08/09/2024: For a McDonald's, it's clean and it's good. The service was fast, even if the time (2:30 p.m.) is not conducive to crowds. The fries were hot and properly salted, the meat properly cooked for beef. Kind staff. It’s changing!
05/09/2024: Only two terminals open out of 8 and an endless wait.
A very small and tasteless Italian salad, it's a steal for 9€20.

05/01/2025: Nous avons passé un bon moment avec des amis au restaurant du Canal. Le menu à 15,50€ est convenable et de bon rapport qualité prix. Un bémol: nous avons été installés sur un petite table de 2 alors que nous étions 3, dommage. Le service est agréable et souriant.
27/12/2024: Superbe expérience, tellement bien que nous y sommes allé deux fois la même semaine.
Rapport qualité prix imbattable dans la région. Service et accueil impeccable. Produits frais et très bien cuisinés. Nous recommandons à 200%

27/01/2025: Unacceptable! Person taking my order at the drive-thru, unpleasant, no professionalism! You should review your skills in terms of quality of work and customer service.
A young woman who speaks very sharply because it clearly annoys her to repeat an order in which I made a mistake.

26/01/2025: I don't come often but in the space of a month, 1 order where half was missing, and today, the 9 nuggets turned into 6, and the big mac was a cheeseburger, that's fine Mac do level order tracking? We wait 30 minutes, we pay for 2 menus, and when we arrive home, it's the wrong Burger, not the right number of nuggets.

24/08/2024: I called on the evening of Friday the 23rd for a reservation on the evening of Saturday the 24th.
Reservation confirmed over the phone.
When we arrived and announced our name, nothing on their list.
So we found ourselves in the small room where there is the bar, between the boxes, the dirty tea towels, the dessert preparations..
We received the starters at the same time as the aperitif.
Small detail, we ordered a “white lady” dessert for €9.50 with half the ingredients.
Staff seem overwhelmed
This establishment no longer lives up to its reputation…

05/12/2024: We came across Resturant Chez Momo by a very happy accident. My partner ate the couscous, which was, quite possibly, the best couscous, that we have tasted in a restaurant. I had a chicken tajine, which was delicious. The owner (Momo) made us incredibly welcome and was very attentive. We always have trouble finding a decent restaurant when we visit Auxerre, but Restaurant Chex Momo will become a regular for us.

Arrived at 1 p.m. on a Wednesday, almost no choice in the refrigerated display case, everything is placed on trays ON the machines, I remind you that we are in the middle of a heatwave...
And yet the burger which should be reheated is not...
Our entire order is placed on a tray, no napkins...
No menu suggestions
The tables in the dining room are dirty...
I really think that the brand's representatives should read the reviews and go there as a mystery shopper..
I have rarely been so disappointed with a place where I eat...

Tuna and raw vegetables sandwich for €4.50
Nothing in it, 2 salad leaves, I'm still looking for the tomato...2 spoons of a tasteless tuna mayonnaise mixture
Respect of the cold chain at 30° outside non-existent, the Sandwiches are still safe on a non-refrigerated scale at 12:15 p.m.
We will forget about the friendliness of the staff, we are always afraid of being yelled at if we are not in the right line
In short, even if the bread is good to end on a positive note, places to avoid

20/07/2024: Beautiful environment. Large parking lot. Calm. No catering contrary to what is indicated. Big stains on the bedroom wall. It's no longer a 3-star hotel, far from it... Too bad because it's an ideal location.

09/09/2024: Extremely disappointing.
We travel by bus with precise departure times, lots of people and extremely slow cashiers (even though there are no big crowds either). No effort to go a little faster. It's ridiculous, it's almost as if they did it on purpose, I had to leave due to lack of time, and because I would have been rude. If you can move on and go to another area, do so for the well-being of your nerves.
