25/04/2026: Wonderful location, magnificent views over the lake and the foothills of the Vosges Mountains. A small public sandy beach right in front of the hotel with comfortable lounge chairs for enjoying a cocktail with a lake view. Perfect for a relaxing 6-day break or a hiking holiday.

25/03/2026: Ordered by phone on a Monday evening at 7:00 PM to pick up the pizzas at 8:00 PM. For parking, there are spaces available on the street and a parking lot less than 100 meters away. On arrival, a warm welcome and no delays. At 8:00 PM, the last two of the nine pizzas were finishing cooking. A loyalty card and a bottle of rosé were offered. A very nice gesture for buying nine pizzas. Regarding the pizzas, there were eight XXL and one medium. The nine pizzas had eight different toppings. All the pizzas were delicious, the crust was extra thin, and the pizzas were generously topped. For an average eater, half an XXL pizza is enough. For a big eater, the XXL pizza is perfect; you'll be completely satisfied after finishing it. Considering the size of the XXL pizza, the price is unbeatable. A place to return to without hesitation!

05/01/2026: We ordered two pizzas (one Indian and one Mexican, medium size, €11.50 + €13, totaling €24.50) and I was shocked to see I was charged €25. When we went to pick up the pizzas, he made us wait over 15 minutes, and when it came time to pay, he said, in a joking tone, "I'll give you this for €25 instead of €24.50 because of the wait," but I could tell it wasn't a joke. Considering the pizzas weren't very topped (especially with chicken), this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!

31/03/2026: This visit was a disaster! I mean a DISASTER. (Monday, March 30, 2026) The service was interminable, over thirty minutes of waiting for a simple burger and fries... ultimately, it was bland. And don't even get me started on the desserts, which were absolutely not worth the price, especially considering they were clearly defrosted. (No warnings—is that even legal?) If you want to waste your time and money, this is the place to go.

26/04/2026: We came as a group of four, including one person who is gluten-free, and they took the time to discuss with us what options were available for her. The meal was generous and well-presented, at a reasonable price.

15/04/2026: I only tried the restaurant: Great service, warm welcome, but the meal was disastrous... the buffet wasn't appetizing and there were few options for vegetarians... I had fish as a main course with dry couscous on the side, neither moistened nor buttered, and a few cauliflower florets... avoid this place if you want a good meal.

15/02/2026: The establishment doesn't even bother to answer the phone for a reservation. (Several calls were attempted.) Perhaps we'll have the opportunity to come and review the food one day!

Honestly, between the deli meats, cheese, and fish, I almost left with the whole store 😅 The sales staff are fantastic: smiling, professional, and attentive… they almost make you want to come back every day! The butcher's counter? Absolutely perfect… always well-stocked, beautifully presented, and staffed by a team that knows their stuff inside and out 👌 A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome during my visit on Friday, April 24, 2026! Special mention to the butcher, deli, and cheese teams… you're a danger to my wallet 😂 And a little message to management: keep them safe… because you clearly have a golden team!
