is good... But the rest is deplorable.
