01/07/2026: What a terrible idea this hotel was: the heat, the smell, the lack of breakfast, no bar (despite being advertised as a highlight), a broken shower hose, no towels, noise from the street, and only the bed was barely acceptable.

03/06/2026: It was fine for one night... the room was clean, fairly large, with a small shower and a toilet next door... I appreciated the quiet and was able to sleep with the window open because of the heat, as there was no overlooking neighbors. The gentleman at reception was polite and friendly.

10/08/2026: Hello, In terms of speed, I think we've reached peak efficiency. Over 45 minutes of waiting. Yet there were only 10 customers at most. Organization? Zero points. They forgot about FAST FOOD. And don't give me the automated response, which has been the same for months; it doesn't change anything.

06/08/2026: The service was appalling and the manager didn't respond appropriately. Terrible service. Do not return to this restaurant.

02/05/2026: A little family outing today to the Starbucks at La Vache Noire. My daughter ordered a beautiful black and white donut while I waited for my coffee. A minute later, I saw her return to the counter, looking dejected, complaining that her donut was rock hard. The young woman at the register called her colleague over and asked if he had put completely frozen donuts in the display case. And he had. Not very professional, ladies and gentlemen... Especially since the products are quite expensive... And of course, not even a gesture of goodwill.

15/06/2026: I just ordered three pizzas, and there was a mistake on my order. The manager told me it would be ready in five minutes, but I waited 30 minutes. I called him back, and he spoke to me very rudely on the phone and called me a liar when I told him it wasn't the first time there had been mistakes with orders, and that I even once ordered five pizzas and received five boxes, but only four pizzas. One box was empty. He told me that wasn't true. I don't see the point in lying about that. On the other hand, the delivery driver was very good. This manager, who is so rude and disrespectful, needs to be replaced.

29/07/2026: A total wait of over 40 minutes at the drive-thru is unacceptable. The evening staff needs to be reviewed (they were laughing to themselves and not preparing orders, from what we could see). Furthermore, there were errors in our order. We specified four times when sending the sandwich back that we didn't want chicken, and they remade our sandwich with chicken! One drink was missing from our order. We definitely do not recommend this place. The staff is unpleasant, clearly doesn't listen, and at this time of day, a 40-minute wait is simply unacceptable. We'll go somewhere other than McDonald's next time. Too bad for them, Burger King is only 2 minutes away.

17/07/2026: I came to pick up food at the drive-thru this evening and everything went very well. The order was complete and Tehan at the kiosks is lovely.

01/07/2026: Avoid ordering from Uber or Deliveroo, the wait is too long.

31/05/2026: Unfortunately, this is the second time my friend has ordered and there's no kosher certification label on the box. This is a real problem; we can't eat it like that, especially since it's delivered via Uber Eats, so for a non-Jew, it needs two packages to be kosher.

14/08/2026: One of the worst drive-thrus in the Île-de-France region. Unacceptable wait times. No customer service. This isn't a fast food restaurant; you have to wait more than 15 minutes every time for your order. A fast food restaurant is supposed to be efficient; that's precisely why we go there.

13/08/2026: A very bad experience. You have to go through the self-service kiosks and need your receipts to get a refund. The staff there couldn't even print a simple receipt. So I gave them my email address to send it to me, but I never received anything. Truly disappointing service and a complete lack of professionalism.

15/03/2026: The dough is too thin, it releases too much oil and makes the dough transparent, which is far too disgusting.

03/06/2026: Of all the Domino's Pizzas we've tried, this one was the best! Even until 2 a.m. (I was shocked!), the pizzas were still perfectly made—so much so that I forgot to take a picture 😭—and absolutely delicious. Honestly, thank you for the quality! Another great place to remember, thanks to the amazing pizza chef of the day.
