10/10/2025: I've only been to the restaurant, but the welcome is warm from the moment you arrive. A simple interior. A charming hostess dedicated to your culinary satisfaction.
Everything is refined, from the appetizers to the coffee.
Congratulations.
20/09/2025: Reserved a table on a Saturday evening for a meal with friends. Pleasant service. We were served quite quickly given the number of tables to be occupied and only one person to manage everything. Well done.

06/03/2026: The table was adequate, but the dishes lacked elegance, particularly the scallops served with a horribly acidic grapefruit sauce that completely ruined the scallop. The portions were also far too large, and the enjoyment of the meal declined after the fourth course. The service, however, was very well executed.
16/02/2026: Excellent meal in a magnificent setting; congratulations to the kitchen and to Philippe, who does an exceptional job in the dining room.

23/01/2026: Great little kebab place with an amazing owner. He took his time knowing what I wanted to eat through our language barrier.
21/01/2026: The owner/cook is extremely friendly, the kitchen is clean, and the service is quick and welcoming. I think it's the best kebab around!
The prices are still reasonable compared to others that can be very expensive.

01/03/2026: During a weekend in the mountains, we stopped at this charming little restaurant with its rustic mountain atmosphere, enhanced by the all-wood decor. The prices are very reasonable and the food is excellent! It was impossible to have dessert because the portions were so generous! I highly recommend it!

But the food was very greasy: fries, burgers...
The waiter was nice, but we won't be repeating the experience.

28/01/2026: Wow, what a lovely, welcoming, and easygoing couple of restaurateurs! The husband makes excellent food, and the wife's service is impeccable. They are down-to-earth and always smiling.
Whenever you're in Senones, a quick stop for a glass of rosé wine is a must.
Absolutely worth it!

14/01/2026: The welcome was pleasant, but the service was a bit slow (40 minutes for the first course) and the dishes were disappointing, dry and the meat tough. We won't be back.

26/02/2026: A comment unrelated to the hostel's operations: My wife brought my daughter in for an urgent need to use the restroom. The woman there gave my wife a very cold reception and refused to let my daughter go ("if everyone does that, we'll never get anywhere").
While I can understand this for an adult, it's much less acceptable for a 4-year-old. I don't know what the hostel is like, but this was enough for me.

Everything was perfect.
The welcome, the service...
The little coffee by the fireplace.
It goes without saying that we will return when the weather is warmer.

22/02/2026: We hadn't even stepped inside before being accosted by an incredibly rude woman.
No greeting, nothing, we were simply assaulted. Just enough time to explore, to dry off... in short, don't stop there if you want to have a good time on your first day of skiing.
21/02/2026: Although the restaurant is self-service, the food is very good (local dishes) and competitively priced. The setting is pleasant and decorated like a barn/chalet. A great stop in the middle of a day of skiing or hiking.
