12/10/2025: A quick stop with my dog ​​(the hotel is pet-friendly) to see my daughter in Mayenne, and I was super happy to find a hotel and a restaurant. The rooms are clean, and the staff (only women, from what I saw) is friendly. I had dinner at the restaurant in the evening, and it was really nice: the dishes were tasty and the dessert too. Breakfast is sweet and cold (ham, cheeses, and others), but I prefer Mediterranean options with a good omelet, even if it's not a big deal. I recommend this stop.

19/11/2024: The small brasserie, the corner bistro, increasingly rare. And the waiters and waitresses as we find more. Truly unmissable. When we return to Vichy, we will definitely come back there.

09/09/2025: Since the pizza kiosk changed owners, we have ordered pizzas there twice. The pizzas themselves are okay, although some are burnt on the edges. However, they no longer accept the previous owner's loyalty card, which is understandable, even if it is frustrating. Now, for their new loyalty system, you have to tear off the stamped card inside the flap of the pizza lid, but even if you have ten of these stamps, the seller told us that they all have to come from pizzas purchased the day before (even though the date is not indicated on the stamps). The seller also explained to us that they give away €8,000 worth of free pizzas every month. We did not understand how they can give away so many free pizzas per month, especially if their loyalty system is so restrictive. We are very disappointed and we will not go to this pizzeria again.

24/01/2026: Unacceptable! I went there today with my grandchildren. When we arrived at the bowling alley, to my great surprise, it said BOWLING COMPETITION. No sign outside, NOTHING! No staff inside either to ask for information. This clearly deserves 0 stars! Absolutely no communication!

06/12/2025: Hello, I gave three stars not because of the price or the location, which are perfectly satisfactory, but mainly because of the service, which I found rather unpleasant. We came one evening, and my friend was wearing a cap, as usual. He was asked, rather rudely, to take it off. I wanted to know the reason for this requirement, and I was told, in a rather unfriendly tone, that it allowed the police to better identify customers in case of trouble. I would have understood this rule if it had been applied consistently; however, inside, a customer was wearing a beanie without it seeming to cause any problems. Furthermore, I have a company employee card that entitles us to a discount at the bowling alley. Not knowing the exact terms and conditions, I simply showed the card to the receptionist, explaining that it was from the hospital employee committee. His response—*"Well, that's fine"*—was delivered in a flippant tone that I found particularly disrespectful. There are more professional and courteous ways to address customers. For my part, I won't be returning. When we feel like going bowling, we'll go to Clermont-Ferrand, where the welcome is considerably warmer.

My problem is that the restaurant was closed at noon on Saturday, November 22, 2025, even though it was listed as open. I like to get off the highway to eat in small restaurants, so this was a big disappointment.

09/12/2025: A very nice pizzeria, lovely decor, reasonable prices, and good pizzas. The service is pleasant, and the staff are smiling and welcoming.

12/12/2025: The waitresses were all smiling except for one! Nice atmosphere. Overall, it was good except for the wok dishes, which need improvement, especially the caramel chicken and the beef with onions, which weren't very good at all.

29/11/2025: Honestly, what happened at this restaurant is extremely frustrating. They claim to be "all-you-can-eat," but what I saw was nothing like a real all-you-can-eat buffet. The selection was very limited, the portions ridiculously small, and the food served cold as if it had been sitting there all day. To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell, which seriously raises doubts about the quality and freshness of their products. And the sushi? A complete joke. Only one type! And presented in a way that completely kills your appetite. How can a restaurant that calls itself "all-you-can-eat" serve something so mediocre? A shocking and disappointing experience, and frankly, I wasted my time and money. This level of service is unacceptable. I will never return, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
