27/09/2025: The manager is absolutely unbearable. No hello, no goodbye, a shameful way of speaking. Avoid at all costs! There's a tobacconist just up the road where they'll serve you politely, otherwise it's in Saint-Menoux, a 7-minute drive away.

30/11/2024: Poorly maintained and relatively dirty establishment, but we should not blame the cleaning ladies who obviously do their best to keep it clean. For the buffet meal, it remains industrial that can be found almost everywhere. Disappointing!

13/03/2026: Upon arrival, I was asked to wait a moment, and then received no further information, not even an apology for the excessively long wait. I've been stuck at the drive-thru for 40 minutes, unable to leave because it's blocked. I'm trying to leave, but the place is blocked by other customers who are just as frustrated as I am.

12/03/2026: There was quite a long wait, probably due to staff shortages.

18/02/2026: Meh, it was very cold but the door was often left open by a drunk; the staff didn't say anything, so I intervened twice.

14/02/2026: Excellent pizza, impeccable service, I don't understand the negative reviews. The pizza was cooked perfectly. I can attest to this, having had lunch there yesterday in Ambérieu at the best and most reputable chain. In short, don't rely on the reviews, but go and try it at the Carrefour shopping center in Moulins. Thank you

09/12/2025: We spent one night at the Campanille hotel in Montluçon on our way down to the south of France. The welcome was friendly, and the rooms were clean. We had an unpleasant surprise upon departure, as the hotel charged us an additional fee (not much) that wasn't mentioned when we arrived. The breakfast is plentiful and offers a good selection!

30/11/2025: The welcome was unremarkable, with a speech and extra charges depending on the guest's appearance. The room appeared clean but was cold and had malfunctioning fixtures, particularly the plumbing (shower and sink faucet). There was only one towel per person and a small bath mat, one chair for two people, two tea bags, and one bag of two biscuits for two people. The layout is poorly designed, starting with the entrance door opening onto a second door. There's poor insulation, it overlooks the parking lot, the hand soap is facing the floor, and the bathroom heater doesn't work. The area around the hotel is neglected and poorly maintained. The hotel's location is good. The three-star rating is a sham and therefore misleading given the reality.
