16/07/2026: Dirty restaurant. Filthy toilets. Unfriendly staff. The ice cream they served me was already melted, and when I asked for a straw, they refused because "it's only for milkshakes." I should have shown them the ice cream to prove that I did, in fact, have a milkshake.

13/07/2026: I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your establishment (July 11th around 9:30/10:00 PM). While the food met my expectations, the service was unacceptable. I experienced an abnormally long wait for a small order (15 minutes for an ice cream, followed by another 15 minutes for a drink that I had to ask for twice). No apology was offered for these oversights. The most unacceptable aspect was the staff's attitude: I observed two kitchen employees using their phones instead of working. Beyond the lack of professionalism, this poses a serious hygiene problem, especially since they weren't wearing hairnets. All this in a restaurant that was only a quarter full. In short: A complete lack of consideration and nonexistent service.

14/08/2026: A stark, mall-style restaurant. No soap in the restrooms. Of the three rosé wines on the menu, two were out of stock. Half the dishes on the menu were unavailable and marked with black tape. According to the waiter, customers had complained that they weren't good. "So we don't make them anymore." Indeed, the dishes we ate looked more like reheated Asian takeout than freshly made food. The marked-off dishes must not have been "prepared in advance"... Given that the restaurant also does takeout next door, it wouldn't surprise me if the dishes came straight from the display case. For dessert, there was a sign on the table offering a dozen flavors of mochi. When we ordered, it turned out that eight flavors were unavailable. Of the two we ended up ordering, the lychee mochi were frozen solid and completely covered in ice crystals because they must have spent ages in the freezer. Freshness is another matter entirely. 14/08/2026: Everything is great there. Especially the room. The only problem is the closing time, which is 8 p.m.

04/01/2026: The concept is very interesting, but poorly executed for several reasons: - Limited variety of dishes: the same items are often on the conveyor belt, with not much choice in appetizers, maki, California rolls, skewers, or desserts. - Very poor quality: the quality of the food is far below what is acceptable, even for all-you-can-eat restaurants. For example, I found the salmon bland, leaving a strange aftertaste even after eating. - Very slow delivery: the wait for food is long; for instance, I waited 10 minutes for the salad I wanted to arrive on my tray. - Cleanliness: the counter isn't cleaned between customers; my table was sticky, and I had to use a wipe to clean it myself. I don't recommend this place unless you're in a hurry to eat lunch or you work in the area and have no other options.

28/04/2026: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well organised. Room service is very good. Breakfast is below moderate. The location is close to the masjid, mall and bus stops.

17/04/2026: The room was dirty and there was a used tissue on my bed when I arrived. The staff was incredibly rude. The breakfast was amazing and it is the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

04/08/2026: We came to this McDonald's to eat, so we placed two orders using the same tray to make receiving them easier. The employee came to put down the first tray, and I politely informed him that a second order was attached to the tray. The employee replied, without any politeness (no greeting or anything), in a direct, cold, and haughty tone, "I know my job." The second order arrived, and I had ordered a CBO, but to top it all off, the taste was nothing like a classic CBO. The bun had maybe three burnt pieces of bacon, and the sauce was very acidic. Throughout our meal, we witnessed the blatant lack of professionalism of this same employee, who walked right past people's kiosks while they were ordering, ignoring customers and, even worse, the delivery drivers stuck behind their designated door, which was then closed. At the end of our meal, seeing no trash cans nearby and tables piled high with uncleared trays, we decided to leave without clearing ours. The employee had the nerve to stop us outside and demand we clear our table. We told him that, given the poor service, we wouldn't. His only response was, "You have to clear your table." It seems clear that this McDonald's is sorely lacking in humanity and good taste, as well as proper employee training. We won't be returning, and we're perfectly fine with that.

02/08/2026: Still as awful as ever. 35 minutes at the drive-thru for a Happy Meal and there wasn't even a queue. The service is still pathetic! Luckily there's a Burger King nearby to make up for it!

07/08/2026: I witnessed a discussion between sales staff and order pickers yesterday, where they were badmouthing a colleague, and meanwhile, the service was, in my opinion, rather slow. They need to be a bit more professional! Dirty laundry should be aired privately, not in front of customers!

22/07/2026: Friendly service from an engaged and amicable staff member. They welcomed my very bad attempt to speak French but put me at ease by being friendly open and jovial about it! I didn't try the food but the coffee and drinks for me and my family were served with politeness and a warm welcome

18/07/2026: I enjoyed an excellent rare rump steak today with a delicious homemade béarnaise sauce. Perfectly cooked and served with a warm welcome 🥰. I highly recommend it.

15/07/2026: Great bar/café, the owner is super friendly and helped us order perfectly since we don't speak French well. The coffee is delicious, with a great flavor. The price is much cheaper than in Spain.

25/07/2026: I just had my worst experience with Uber Eats and Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza using the "buy one get one free" offer. When it arrived, I discovered that the pizzas were ridiculously small. The portions had clearly been reduced: it felt like they were selling two mini-pizzas for the price of one. I've never seen pizzas this small. On top of that, the amount charged by Uber Eats didn't match the price displayed at the time of ordering. And to top it all off, the Pizza Hut receipt showed yet another amount. Three different amounts for the same order is completely unacceptable. Between the reduced portions and the billing inconsistencies, this experience is outrageous. I feel cheated and I find these practices highly questionable. I will never order from Pizza Hut again, especially the one in Saint-Maur.

23/06/2026: It's a great spot for quick pizza. The place isn't really suitable for eating in. The menu is standard Pizza Hut, and the pizzas are hot when you pick them up.
