Les meilleurs restaurants en Allier

07/12/2025: I like it, I go there from time to time, and the drinks are cheaper than in the two other popular bars across the street on Boulevard de Courtais. It's nice, nothing extraordinary, but I don't see what there is to criticize.

21/09/2024: Very friendly welcome and service, with bowl for our dog. Fish of the day and small fry, delicious. All on a terrace on the banks of the Allier. Great!

12/09/2024: My visit to this restaurant left a lot to be desired. From the start the service was poor. Although we specified that all dishes would be shared, we were not even provided with extra plates, which was both inconvenient and inconvenient. We started with a salad, quite acceptable. However, the real problem came with the main courses. The meat and mussels were served at the same time, making the experience even more confusing as it was difficult to enjoy both dishes properly. The meat was, without a doubt, the biggest disappointment of the evening. It was so hard that it was almost impossible to chew, and it was completely tasteless. We had to add some sauce to give it some flavor which made us regret ordering it. As for the mussels, although the flavor was okay, they were extremely small, almost as if they were another variety, which reduced the quality of the dish. To top it off, most of the preparations were accompanied by cheese, which, although it may please some, in this case only served to mask the lack of quality, and was difficult to digest. Finally, the house red wine was just terrible. Of a quality comparable to that of a cooking wine, it was also served hot, which is unacceptable in a restaurant worthy of the name.

06/09/2024: Elastic dough and ingredients without any taste apart from the tomato: it's just a tomato toast. It could have stopped there, but the exorbitant price of such low-quality products and the missing C I N Q (5) CENTIMETERS on the diameter of the “33” centimeter pizzas is the problem. Never again.

26/08/2024: Friendly waitress and clearly it stops there. Very expensive and really not good pizza. No homemade products, just assembly. We are served 3 pizzas, one ok, one undercooked and one burnt and we are told that it is not burnt since the dough is good and it is just the cheese that is burnt! It's still inedible! At more than €15 a pizza, it's a real ripoff. Avoid!
