30/11/2024: Poorly maintained and relatively dirty establishment, but we should not blame the cleaning ladies who obviously do their best to keep it clean. Kettle that doesn't close Broken shower hose No toilet brushes Damaged skirting boards Paintings which date because they are very yellowed..... For the buffet meal, it remains industrial that can be found almost everywhere. Disappointing!

16/06/2024: If I could have put 0 I would have done so. I never thought this possible but they simply refused to serve me……Order placed in click and collect at 7:30 p.m. time scheduled around 7:45 p.m., I arrive at 7:46 p.m. give my name and I am told that they don't have my order that there must have been a computer problem, of course let's admit that it happens, so I ask for my order to be redone and then they tell me that no, they won't do my order. Apparently we can't write down my order on paper or even simply retype it on the cash register to cash it, no, it's impossible, yet other customers arrived and called and they were kind enough to take their order. I kindly insisted by asking what we could do and in response I got "we can't make your 2 pizzas too bad" it's 9:30 p.m. and I still don't know the valid reason why we have refused to prepare 2 pizzas for me knowing that at no time was there a delivery offer or even a long delay; they just insisted several times that they would not make my order

07/09/2024: Back from vacation. The reception was done with the manager who huffed because we hadn't reserved but took us when... between the late order and the serving of the dishes we waited 1 hour. As a result, the meats were overcooked and dry.... the waiters were overwhelmed.... after having lost a lot of time and as we still had a way to go home.... no dessert, too bad for them... ... very disappointing for a chain restaurant.

07/09/2024: The person who served us was really very pleasant and attentive to our needs, it had been a very long time since we had been served this well. The service was relatively quick, neither too fast nor too long a wait.

19/11/2024: A waiter who made us pay for a bottle of sparkling water and another drink at 15e instead of 6e for both. We didn't say anything but we won't come anymore.

17/11/2024: The food is super good. We ate a duck breast and a steak but there was a little problem. The bench and the table stick....

12/08/2024: Small, very well maintained hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Brasserie with very convenient hotel so you don't have to look for something to eat. Hotel parking. Fulfilled his promises.

29/06/2024: Just recieved our apero, starters arrived and before they were finished our pizzas arrived. Had the feeling we must hurry, but restaurant was open for another 2hours.
