16/07/2026: I'm forced to give one star, but it's even too much for this bar that failed to live up to its promises. Liars, staff who clearly can't communicate, and an owner who doesn't want to keep or build a customer base. I was told, for a leaving party planned a month in advance with about fifteen people, that the price of the platters had suddenly increased once I arrived at the bar, and on top of that, the quantity wasn't even what I'd ordered... Very unpleasant. A lying owner who claims he didn't speak to me on the phone, except that, strangely enough, they don't serve vegetable platters, even though that's what they had prepared. In short, they've lost customers and haven't built a good reputation. Well done to them 👏

03/07/2026: I went there yesterday, very clean, very welcoming staff, quite a lot of choice and even a small deli corner... I was just a little disappointed by the lack of choice in terms of fresh vegetables/fruits.

13/07/2026: It says it has air conditioning, and they do have two units, but even when it's over 37 degrees Celsius, they don't turn them on. We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews and the air conditioning. The food was good, although we would have enjoyed it much more in a cooler environment. A shame, I won't be going back in the summer. It cost us €89.

06/07/2026: A very good address: a beautiful establishment; we chose a salad with "Perfect Egg", Breaded Farm Chicken Salad; dessert: pistachio almond tart, nectarine & apricot; very good coffee.

04/05/2026: Passing through Cusset, we ordered the daily special. Veal chop, ratatouille, Norman apple tart, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream—very good! However, the veal chop was a bit overcooked, perhaps even reheated, and not very thick, which made it tough. The server was very good.

29/04/2026: Here you can enjoy excellent Salers or Aubrac beef, cooked to perfection and served with real fries and ratatouille. A very good selection of wines by the glass. A very warm welcome and excellent service. The price is quite reasonable for the quality. Terrace or indoor seating available.

27/02/2026: Last-minute booking for an unexpected business trip about ten kilometers from the hotel. Very pleasantly surprised! Charming place, lovely room, excellent value for money. The owner is very welcoming, friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating. And the restaurant: a gem! We ate (and drank) very well. The meal was delicious, from aperitif to dessert, beautifully presented, with very generous portions, all served quickly. I highly recommend it.

04/07/2026: Restaurant located on the banks of the Allier River, with a shaded terrace. My favorite dish: the frog legs, they are delicious. The St. Marcellin salad is a delight. Generous portions, quick and very pleasant service.

09/06/2026: I highly recommend this establishment! The waitresses are professional and attentive to the customers. The desserts are high quality and delicious. We will return to try the lunch menu, which looks particularly appetizing.
