30/08/2026: We used the catering service from Restaurant de la Vraine for my daughter's wedding and I highly recommend this establishment for its refined cuisine and its chef. The very pleasant servers enhanced our evening. Our short night at the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. Thank you to the entire team and see you soon.

The change of ownership has really damaged this location, which used to be so pleasant… I ordered a glass of sweet wine… they charged me 9 euros… worse than in Paris… Then the restaurant owners don't understand why people aren't coming anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️ I absolutely do not recommend this place.

19/09/2026: Unfortunately, La Plage restaurant is no longer what it used to be, and that's a real shame. I truly miss the former owner and his entire team. These days, I find the service leaves much to be desired: the staff spends a lot of time chatting and makes customers wait far too long. It's a pity, because the place had so much potential. Furthermore, the prices have become truly exorbitant. A real disappointment, especially for those who knew the restaurant before.

Here, the meal is not experienced as a demonstration, but as a promise kept: that of a harmonious, accessible moment, refined enough to leave a lasting impression. The choice of a Minuty served throughout the meal immediately sets the tone. This wine, with its now well-established reputation, unfolds its southern freshness with an almost sophisticated ease. It accompanies the meal like summer light prolongs a late afternoon: without jarring, without abruptness, with a charming fluidity that prevents lunch from becoming heavy and dinner from becoming rigid. One might criticize this choice for its classicism; one would prefer to see it as a form of intelligence. 30/09/2026: A wonderful experience at Capri! I was greeted and welcomed by Laure, who was absolutely lovely, smiling, and professional. The service was impeccable from beginning to end. I had the tomato and mozzarella salad as a starter, followed by a Cesario pizza: everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to Laure for her warm welcome and kindness; it's truly a pleasure to be treated so well. I will definitely be back!

25/09/2026: While visiting family, they suggested we all go out for a meal together because they'd heard good things about this pizzeria. Overall, it was more than decent, a large portion of lasagna and an excellent pizza with...Munster cheese. 😛 Easily accessible with several parking lots.

16/10/2026: A fantastic weekend for a group of students. Very comfortable beds and a magnificent setting in the heart of the Vosges mountains. Plenty of space, entertainment equipment... and we even had the chance to watch a ski jumping competition!
