09/12/2025: The classic chicken was rather dry, the Émile Bonheur was better thanks to the avocado and egg. The fries were too thick, making them a bit heavy and suffocating. The restrooms weren't very clean. The waitresses were efficient and polite.

23/09/2024: Although the attendance was low, the staff remained underqualified to serve such a small number of customers although they were pleasant. Fries arriving 20 minutes after the pizza, cold and soft. Let's not even talk about cooking the pizza and the almost still raw eggs... after all without a real cook and with the manager in the kitchen it's not surprising. In short, a service provided by underqualified staff who do not know the menu, a manager who cooks the pizzas himself and this is the result of a poor pizzeria that I am canceling. TO RUN AWAY. In addition, acquaintances work for this employer who is unpleasant and disrespectful or even aggressive with their personal. It's a shame that this restaurant, which was so good, has become a tourist trap so that the customers of the former manager will no longer be there because the change was so radical. 17/11/2024: Very warm welcome, really very good meal, a little extra for Alexandra the waitress who was extremely kind and very professional. Only small downside: it was cold in the restaurant, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

10/12/2024: Nice little restaurant, unfortunately if you don't have a reservation or are not part of the hotel we place you in the breakfast room.. we ate well, nothing extraordinary but overall it was good.

09/12/2024: Certainly the location is good but restaurant-wise it's the worst restaurant I've been in so far, a terrible atmosphere, we're spoken badly to, no respect to be honest. I had a very bad experience and will not go back there again.

30/11/2024: Personel désagréable. Les plat ont été servie froid obliger de demander à se que on les réchauffe. 30 min a attendre le plat et 25 min pour les dessert, et on a eu notre apéro en même temps que le plat.

05/07/2025: I very rarely post negative reviews, but we arrived at the Pub in Gérardmer at 8 p.m. and weren't served until almost 10 p.m.... Two hours of waiting for very disappointing service. The portions are truly ridiculous: a tiny rump steak, a poor quality salad, and the non-existent portion of fries, clearly not worth the price. It's neither filling nor tasty. Very bad experience, I absolutely do not recommend it.

12/12/2025: We just left this establishment, which we've made a habit of visiting every year when we come to the Vosges. The waiter didn't understand anything we asked for and always just answered "yes." We ordered a gerommade and a reblochonade. The charcuterie platter arrived, and five minutes later, the grill and fondue pots. Then nothing. After ten minutes, without even starting to eat, we had to ask for our potatoes. We had to go to the website to prove that potatoes were included in the menu... Unbelievable, a waiter who didn't know the dishes! We waited another ten minutes for these famous potatoes, which finally arrived in a small quantity of four for two people. It was the same story with a carafe of water and bread; the waiter never took a note and forgot everything. The service was disastrous; we will not be returning to this establishment.

A place I used to go to just 2 years ago, full of enthusiasm... today we return... disappointed from the moment we enter... it's cold... so we place our orders, we get fondues... barely have we had our aperitif served when the main course arrives... salad and cheese... we wait, the fondue set is already missing... it arrives after a few minutes... I think to myself the waiter must have noticed that we were still missing the potatoes... which were listed in the dish. We didn't even have to ask... they brought us four potatoes for two people... we also asked for bread because it wasn't included either... so we had to wait about 10 minutes to start... anyway, I pointed out that the potatoes were supposed to come with the fondue... he seemed surprised... the same thing happened with the drinks; we had to ask for them... so before we finished eating, the machine was turned off... in short, disappointed... you've lost two customers... I won't be going back... €58, we stopped there, so disappointed... we won't have any trouble finding better... whereas before it was so good
