29/07/2026: Honestly, skip this place, don't go to this McDonald's. To think we were hesitating between this and Burger King, what a mistake! A 40-minute wait in total, at 11 PM, is outrageous for two sandwiches. And on top of that, I had to ask for beef four times; they barely listened. I checked, and they gave me a chicken sandwich. I asked to change it, waited another 10 minutes, and finally, when I got home, I was left with a chicken sandwich. It's really unfair. And to top it off, they forgot my drink. Terrible customer service, unpleasant to customers, and above all, they don't listen at all. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

29/07/2026: The longest drive-through in France: 10 minutes to place an order and 27 minutes to pick it up, and there were only 5 cars. I asked for an explanation, but even the employee seemed embarrassed.

22/07/2026: Worst Starbucks Latte I’ve ever had. Tasted more like water than coffee. Disappointing to say the least. My kids didn’t like their drinks either. Does not compare to other international Starbucks I’ve been served at. Better to have spent my money on another business while waiting at the Charles de Gaulle airport.

16/08/2026: After several visits to this McDonald's, orders take a very long time to arrive, they forget the free gift for the €16 special meals as well as for the children's meals, there are no napkins, etc...

17/01/2026: I ordered cooked tuna and avocado maki yesterday, and I noticed a strange smell. At first, I thought I was imagining things, but I wasn't at all! I took the maki in my mouth, started chewing, and tasted a disgusting, rotten flavor. I spat it all out and almost threw up! The tuna wasn't fresh; it was expired. It's shameful! Six years later, I ordered from them again, not realizing it was them because I'd forgotten about them after six years. Anyway, I only ordered a dessert and two bottles of water, and they somehow managed to forget the water bottles and only included the dessert, which I haven't even tasted yet! In short, I wanted to leave them a bad review regarding the water, and imagine my surprise when I discovered I'd already left them that same bad review six years ago! I even remembered the scene where I was complaining about the maki rolls! It's clear that after six years, they haven't improved at all. I don't even understand how they managed to survive COVID; they're so bad!

04/06/2026: I wanted to get a latte, I was in front of the waitress, she turned her back on me, didn't even look at me. For a moment I thought I was invisible. For 5 minutes I waited, no reaction. I crossed the street to Le Val, I got a gourmet coffee, I enjoyed it, and from now on I will never set foot in that bakery again, for me it will be Le Val every morning.

17/07/2026: Extremely disappointed! I ordered a pizza and three cheesy breads to take away. When I went to pick them up, I asked the man who was alone in the kitchen and at the counter if both orders were there. To confirm, he opened the pizza box and found an insect inside. I pointed it out to him, and he tried to pull the wool over my eyes, saying, "No, it just got in when I opened it." I told him that's not true; it was already in there, I saw it. He didn't even apologize, didn't remake the order, or give me a refund. He just let me leave. I'm not even going to eat, I'm so disgusted! The hygiene at this Domino's is unacceptable; what just happened is outrageous!

09/07/2026: The staff (who weren't the same as usual) were very unpleasant. They wouldn't put down their phone to take my order. When I asked for the receipt, they refused and told me, "You bought a kebab, not a car." Then, they refused to give me the sauces that the other person usually gives me. Well, that man is right; I only bought a kebab, but I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

20/06/2026: Terrible experience. I ordered a sirloin steak, but when the plate arrived, the piece of meat was very small and poorly presented. It looked as if the chef had simply taken the last leftover piece of meat and thrown it on the grill. Very disappointing. Not recommended.

29/05/2026: Very good restaurant, however, I had a €25 cocktail, we could taste the alcohol far too much (it needed to be flambéed), which is a shame, but everything else was good, thank you anyway for indicating the origins of the meats on the menu.

23/08/2026: The worst coffee I have ever had. The server didn't understand, neither in French nor in English, that I actually wanted two coffees.

21/07/2026: The tuna sandwich was rubbery and really disappointing. The Pepsi wasn't fresh at all, and when I asked for a replacement, I was told it wasn't possible because they didn't have any fresh Pepsi. The raspberry yogurt was bland and tasteless. The service was barely adequate: a simple "hello," without a smile or any real sense of customer service. All this for €13.90, a price that absolutely does not reflect the quality offered. I do not recommend it.
