19/06/2026: Great hotel on the lake. Wonderful! Place to stay in the summer to have a swim and to walk the tour around the lake. The rooms are really nice. I will come back again someday.

01/08/2026: We used to frequent this restaurant, which we appreciated for its excellent service and food. Unfortunately, our experience today was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the manager's welcome was cold and unfriendly. I ordered a ribeye steak with fries and Roquefort sauce. The fries were undercooked, and the sauce served was mushroom sauce instead of the Roquefort sauce I had ordered. After pointing this out, I was brought a different sauce... but it was still mushroom sauce. The men's restroom was also dirty, which left a very bad impression. When it came time to pay the bill, I was still charged for the sauce, even though it was never what I ordered. Furthermore, the manager's remark was particularly inappropriate and unprofessional. Since the change of ownership and staff, the quality of the restaurant has significantly declined. This is regrettable, as we were loyal customers. We will not be returning and, unfortunately, I no longer recommend this establishment.

25/03/2026: Ordered by phone on a Monday evening at 7:00 PM to pick up the pizzas at 8:00 PM. For parking, there are spaces available on the street and a parking lot less than 100 meters away. On arrival, a warm welcome and no delays. At 8:00 PM, the last two of the nine pizzas were finishing cooking. A loyalty card and a bottle of rosé were offered. A very nice gesture for buying nine pizzas. Regarding the pizzas, there were eight XXL and one medium. The nine pizzas had eight different toppings. All the pizzas were delicious, the crust was extra thin, and the pizzas were generously topped. For an average eater, half an XXL pizza is enough. For a big eater, the XXL pizza is perfect; you'll be completely satisfied after finishing it. Considering the size of the XXL pizza, the price is unbeatable. A place to return to without hesitation!

30/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at this establishment! The meal was truly delicious, with flavorful dishes. The location is superb, especially the terrace overlooking the Moselle River in Épinal, which offers a very pleasant, calm, and peaceful setting. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good meal in a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed!

30/06/2026: The welcome is warm and the food is made with fresh produce, offering excellent value for money. The establishment has a large room for businesses or meetings. There were 25 of us and the service was quick.

02/06/2026: Even though the place could use a little updating, this aparthotel is ideally located, with a lovely view of the lake. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and very quiet. We would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub. The breakfast delivered to the room was a great touch; it was perfect.

29/05/2026: First stay at the Lido, just one night with my dog, and it was very pleasant! Very clean, nice decor, and very comfortable bedding. 👌 The staff were also very friendly and accommodating because I made a mistake with my reservation. The restaurant was closed, so we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the beach in the evening and again in the morning when we woke up – pure bliss! Breakfast was fantastic! Having your carefully prepared little box delivered was a lovely touch; I appreciated being able to eat with that view (the oranges were delicious). The setting is really nice, and you also have access to the path around the lake. Thank you, and I look forward to coming back.

28/05/2026: Fantastic experience at Brasserie Le Tramway! We had a wonderful meal; the dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and generously portioned. The welcome was warm, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant; you really feel comfortable there, whether for a meal with friends or family. The service was quick and professional. Honestly, nothing to complain about; everything was perfect from start to finish. We will gladly return!

13/07/2026: A wine list that will make your head spin. Philippe runs the service with a master's touch, always with the right words and thoughtful touches. Stunning cuisine in an exceptional setting. Savor every step of the meal: the amuse-bouches, the appetizers, the olive bread with its semi-salted butter, the cheese trolley with its almost creaking little wheels, and the main courses, starters, and desserts. You'll fall asleep sitting up, but you'll fall asleep with a smile. Big shout-out to the table under the giant chandelier. The table to be at. You feel like the King of England, but better because it's in France. One day I went in with a migraine and left cured—no exaggeration, I promise. Unforgettable moments.

13/06/2026: I was in the antique-style room. (There are several rooms in different styles.) The service was top-notch. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I was satisfied. Of course, this kind of dinner isn't suitable for every day, but for a special occasion it was wonderful.

18/08/2026: The beach (supposedly...) where you're asked to leave immediately isn't maintained by the owner of the Chalet au Bord du Lac; his dog runs loose and shakes its waterlogged fur all over your towel, and two pedal boats aren't maintained... "it's a real squeak"... !!!

17/08/2026: My husband had booked a garden-view room, but at my request, we were able to get a lake-view room at no extra cost! We arrived earlier than expected for check-in, and the staff kindly provided all the information we needed. This allowed us to access the private beach for a swim, which was a real treat in the heat. That evening, we had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast the next morning was just as good. I was a little worried when I went to bed because the mattress was a bit soft, but in the end, we slept very well. The value for money is excellent, and we would recommend this hotel.
