23/09/2024: I came to plumière for just three days, I ate at the restaurant twice. Decent dish, although I came a little late once, the other time on Sunday I had not reserved. The waitress who manages a lot of things at the same time kindly welcomed me, although I noticed that she was doing a lot of things is that she (doesn't appreciate that I am not reserved) which I can understand.
I told him I had time.
This lady is nice and really good at her job. Thank you again, sorry for not having booked and for having done something extra for you. In any case I will come back, Madam is really efficient and manages the table well despite the rush. I wish you only good and thank you for serving me despite the stress :)

04/08/2024: The setting is pretty, the cakes are very good with tastes that you don't find everywhere. The waitresses are very welcoming and smiling. If you want a good cake, this is the place.

30/08/2024: We tried the restaurant for the first time: and we will return! A pleasant and warm setting. We took the Mansarde menu and everything was excellent, well-stocked snails, a sweet and hearty foie gras, an excellent scallop risotto with lime, a very tasty crème brûlée 🍮, and an ice cream sundae worthy of the name. We had a great time, even the cocktails were well prepared. The service was fast and quality.

10/09/2024: Nous avons organisé notre repas de baptême pour 40 personnes à l'auberge des Hetz et nous avons été ravis. Nous étions déjà venu il y a 6 ans pour notre premier enfant et malgré le changement de propriétaire entre temps pour était très bien.
La cuisine est très bonne et le chef s'adapte à nos envies pour l'organisation, la décoration de la table etc...
Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons également en plus petit comité.

10/09/2024: Bonjour j' ai commande un faut filet un trière mangeable le reste du gras pour moi c'étais plutôt une entre cote avec beaucoup de gras payé 23 e environ trop chère je ne recommande pas ...déçut

We recommend for hikers who want to have a good time and recover thanks to the sauna.

27/08/2024: We came as a couple on a Sunday evening.
The value for money is excellent. From starter to dessert we enjoyed ourselves. The portions are generous but you can leave with a “doggy bag” and enjoy it again the next day at home!
In addition, the cheeses tasted are available for sale (large + for the Fenugreek one).
