29/05/2026: This restaurant deserves so much more than its initial rating! The exterior is beautiful, the welcome was perfect, and everyone was so kind, smiling, and helpful! We had the €15 set menu with starter, main course, and dessert, and we were delighted 😁 The ingredients were excellent, and the dishes tasted exquisite, especially the arancini 😊 We highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed!

17/05/2026: The pizza was very runny, the crust was overcooked. I asked for no onions, but they gave them to me. A lack of professionalism. The tables are too close together, not enough space, one table is overcrowded, and the seats are dirty and poorly maintained. It's a shame they made us wait outside.

15/04/2026: Quiet stay but uneven amenities (3/5) We had a very quiet and clean stay, which was much appreciated. However, several points need improvement: - The room and bedding: The room is spacious. While the bedding seemed comfortable the first day, we discovered a "bump" in the middle of the mattress and indentations on either side the very next day, suggesting it had been flipped just before our arrival. Furthermore, only one very flat pillow per person is insufficient. - The bathroom: Large but impractical. There is no hand shower (only a fixed rain shower head), and the shower lacks a fixed faucet for the bathtub. The absence of a shower screen or curtain floods the bathroom; a squeegee would be necessary to remove the water. Note: access is impossible with assistive devices (the door is too narrow). - Breakfast: Not very substantial in our opinion: half a baguette (small), a croissant, very little butter/jam, only one coffee, and an orange juice. Scrambled eggs are available upon request, but the rest is insufficient. Reception: Please note that there is no reception area to drop off luggage before arrival time, nor access to restrooms. In short, the hotel is quiet and clean, but the comfort of the bedding and the functionality of the amenities need improvement.

24/05/2026: We ate delicious fried carp, not with that oily taste you often find elsewhere... here you actually taste the fish! I recommend it 1000%! We've definitely found the right place!

19/05/2026: Excellent stay at the Logis de France La Résidence hotel in Val d’Ajol! Very quiet location, impeccable and spotless room. The service is top-notch, with welcoming and attentive staff. Special mention for the evening meal and breakfast: fresh, delicious local products. I highly recommend it!

30/05/2026: A perfect stay in every way, the staff are really friendly, I enjoyed our conversations, the room was exactly as expected, the food was excellent, thank you to the chef and all the staff for their kindness and availability, we will definitely come back with our dog of course.

10/05/2026: The giant kebab in the attached photo is indeed very large, but I was very disappointed because there wasn't enough sauce on the fries and even inside the kebab itself. The bread was dry, but otherwise the kebab meat was good. I think €12.90 for this kebab is excessive… I don't recommend it unless you want to throw your money away. The pizzas 🍕 are still very good, though.
