24/07/2026: Terrible service, no crowds at all, the waitress got the Tropicana flavor wrong. At the register, it was expensive, and you're on your own with what you bought; you have to beg for a bag and pack it yourself. 🤨 Disappointing. 🤢🤮🤮🤮

The dough was thick enough to prevent it from leaking without being too heavy, as it was light and airy. It was cooked perfectly, and the fillings were fresh and plentiful. In short, I thoroughly enjoyed it. See you soon!

31/07/2026: I placed an order today, July 31st, 2026, for a Maxi Best Of meal with fries, cheddar cheese, and bacon (an extra charge, remember), and when I opened the order, I realized the bacon wasn't there. I MEAN ABSOLUTELY NOT THERE, NOT A LOT OF IT!! This isn't the first time this has happened. Between this and the sandwich modifications I requested not being consistently made when requested, it's starting to get really annoying. I want to point out that rushing something as simple as this is frightening; normally, it's done by heart. There's more than just sloppiness in this restaurant; I'd call it simple presenteeism, nothing more to say.

The website doesn't explain how to get the free drink, and the delivery person didn't even think to order two drinks to offer us one... Honestly, you weren't very customer-oriented... It's not mentioned online that you have to leave a comment about the free drink...

25/08/2026: Response: You say you were "eagerly awaiting" my comment… This mainly shows that you knew perfectly well something was wrong. If you were so calm and confident, why did my comment concern you so much? However, I just learned today, after my first comment, that the extra cake was paid for in full through my nephew! You knew about this?! But you seized upon the fact that I hadn't been informed of this until today, using it to your advantage and calling me a liar. What level of depravity is this?! What kind of world are we living in?! You have absolutely no shame! So, let me publicly correct this: we paid for our own cake IN FULL, which you then MESSED UP. And then you claim the cake was hidden under the table?! Honestly, where did you get that idea? 🤦🏻‍♀️ The cake was in my office freezer, along with the balloons and gifts in Amazon boxes. The on-duty team that night, as well as my boss, can attest to this: more than 25 people can confirm that the cake and gifts were indeed in our building. We also have security cameras that can show I arrived empty-handed and left with the cake and gifts. The delivery driver from the bakery can also confirm that he delivered the cake to my workplace. During the day, I was on duty at La Timone Hospital and therefore couldn't pick it up earlier. There was never any question of hiding the cake under a table. With the sweltering heat of August, I see absolutely no logic in this… The reservation was simply for my son's birthday, without any package including your cake or desserts. Regarding the number of people: the reservation was initially for 14 people. I went to the restaurant the week before the event to ask if it was possible to add 3 places, which your employee readily agreed to with a big smile. So, we were 11 adults, 6 children, 1 child under 3, and 1 infant in a stroller, making a total of 18 people seated at the tables. And what's more, our tables were already set and ready for us. Who took care of that? Us or your restaurant?! 🤔 Not very good at math… but clearly not very good at checking information before replying either. And besides, I never said I was a business owner. You're mistaking me for a family member. I'm absolutely not in the business world. 😁 I'm simply stating the facts as I experienced them. I have no interest in making up a story. It's a shame, because the place is unique, well-located, and the setting is relaxing. All the best...

18/02/2026: If you're looking for a friendly lunch spot with pleasant and always smiling service, don't miss this place! Excellent value for money. The owners, Sébastien and Virginie, are very attentive! The service is quick. A very good meal, especially the owner's homemade chocolate mousse! I recommend it 100%!

25/08/2026: Our meat was tough and sinewy (even after we exchanged it), the sauce was spoiled, the pizzas were tasteless, and when we tried to talk to the owner, get this, he ignored us and turned his back on us. We used to love this bar/restaurant for its pizzas...

18/07/2026: Friendly staff, and the overall atmosphere is quite pleasant. On paper, it seems like an effective choice to satisfy everyone's tastes. However, despite the wide selection on the menu, your choices will be limited to soggy fries, empty mussels, and undercooked pizzas.

26/08/2026: A delightful dinner at Kimm&Ridge where the staff are welcoming and attentive! The starters and main courses were delicious, and we didn't have room for dessert. There are no vegetarian options on the menu, but they are happy to accommodate requests; however, it would be nice if they considered offering them. We'll be back!

26/08/2026: I wouldn't recommend it, even just for a drink. It's obvious we're in Chablis... Besides, the price is exorbitant. The bar is cluttered and neglected, and the open kitchen looks mediocre from the outside. Luckily we didn't eat there. The welcome was nonexistent, with no smiles whatsoever. It took 20 minutes for a floating island dessert while they were sweeping the kitchen floor. I'm truly sorry to post this kind of review, but at some point, it has to be said. Especially when they charge prices like that. A tourist trap.

12/10/2025: A fantastic restaurant, where the food is delicious and the owner is simply wonderful—welcoming, attentive, and professional. Go there, it's well worth the trip! Superb wood-fired pizzas and a beautiful setting. Thank you to the manager. I would say the best pizza in Auxerre without any hesitation. Thank you, Dominique.

28/04/2026: It has to be said that this picturesque place, Vézelay, is a bit run-down. The state of the streets isn't great! Many of the houses and shops are unoccupied and in a state of disrepair! You can tell you're in the last century, the era of Vidocq or stagecoaches! I visited this little town during a trip to Auxerre, so I stopped in Vézelay, which had been a long-held plan. The basilica was under renovation at the time! I didn't visit the inn, so I can't comment on that.

20/04/2026: I didn't use the hotel's services, just the restaurant. I enjoyed the food (including the vegetarian options), however, two shortcomings in the service at our table concerned me. The staff remained courteous and apologized, but offered no compensation.
