10/03/2026: The sauerkraut was bland, tasteless. A bit disappointing for an "Alsatian tavern." The French toast was reheated, not crispy at all, and completely soggy. On the plus side, the service was pleasant. The young waitress was very attentive.

26/02/2026: It's incredible! I've never eaten so well. Whenever I'm in Gérardmer, I can't resist having lunch there. I highly recommend this place. The staff is fantastic, from the very friendly waitresses to Brigitte, the farmer who prepares all these excellent, hearty, and delicious dishes. 19/01/2026: A fantastic stop on our Vosges road trip. The food is homemade, with a choice of two starters, two main courses, and two desserts—a real treat. The two women serving are absolutely lovely. A must-try if you're in the area.

18/03/2026: Despite the bartender's disparaging remarks about the slow mobility of an elderly person with a disability (suggesting next time she should come with wheels, and ranting, in shorts behind the bar, that it delayed his run and he should already be back), we had a very good meal. The presentation was excellent, the foie gras perfect, the duck cooked to perfection, and let's not forget the delicious calf's head. The service was quick and efficient, provided by Anne, our waitress, who was attentive and genuinely kind. I'm keeping the bill high, considering that management shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of its employees' actions. A lovely setting in front of the cathedral. I recommend this establishment.

14/03/2026: A sure bet in Saint-Dié! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was impeccable: a warm welcome and perfect service. The dishes are of high quality with excellent value for money. Special mention for the pace of service, neither too slow nor too fast. I highly recommend it!

06/02/2026: Good evening, I highly recommend La Florentine. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the food is excellent, and the prices are affordable. Personally, I love the green salad with shrimp, walnuts, asparagus, red onion, tomato, egg, and salmon 😋😋, and the pizzas 🍕 😲 are simply divine ☺️☺️. I highly recommend it.

08/02/2026: First visit to the establishment. Arrived at 12:10 PM. First appetizer at 1:15 PM, main course a little later. I discovered a beef mille-feuille with 5mm slices of meat and 1cm slices of bread with a semblance of foie gras. The meat was good, the rest was nothing special; there was no port sauce. I ordered a glass of wine but never received it. In short, a little disappointed. The children's menu included one piece of beef for an adult. Far too much.

29/01/2026: An excellent weekday lunch menu for around €15, including soup, starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. That lunchtime, we enjoyed country ham, cod fillet, and Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce), in addition to split pea soup and cheese. Fresh ingredients and homemade cuisine. Reservations are recommended. Highly recommended!
