10/09/2024: 1 hour wait before receiving the rest of our meal... We were 2 adults and 1 child. The child's dish was served last, although we had ordered it as soon as the aperitifs were taken. The child therefore waited more than an hour to eat.
The quality of the dishes is mediocre. Burrata tomatoes: tiny burrata. Pesto pasta: pasta not salty at all, very bland.
Concerning the place, we were refused access to the terrace and we were placed in a room, where it was 25°C, without air conditioning. There was only one fan at the back of the room. Additionally, we were placed less than 30cm from another table, with the tables being far too close together. Honestly, if you want some alone time, go ahead.

The welcome from all the staff is warm, professional and particularly friendly.
There is no need to take your vehicle, if you have booked your room at Kiryad Hotel, as the restaurant is located inside nearby.
You will taste quality dishes there and, for lovers of good wine, a varied selection is also offered, including Chablis served by the glass as well as other excellent bottles.
I highly recommend this establishment and this restaurant.

02/09/2024: We discovered this pizzeria thanks to recommendations from the hotel. The welcome was very warm and professional, and the pizzas were excellent: hot and perfectly cooked. We will definitely come back if we pass through here again.

Belle deception : nous avons pris un hamburger au poulet, inondé de sauce avec un poulet très étrange : une tranche très épaisse de blanc de poulet (probablement acheté sous vide), avec des cornichons à tout va. Nous avons également testé le boeuf bourguignon dont la sauce était probablement composé en grande partie d'eau...
Seul point positif : les frites semblaient maison. Et pris par le temps, nous n'avons pas eu le temps (ou l'envie) de tester les désserts. Même en dépannage, je n'y retournerai pas..

29/08/2024: Very friendly place and quality dishes. On the other hand, the price is very much overestimated. €90 for two for a plate of charcuterie, cheese, dessert and a glass of wine. It's very excessive even if I say it again, everything is very good.

01/08/2024: Amazing experience, hotel is a few minutes walk from center Chablis! Rooms were great for the price, only reason for the rating was the fact that the shower in our room flooded. But I must say, the owners were fantastic, as the only contact at the point, they were at the hotel within minutes. They sorted out the flooded room and moved us as needed to a drier room. All throughout a thunderstorm. Fantastic service and much appreciated. Amazing hospitality.
