28/12/2025: We ate very well, but the price of the salad was very excessive for a salad. The frog legs were very good and the setting was pleasant.

03/10/2025: Very warm welcome in this restaurant, the service is impeccable with a really pleasant waitress who takes the time to present the menu (which apparently changes regularly, which is very appreciable). The dishes are nicely presented and really tasty, you can feel the quality and freshness. The only small downside for me: there was not enough choice on the menu.

22/02/2026: When I spend the day in Vichy, I always eat lunch at Laurent's. The food is superb, the quality is great value, and the welcome is always warm. Thank you for yesterday, see you soon!

08/11/2025: I'm told the bread is good. However, I really felt like I was bothering them. The man was agitated; he took the bread out of the slicer without gloves, dropped slices on the floor, and even though I was spared the 15 cent slicing charge, this grudging, almost aggressive gesture of goodwill wasn't enough to increase my customer satisfaction.

03/07/2025: The sandwiches are very good and especially the raw chicken vegetables are to die for and so good. I really enjoyed the raw chicken vegetables and the service and the smiling staff. I recommend it to everyone.

11/02/2026: Excellent three-cheese pizza from Savoy. I've been coming to xhaflaire for years for this one. I highly recommend it. Delicious, topped with pure joy.

04/02/2026: I ordered the Savoyard fondue pizza, which tasted just like real fondue, so it was a fun discovery! I'd already tried other pizzas; they're very good, the crust is thin, and the prices are reasonable! The pizza maker is very friendly.

19/02/2026: The staff were nice, but the guy who monitors his parking lot 24/7 is the worst guy ever, very unpleasant, a real creep.

16/02/2026: Starters: canned, frozen meals with absolutely no taste. The desserts are also frozen, and the entremets are just powder in a sachet! A menu for a 4-year-old costs €11.90! Judging by the previous reviews, it's clear that nobody cares, especially not the person cooking! We won't be back...

20/11/2025: This was our first time ordering from this place because our usual pizzeria was closed, and I can tell you it will be our last. I understand the price given the quality of the ingredients, but we found hairs in our pizzas, the dough was soggy, as was the box, and the pizzas were sticky. The toppings (which were few and far between) tasted awful, with no tomato sauce or very little, and it tasted like water. The pizza was only about a quarter cooked, and the ingredients tasted expired or of very poor quality. We regret our order, especially since we can't order a small pizza for delivery. The photos make it look like there are lots of toppings, but it's just a lot of undercooked mushrooms, of course. The positive reviews (5 stars) must be from acquaintances, not customers who have actually tried this pizzeria. Otherwise, I can recommend a better place.

03/03/2026: We were put off by some rather harsh reviews. What a surprise! A brasserie-style restaurant with a friendly manager and excellent food (we had a calzone pizza and a piece of meat). Absolutely no complaints. A remarkable Côtes du Rhône for €18, unbeatable value for money. A real desire to do things right, with a location just opposite the square and the beautiful church. Impressive terrace and dining room. Nothing to criticize. Good food, a friendly atmosphere, a passion for the craft, quality, and incredibly low prices for both the food and the service. Hats off to them, and seriously, don't listen to the naysayers or you risk missing out on an excellent meal!

12/02/2026: The website photos were lovely, but the food was disappointing – there was no heating in the dining room, we had to wear our coats – the mashed potatoes were cold and reheated – the fish was overcooked – the dessert was okay – the service was attentive – the music was just a constant, moderate drumbeat.

08/11/2025: Catastrophic. The waitress was clueless (serving the plates while you waited 10 minutes for the bread!). The beef stroganoff was a joke; it wasn't the real recipe, and it was made with stringy bits of meat because it's cheaper! The cheese portion must have been 20 grams: I've never seen anything like it!

03/01/2026: Very nice historical setting, table for 8. Personally, I had an octopus salad as a starter which was quite good but a little too vinegary, a bavette steak as a main course which was very successful, and a first chocolate mousse with the egg white not whipped enough. They brought me another one with apologies which was very successful.

24/02/2026: That's paying 5 Euros for a 33cl draft beer this season.

01/02/2026: I went there with a friend; it was raining, so we went back inside to get a chocolate crepe, plus a hot chocolate for me. It was good, we were well received, no complaints.

26/07/2024: Wednesday 24! ; What was my surprise when I approached the entrance to the store to ask for information and heard the security guard (in red) yell: I quote “I don’t care about the customers’ balls!” Loudly and giggling with I suppose friends and banging on walls and table edges. Well done ! I quickly gave up on the idea of ​​asking anything from this guy. It's a shame because I've always had a good image of fire guards.

23/09/2025: Very nice place, I highly recommend it. The service is excellent! It really makes you want to go back, friendly and warm atmosphere. If you want a good kebab, it is clearly the best in Vichy.

06/02/2026: So you're fixated on the "green tomatoes," which is meant to indicate an unripe or out-of-season fruit! Lol. Now, regarding the fact that three-quarters of them weren't cooked, the centers were completely raw, that several of us shared them and had the same negative opinions, and that I threw more than half away, what do you have to say to that? Yes, I'm speaking out because prices are skyrocketing everywhere, so at least have the decency to offer us quality products and expertise...

09/02/2026: Burnt burgers and no consideration whatsoever. They refused to give me my 50% discount on burgers I had ordered earlier that were still available even though it was 7:00 PM. The bakery's policy doesn't change, even if customers abuse it. Last time, both my burgers were burnt on top, and they still had no qualms about refusing me the discount.

17/09/2025: I usually come and get a 4 product menu for 5€, but to my great surprise for the croque monsieur 🤔🤔🤔, the one in the St Jacques area in Montluçon has normal sized croque monsieurs and that. 4/5 times back but no they tell me that the size is mini 🤔🤔🤔🤔 . The person who explained to me that it was only this size, and that I had been lucky 4/5 times 🤣🤣😂🤣😂 . Joking aside I will not come back very disappointed and even their sign does not mention mini Croque monsieur
