16/09/2024: Nous avons apprécié: - la qualité du repas toutes les assiettes étaient parfaites en particulier les desserts. - le menu enfant avec des mini plats identiques aux parents Nous n'avons pas aimé la qualité du service: - repas un peu trop long - personnel volontaire (qui ne parlait pas français) qui ne comprenait pas nos demandes - présentation des assiettes difficilement audible; on a fait répéter plusieurs fois. Malgré cela nous sommes très satisfaits de notre soirée qui en appellera d'autres.

26/08/2024: Quiet accommodation to enjoy nature, and a few minutes by car from Gérardmer. We were able to enjoy a spacious and comfortable room for 2 nights (suitable for PMR) which also allowed us to enjoy the song of the small stream below. Hearty breakfast with delicious homemade jams. The dishes offered in the restaurant are varied and delicious.

06/08/2024: Handy place along a pleasant street through the beautiful village! We picked up the food to eat at the campsite. Unfortunately, the dough was not yet cooked, but the edges were crispy. You could tear the pizza because the bottom of several pizzas was undercooked. It was quiet, yet I was surprised when the pizza was ready after 15 minutes, but unfortunately this was at the expense of the quality. For €13.50 I thought the kebab on the pizza was mediocre and the lettuce looked old. In the photo you will understand what I mean. Nothing has happened to the pizza here yet, except for exchanging half of another ordered pizza. If the quality is better locally, then this place is definitely recommended. The service is friendly and the place is beautiful.

05/08/2024: We came for the baptism of my niece and nephew. The staff is very warm and takes great care of our entire family. The meal was fabulous! Thanks to the cooks! We all had a great time! The portions are very generous! The tournedos rossini was delicious! The cooking was perfect! We had a great time as a family! We had a large table inside and we took advantage of the secure space outside so the children could play! I highly recommend this place if you want to get together with family.

30/08/2024: We tried the restaurant for the first time: and we will return! A pleasant and warm setting. We took the Mansarde menu and everything was excellent, well-stocked snails, a sweet and hearty foie gras, an excellent scallop risotto with lime, a very tasty crème brûlée 🍮, and an ice cream sundae worthy of the name. We had a great time, even the cocktails were well prepared. The service was fast and quality.

21/09/2024: Wow, I just tasted the profiteroles and the Mirabelle couple at La Passerelle, this family restaurant in La Bresse in the Vosges. It was crazy good! Profiteroles, how can I put it... the dough is crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside. They're filled with creamy cream, and there's a layer of chocolate on top with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite makes you want more! And then the Mirabelle plum pairing, oh my... The Mirabelle plums are fresh, a perfect mix of sweet and sour. It goes really well with the soft cake. The presentation is also super pretty, like a work of art on the plate. In short, the two desserts make the taste buds dance! The chef at La Passerelle is really talented. I have to go back one of these four, I want to try the other dishes. I seriously recommend it for those passing through the Vosges!

26/09/2024: Very warm welcome, the staff are really very kind and warm. The restaurant room is magnificent, spacious and can accommodate all types of meals...business, lovers, or leisure. The wine that accompanies the daily menu is excellent as well as the one I had with my à la carte dish, a chardonnay. Prices are correct. I highly recommend this place. The young woman who served us was really caring and very attentive to our needs. Thanks to the whole team!
