07/09/2024: Nous connaissons cette auberge depuis les débuts de Mr Salamolard et je dirais qu'il est comme les vins d'Irancy qu'il propose, il se "bonifie " avec l'âge . Il est pour moi l'une des toutes premières tables du département .

23/08/2024: Cadre splendide. Plats Exquise. Mais carte limitée en choix. Boissons hors de prix. Service long, très long : 45 minutes pour se voir servir l'apéritif (2 coupes de champagne) et les "amuses bouche" servis encore 15 minutes plus tard. Dommage !

14/07/2024: The room staff were particularly unpleasant, they made it clear to us that we were disturbing them as soon as we arrived.
We were 6 guests.

Waitress who clears our appetizer even though we haven't finished it, takes the peanuts from our table and puts them directly on the next table.
Perigourdine salad good but lots of bacon, hot goat cheese salad disappointing.
Waitress who brings us meat that we didn't order.
And finally, a plate of cheese brought without bread and with wilted salad.
