The people who work in the kitchen always take the time to greet and thank the customers and it’s very pleasant. I often have the conchiglie alla siciliana and the chef makes it for me in the form of a gratin with mozzarella, which is delicious!! (With soft pizza crusts used as bread it’s even better) There are many dishes and options for those who eat without meat or pork and the staff each time clarifies whether there is alcohol or not in the desserts without us asking them, it is very professional to their part In terms of service, politeness, helpfulness and sympathy are the words I would use to describe them In short, I recommend and I will come back to eat there no matter the occasion

05/05/2024: Great atmosphere, the servers are professional and the food is excellent! Surely the best restaurant in all of Saint Die! I recommend doing it at least once for an occasion like a birthday. Their chocolate fondant is exceptional!!!

13/05/2024: We spent one night there with a group of cyclists. Excellent welcome, pleasant rooms, very good meal. Small problem with the wine billed way too expensive for our taste but erased by the owner who offered us the digestive. But that's the only downside to our stay.

11/05/2024: Little nugget discovered following a gift box...what can I say? Very friendly welcome, the owner and her staff take great care of all the customers and you immediately feel good even before discovering the room! The room... large, very well finished and arranged, nothing to complain about. The menu...no complaints either, we ate very, very well throughout our stay. Morality, we don't know when we will return but it will be a real pleasure to spend a few days there again.

23/03/2024: I have just read the reviews which are all top notch but the fact of pointing out that there are no fries, mayonnaise, ketchup at your place annoys me given that all these homemade products with local producers are no less good! It's not bad food to allow yourself these dishes from time to time. Best wishes.

18/05/2024: We came 2 years ago and had dinner at the restaurant, warm, generous and delicious. Perfect mention for cheese specialties! We were accommodated in one of the rooms above the restaurant, stylish, cozy and tastefully decorated. First, we were surprised by the price increase (€65 2 years ago, €95 today) With inflation and the installation of a SPA in the meantime, we weren't really shocked... But this time we were accommodated in the "annex", an adjoining building. A disaster! Small, old-fashioned, cold, curtains and bathroom from another time, damaged and scratched wooden bed. We were as disappointed this time as we were delighted the time before. The price is, therefore, and for the rooms in the annex, not justified.

23/03/2024: I stayed there nearly 2 weeks. Apart from other excellent features like cleaning,delicious food,wide rooms and location I just wanna emphasize the hospitality is on another level. I was welcomed very well from the first day to the last day.Also the hotel is in touch with nature. There are magnificent waterfalls just a short distance away, you should definitely see them. The only bad experience for me is that we played chess with the owner and he beat me.😄Thank you for these memorable days.

24/03/2024: Delicious meal! But really rotten atmosphere. The waiters drank, spoke very loudly and basically made a big mess and threw the roll of paper towels to make a ball. For a romantic meal we were seriously disappointed...! We asked a waitress about it, it's often this atmosphere in the evenings.!! We will never come back!!!!
