The ingredients were high quality, and the ambiance was wonderfully convivial. We need these country restaurants where the work is done with heart and a genuine desire to please. 17/04/2026: We went with friends and had a fantastic meal! Excellent value for money. The set menu was perfectly satisfying, though a little heavy 😅. The desserts were superb, we ate on the terrace and had a lovely time.

12/02/2026: Simply put, the quality isn't up to par with what you'd find in other establishments. The food isn't up to the standard of other places in this type of hotel, but the staff is great and the hotel could use a refresh with a warmer atmosphere.

Flavorful wines, superb cocktails, beautiful presentation, spotless. And the pastries: to die for! This is a real challenge for the few restaurants in Saint-Dié! Highly recommended. 👍👍👏👏👏👏👏

05/04/2026: We've eaten at this restaurant several times and honestly, we have no complaints. Today, for Easter, we went back with our family. When we made the reservation, an Easter menu and the regular menu were offered. Upon arrival, there was no Easter menu. Surprised, we pointed this out and were told, "Yes, that's normal, given the event in the village, we changed it." The service wasn't great; there was no salt and pepper or peanuts for our aperitifs. We were given a small amount of Baden cheese from another table so it wouldn't go to waste. The fries weren't crispy and seemed reheated. The meal was more like a brasserie meal. It's a shame for this type of restaurant, which used to be very nice, but is disappointing today.

01/04/2026: Disappointed by the extremely unfriendly service; we were promised tagliatelle for our meal but ended up with rice without being told. In short, very disappointed.

14/03/2026: The hosts are absolutely charming. The homemade breakfasts are hearty and delicious. The sauna offers a perfect moment of relaxation, and the property is beautifully surrounded by nature. The ski slopes are just a 10-minute drive away. A farm is only 3 minutes away, offering delicious local produce, and a beautiful lake is right next door. Lake Gérardmer is also very close. Honestly, a top-notch place!
