The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and the dishes offered to us were delicious, especially the starter, this fish mousseline accompanied by scallops was exquisite. This establishment really deserves to be recommended... Superb...

09/12/2024: Arrived 5 minutes before 12 p.m., not open although there were staff inside, they let us wait in the cold 4 degrees, and finally refused us entry because they do not accept our animal friends . In this case - 3 kgs. Too bad for them. Really not suited to opening a business. To flee.
29/11/2024: This is one of the two best restaurants you can taste french cuisines paired with Raveneau in Ville de Chablis. Only 2018 blanchot was available. Dining In the center of Ville de Chablis, what else need i say more?

The atmosphere is very good but above all the food is just excellent!
I recommend the Broc bowl if you're watching your calories.
(The crème brûlée is also wonderful)
The 2 small faults: very often full / Quite a long service
But it's definitely worth it 👍

Tasty, seasonal cuisine, with local products, a beautiful presentation and impeccable service. Not to mention the little birthday candle on the dessert and the relaxed atmosphere of the room where you feel at ease. In summary: what a joy, we will come back! Thanks for everything.

Très bons hors d'œuvre et desserts, très bien présentés.
En revanche les plats principaux "grossiers" : steak baignant dans un jus liquide de ratatouille et foie d'agneau coupé hyper epais... dommage

13/09/2024: C'est un de ces restaurants qui font encore une belle et bonne cuisine de produits du terroir et dans la belle tradition française... et qui propose pour un prix sans excès un menu complet, précédé d'amuses bouche copieux.
Le service est affable, la carte des vins bien construite.
Nous y avons vécu une parenthèse enchantée tant pour la qualité des mets, quel'ambiance générale.

Saumon mariné sorbet tomate basilic / steak frites maison et crème brûlée parfaite , à la carte les ris de veau au morilles, sole / filet de bœuf
Belle sélection de vins à des prix raisonnables
Acceuil chaleureux et service attentionné, tables confortables et espacées

07/09/2024: Nous connaissons cette auberge depuis les débuts de Mr Salamolard et je dirais qu'il est comme les vins d'Irancy qu'il propose, il se "bonifie " avec l'âge . Il est pour moi l'une des toutes premières tables du département .
