12/05/2026: We spent five days at this hotel near the Contrexéville thermal baths and have wonderful memories of our stay. The building is magnificent, full of charm, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention also goes to the restaurant: the meals were excellent and the service was top-notch. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return.

20/05/2026: The atmosphere is very rustic, authentic, and mountainous—exactly what you come looking for in this kind of place. No frills here: it's simple, friendly, and you can really feel the traditional Vosges inn vibe. Personally, I ordered the organic mountain platter and I wasn't disappointed at all! The dish was generous, delicious, and you could clearly taste the fresh, local ingredients. The service is in the same spirit: very "old-fashioned," sometimes a little noisy 😅, but that also adds to the charm of the place. It might not be the coziest or most intimate spot, but it's a warm and authentic place where you can eat very well 😊 One small regret, though: the weather unfortunately wasn't on our side today, because the terrace and the view look absolutely magnificent. It makes you want to come back when the weather's nice ☀️ Another great bonus is their little shop at the exit, perfect for picking up some local products. They have jams, aperitifs, wines, beers, and other local specialties 😊

16/05/2026: I stumbled upon this place on my way back from a trip. I'm very surprised by the negative reviews; it's as if we didn't eat at the same place... We ordered three different pizzas, all excellent and made with fresh ingredients. The service was impeccable and very quick despite the crowd. It's a shame it's so far from my home... I highly recommend it!

02/05/2026: A classic all-you-can-eat buffet, but the restaurant is a bit dated and really feels stuck in the past; a little renovation wouldn't hurt. The dishes are replenished regularly, but there's practically no human interaction. The waitress isn't very friendly and places drinks on the table without a word. Overall, I found it less good than some other restaurants of the same style, especially in Vesoul where the quality is a cut above. If you're just looking for a quick meal, it's fine, but don't go there for the atmosphere or the ambiance.

08/06/2026: A wonderful time, surrounded by fir trees and ponds. We celebrated our wedding on June 6th at La Vigotte. We had a wonderful time. Laurent guided us throughout the entire event planning process. He offered helpful advice and was attentive to all our requests. His team assisted us with setting up the indoor and outdoor spaces, paying close attention to the details that were important to us. We were very pleased with the food, which perfectly matched what we wanted for our guests. We particularly enjoyed some of the new additions to the menu (Lorraine punch, hay-cooked chicken, strawberry and lemon balm soup, rhubarb floating island, etc.). We opted for a buffet, which was beautifully presented and received excellent feedback from our guests. The hotel is comfortable and allows guests to stay overnight without worrying about the possibility of them returning after a few drinks. Everyone stays on-site, which is a real convenience. The verdant setting, nestled among fir trees and ponds, was particularly appealing and provided the perfect backdrop for a photo shoot in nature. The team, both in the kitchen and the dining room, was incredibly welcoming and contributed to the smooth running of the evening. Thank you to Laurent and his team for this beautiful and unforgettable wedding day!

25/03/2026: Ordered by phone on a Monday evening at 7:00 PM to pick up the pizzas at 8:00 PM. For parking, there are spaces available on the street and a parking lot less than 100 meters away. On arrival, a warm welcome and no delays. At 8:00 PM, the last two of the nine pizzas were finishing cooking. A loyalty card and a bottle of rosé were offered. A very nice gesture for buying nine pizzas. Regarding the pizzas, there were eight XXL and one medium. The nine pizzas had eight different toppings. All the pizzas were delicious, the crust was extra thin, and the pizzas were generously topped. For an average eater, half an XXL pizza is enough. For a big eater, the XXL pizza is perfect; you'll be completely satisfied after finishing it. Considering the size of the XXL pizza, the price is unbeatable. A place to return to without hesitation!

05/01/2026: We ordered two pizzas (one Indian and one Mexican, medium size, €11.50 + €13, totaling €24.50) and I was shocked to see I was charged €25. When we went to pick up the pizzas, he made us wait over 15 minutes, and when it came time to pay, he said, in a joking tone, "I'll give you this for €25 instead of €24.50 because of the wait," but I could tell it wasn't a joke. Considering the pizzas weren't very topped (especially with chicken), this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
