03/08/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Lured by the online reviews and menu, we stopped for lunch on our way to our vacation destination. The manager greeted us, saying they didn't have their usual menu, but offered us a croque monsieur, pizza, or goat cheese salad. We sat down, and she took our orders without offering us the menu, which is mandatory, or at least a price list on a chalkboard or some other medium with clear pricing. After a very long wait, a croque monsieur arrived, along with a "pizza" made with puff pastry and the same toppings as the croque monsieur, and a goat cheese salad (two small toasts with a little goat cheese) swimming in a disgusting, industrial dressing. I asked the waitress why the menu was so "downgraded" compared to what was advertised online. She replied that her husband, who is usually in the kitchen, was away and that it's not uncommon for him to offer this type of "menu." Of course, nothing was good! Nothing is homemade! We see the husband arrive, laden with packages of Netto sliced ​​bread (for the next croque monsieur!!). My daughter will have ice cream for dessert (again, Netto brand). A little check on the traceability of purchases might be worthwhile… This meal will cost us €46.50!!! When we commented to the manager about the price compared to what was on our plates, she couldn't say anything except point us to the card machine. Absolutely avoid this place!!!!!

03/09/2026: Delicious mini apple tarts, a generous slice of flan, all accompanied by a hot drink for a perfect afternoon snack. The place is very clean, with well-displayed products in refrigerated display cases, and ideally located for a snack.

23/08/2026: We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities are comfortable and the hotel has parking for guests. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The only downside: My son didn't like his hot chocolate… The staff is friendly and professional. In short, it was exactly what we needed to relax and get back on the road. We highly recommend it! 🙂

23/08/2026: Absolutely delighted by the size of the giant kebab! The vegetarian option was also a nice touch! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, even though we arrived as a group of 15.

24/06/2026: I strongly advise against going there. The welcome was not pleasant at all, the terrace was full of flies, and the service was far too slow for three people. The food was only so-so.

27/08/2026: Ordered takeout last week from one of the few Japanese restaurants in the area, this is, in my opinion, one of the best I've tried so far, and I eat Japanese food regularly in Paris. The food is flavorful and well-seasoned. My only comment is that the gyoza didn't come with any sauce, but even without it, they were excellent. We'll be back.

23/08/2026: This is such a shame! We wanted to order food through Uber Eats and waited until they opened at 6:30 PM. At 6:30 PM, no orders had been accepted. When we checked the website, we discovered that we needed to pre-order (several days in advance). So we tried to do that. After selecting the desired date and clicking "order," a message indicated that we were outside the delivery zone! But I had entered the address from the very beginning! So, it was all a complete waste of time. The restaurant owners should make sure that their pre-ordering system is clearly stated from the outset when ordering through Uber Eats, and especially that the delivery zone is indicated from the start!

20/08/2026: The atmosphere was cold at first, but then the waitresses became very friendly. There was a problem with the head chef who verbally attacked the head waitress in front of the customers. The meal was excellent and reasonably priced.

08/08/2026: Restaurant near the casino with a lovely terrace and dining room. Small menu but excellent value for money. Professional and efficient service.

05/09/2026: Nice place, clean and tidy, very friendly staff, good food, reasonable price, but don't order an aperitif, or better yet, an Aperol Spritz, because it's only 7 euros—yes, you read that right, 7 euros! It was basically a robbery in broad daylight! Otherwise, everything was fine.

29/07/2026: Arriving in Chapeau at lunchtime, we stopped at Saint-Hubert on July 20, 2026. The meal was very good, with its original "tuna fishing" dish, rabbit leg in sauce with vegetable purée, and lemon tart, all for under €20 including coffee. The waitress was pleasant and the service was quick; I recommend it! What a nice surprise!

09/07/2026: It was a pleasant discovery during our brief stop in Vicky. We found a quiet, very well-kept, and familiar atmosphere. We felt "pampered" in everything, from the music to the choice of dishes (we were looking for a gluten-free menu). We chatted with the very kind owner and it was confirmed that sometimes the world really is small! What can I say...a "taste" of the world enclosed within four walls! Highly recommended 🥰

18/05/2026: We highly recommend this establishment! We stayed for two days with our 3-year-old son, and everything was perfect. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with a lovely little lake and a playground ideal for children. The room for three was very spacious, clean, and spotless. Don't miss the restaurant and breakfast, which are truly excellent. A big thank you to the hosts for their warm and attentive welcome. We will gladly return!

18/05/2026: We just returned from a stay with our children and we loved it. Nestled on a vast estate, right next to the PAL amusement park, the property is situated in a setting that is both lush and peaceful, near a herd of cows, much to the delight of both children and adults. With games for children, the option to eat and have breakfast on-site, the owners are incredibly attentive to their guests. A swimming pool, sauna, and spa are also available. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back! Thank you for this wonderful getaway!

13/09/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! This Italian restaurant is a disgrace to Italian cuisine. Even supermarket pizzas are better. The waiter gets the order wrong. The starters are cold and not even fresh—everything comes from a can. The pasta has no flavor, no seasoning, and is very expensive for what it is.
