30/09/2025: I prefer the old hotel restaurant run by Mrs. Gapp, kindness, friendliness typical of her, the chef excels in originality, charming welcome, I don't like the current context at all, greetings.

19/08/2025: An unforgettable experience at Gîte Les 2 Clefs! We truly appreciated our stay here. Hostess Ilse and host Steven are exceptionally warm and welcoming – nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always ready to help, provide comprehensive advice on any tourist activity you want to plan, and make you feel right at home. The gîte is spotless, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are like sleeping on rose petals. Upon arrival, the hot tub was already waiting for us at a delightful 40 degrees Celsius, and we received a regional aperitif platter with cheeses and salamis – a fantastic surprise. Ilse's cooking is unparalleled, and the location, with the Moselle River flowing peacefully past the backyard, makes it completely idyllic. In short: top-notch hygiene, a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and Ilse & Steven truly make the difference. Wow, what an experience – absolutely recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

21/08/2025: I don't understand the last comment. We came a year ago and were satisfied. We came back today. A quiche as a starter, coq au vin as a main course and cream puffs for dessert. Super good quantity and quality. For 13 euros, a half for 2.50 euros and a kir for 3.50 euros. The lady is friendly. We will come back.

21/01/2026: We arrived. Power outage, we had to wait over two hours for our pitch... which, in the end, didn't exist. Despite my request, I was told it did exist, but it was nowhere to be found (the previous guest hadn't found it either and had been given a different one). No one came to check on the grounds. After some insistence, my husband said we would set up where there was no one else, as we had been offered a spot at the far end of the campsite, alone behind a building—nice for New Year's Eve. Otherwise, the heated pool is not bad, but there's no place to put towels to dry. Having to walk barefoot on the mats in front of the entrance to get to the pool is not ideal. We were in a campervan. The water tap for filling the tank was broken, so we had to use the tap for rinsing the toilet cassette to fill up. Not very hygienic. At over 40 euros a night... It's not worth it at all. Plus, the computer system was down when we arrived, and we received a reminder for unpaid tourist tax. Not a very pleasant memory of that night at the campsite. The restaurant staff, however, were very friendly.

25/01/2026: A terrible experience at Le Panache in Épinal. We were a group of ten, all regulars who come very often to have a good time with family and friends, dressed smartly as usual, and we were refused entry for supposed "doubts about our identity." This is completely absurd, considering we've all been several times before without ever having any problems. On top of that, the bouncers were frankly unpleasant, disrespectful, and not at all welcoming, acting condescendingly. When you treat regular customers like that, it's no wonder people don't come back. Very disappointing. We certainly won't be returning.

14/12/2025: Last night, while I was in line to get in, I was pushed during an extremely violent altercation involving several bouncers against a single man. There were three of them against him, repeatedly hitting him until his head was bleeding. At one point, one man was sitting on him while the others kicked him violently in the head. This happened several times. Luckily, the man managed to protect his head. I want to reiterate that a security guard is supposed to ensure the safety of customers and de-escalate conflicts, not use gratuitous violence, especially not when several people attack a single person who is already restrained. What I witnessed was shocking, disproportionate, and dangerous, both for the person being attacked and for those around them. It's shameful and completely unacceptable for an establishment open to the public. I felt absolutely unsafe.

29/09/2024: I discovered this little restaurant with colleagues and I must say that I loved it! Simple but effective cooking for a meal. In terms of price, it's very reasonable with a menu at €30 including a cheese course and dessert! Plus the blueberry tare is simply madness 😍

21/09/2024: Arrived a little late for my reservation... Not a "good evening" and I was told that the kitchens were closed. It's Saturday, and it's 8:45 p.m.... Do not offer reservations if you want to close your restaurant early...

09/12/2025: The classic chicken was rather dry, the Émile Bonheur was better thanks to the avocado and egg. The fries were too thick, making them a bit heavy and suffocating. The restrooms weren't very clean. The waitresses were efficient and polite.

08/12/2025: Excellent value for money: 30 euros for an aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, coffee or tea or herbal infusion.

12/10/2024: Very good food and friendly service. A small interior with a few seats, but more outside in the gallery. Italian design, cool ambience. Large selection of Italian dishes, less when it comes to desserts.

03/11/2025: We came as a couple for the weekend of November 1st, thanks to a Smartbox "wellness" gift voucher. The hotel's common areas are very pretty and perfectly maintained; you can feel the charm of a well-preserved historical building. However, the room left much to be desired: the carpet was dirty and stained, as were the armchairs, the broken roller shutter wouldn't close, and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed was comfortable, though. As for the spa area, it was unfortunately very disappointing. The hammam (made of plastic) didn't produce steam or the scent of essential oils, and the sauna and heated outdoor pool (23°C in November) were the only facilities available, giving the impression of a somewhat neglected space, especially when you have to walk through completely empty, hospital-like rooms to get to the sauna... It's a shame, because the hotel clearly has the potential and space to offer a more comprehensive wellness center. Fortunately, the reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and smiling, and the restaurant is a delightful surprise: the food is delicious and the service impeccable. Breakfast is also very comprehensive.

04/09/2024: Excellents plats, servis bien chauds et en quantité pour de très petits prix. Le personnel est charmant. La façade et l’extérieur m’avait donné mauvaise impression mais ca a été une découverte super positive.
