10/01/2026: A true escape and a moment of relaxation. You step into a retro world with a menu that describes some of the products. Take your time reading it and choosing. We were so comfortable that we wanted to stay and try everything. Everything is homemade. We really appreciated the vintage feel, the selection, the calm, and the serenity. A wonderful discovery. Don't go if you're in a hurry.

30/11/2025: Excellent food. We were greeted and served by Gaethan. We had the bone marrow as a starter, which was very well prepared. Then we had a Saint-Nectaire cheese dish (melted Saint-Nectaire cheese with fries and salad) and a flank steak, also served with fries and salad. These two dishes cost €18, which is excellent value for money. The portions are generous and really delicious. The atmosphere is great too. I've already been back several times! Bonus: the cocktails are delicious ;)

31/10/2025: Couple with two daughters (8 and 2). We had lunch there. JB was very welcoming, smiling, helpful, and very pleasant with the four of us. He was attentive, the children's menu was generous, and our meat was excellent. A wonderful experience; I highly recommend it.

12/09/2024: Perfect stay at the B&B HOTEL Montluçon Center! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a big smile by the reception team, always available and very professional. Their warm welcome immediately made me feel at ease. The room was spacious, clean and above all extremely comfortable, with quality bedding which guarantees restful nights. A true haven of peace, because it was also very quiet, perfect for a good rest. Breakfast is another highlight! Not only is the buffet varied and delicious, but the view from the room overlooks the Cher, which provides a peaceful and pleasant touch to start the day well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in Montluçon. Excellent value for money! 👌

14/08/2024: A discovery, as there was over four hours' wait between two train connections (!). Excellent chocolate waffle with a coffee to go with it.

23/10/2025: Everything was great, right up to breakfast with their coffee in a percolator, I don't plan on saying anything because it's not a big deal but until the moment of payment and I reacted once I left. €6 for pastis in Moulins. (For info €2.50 in Vichy tonight, in a 4-star hotel). That's really taking people for fools. Obviously I won't be going back there and also to his establishment in Thiers. I should have asked for the card beforehand but in fact I didn't expect this price. Take advantage of the margin made with these crazy prices to invest in a real coffee machine.

22/10/2025: Business trip for an overnight stay, first-timer and pleasantly surprised. Simple but comfortable room with everything you need. Especially the restaurant and the overnight menu are served with great professionalism, and the content and presentation are worthy of a fine dining establishment. The breakfast buffet is complete and varied, with everything you need. I recommend this establishment, where the welcome is warm and the staff is very professional. Excellent value for money.
