16/07/2026: The staff needs training; Marie's baguettes look awful—not golden, dull, and not puffed up. This is the second time, and it will be the last. Before, they were just like in the other stores of the chain. They must have a special recipe for this store!

06/05/2026: Marie Blachère Despite everything, you can tell the employees are doing their best, and that deserves recognition. The pace is intense, the days are long, and some people manage to keep smiling, which is truly commendable. Hats off to them. But honestly, it's still not as good as Montluçon. We come hoping to rediscover that famous "Marie Blachère flavor"... then sometimes we leave with the feeling that even the baguettes are going through an existential crisis 😅🥖 Less warmth, less consistency, less of that little something extra that makes you want to come back. Yet, the potential is there. The most surprising thing is that you can have the same recipes, the same ovens, the same brand... but not the same human energy. And customers feel it immediately. So a real question arises: Where has the promised Marie Blachère flavor gone? Because ultimately, good bread nourishes the stomach… but a warm welcome and a lively atmosphere also foster customer loyalty. Our thoughts are with the employees who are keeping the shop running despite everything. 🥖

20/07/2026: Arrived at 11pm, the restaurant was closed; online they say it's open until 11:30pm. Useless.

12/07/2026: It's okay, but the staff with long nails is really not good hygiene-wise...

08/06/2026: I'm baffled by the positive reviews. A salad from the salad bar cost €7.50. It had a nice cucumber on top, a few cubes of feta, and underneath, some lettuce with a few small tomatoes. That's an expensive salad. As for the service... nonexistent. Not exactly negative, just completely unconcerned.

04/08/2026: Hello. When I'm in Vichy, I always go to Ladvie, but this time I'm really disappointed. I was planning a champagne aperitif with the family, but the crackling bread was dry, not fresh at all. I also bought some macarons, a box of 24, which wasn't cheap either. I thought I was getting a sure thing, but oh dear, the macarons weren't fresh and tasted rancid... I'm so disappointed, especially considering how expensive it was. I suggest Ladvie create a section for discounted, slightly imperfect products, like in a supermarket, to avoid waste.

24/07/2026: Avoid iced coffee!! It's just... Two espressos in a glass full of watery foam, and unsweetened to boot... 4 euros for that is a rip-off...

22/05/2026: It's a shame I can't post a photo. I took a shower at 11:30 am and the floor was incredibly salty, not to mention the walls. In my opinion, a mop or a broom is the only option. Then there was the meal—well, it was pre-packaged, nothing special. Really, it's far too expensive for what you get.

06/04/2026: The food was passable, the waitresses were pleasant, but the price-quality ratio was too high.

21/07/2026: My boyfriend and I went there one night because no other bar was showing the football match we wanted to watch. When we arrived, the man who served us was very friendly. The sign said they made cocktails, so I ordered a caipirinha, but he said they didn't have any. Then I ordered a margarita… a huge mistake on my part… the worst margarita I've ever had. I absolutely do not recommend it. I drank it and left the glass full. It was truly awful! We didn't go back during our stay. We ordered a charcuterie board, and it wasn't good either. I definitely don't recommend it; there are many other bars nearby that are worth visiting.

13/06/2026: Passing through the city center and bumping into some friends, we decided to have a drink on the terrace, which is well laid out but a bit noisy and with a significant pedestrian crossing – something that needs improvement...

26/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome for our impromptu stop, and the food was of very high quality. Fresh and locally sourced.

19/07/2026: I arrived at the drive-thru at 8:17 PM, it's now 9:07 PM and I still haven't been served, and there are three cars ahead of us. Trapped in the drive-thru corridor, I have no choice but to wait. I can understand waiting during busy periods, but this is unacceptable! Why not close the drive-thru if you can't ensure its proper operation?

18/07/2026: Waiting for one burger for 13 minutes, even though there was no queue and only one of my orders was on the scoreboard. Are you serious?

19/07/2026: This is the second time! And I won't be placing another order with him. The first time, I stopped by around 9 PM and he told me he was closing, something had come up... because normally the closing time is 9:30 PM. Anyway, I told him it happens, no worries. That same evening (Friday, July 17th), about a month later, I called to place an order. He coldly told me I had to call back using the number that was displayed. Okay... I called back within seconds using my number, but no one answered and I got his voicemail asking me to leave a message (and given that the closing time was approaching, around 9:10 PM instead of 9:30 PM). So I placed my order, specifying that I would pick it up in about ten minutes. I arrived at the kiosk hoping to pick up my small pizza (around 9:20-9:25 PM), and he told me, in a perverse, narcissistic way, that he didn't take orders on his answering machine... And then he lectured me and started nagging me, completely disrespecting me. I'm a customer, not a mind reader; it's up to him to organize things so they work properly. And if he's fed up, he shouldn't take it out on the customers who have nothing to do with it! What a headache! A pure moment of utter madness, just the way we like them. Rare little moments of pleasure turned into disgust! Thanks a lot.

15/07/2026: I'm updating my review following the owner's comment. Your response is exactly what you'd expect from your rating, which is the lowest of all the pizzerias in Gannat! And yes, like other reviews, the pizzas weren't good, just below average (it's a matter of taste, after all), and they were burnt! Rating: 1/5 ⭐️ New owner, but a very disappointing experience. Loyalty program not honored: My fully loaded card was refused because of the "new system," without any compensation whatsoever. Temperature & Timing: Pizzas were ready too early. Picked up 5 minutes early, they were already almost cold after only 3 minutes. Quality: Taste-wise, the family unanimously agrees: they're really not good. Only positive point: The staff's friendliness. In short, a terrible customer experience. I will never set foot in that place again.

26/07/2026: The salads were good and generous. The ribeye steak was very tender and perfectly cooked. The young barbecue chef was excellent. Our two waitresses were very good, the service was quick and efficient, no complaints whatsoever.

26/07/2026: A fantastic find! I highly recommend Auberge Le Médiéval. The dishes are homemade, generous, and delicious. The value for money is simply excellent, which is becoming increasingly rare. The staff is welcoming, the service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you're passing through the beautiful village of Charroux, don't hesitate to stop by; you won't be disappointed!

21/02/2026: I've been a regular customer for several years now. Since the change of ownership, the quality has unfortunately dropped considerably. The receptionist is still very nice. However, I don't even want to order a wok dish anymore because the cook is so unpleasant and rude; a simple "hello" is the bare minimum... The desserts are awful; they shouldn't even bother making them. As for the rest of the food, my opinion is mixed; sometimes it's okay, sometimes not. I'm keeping my rating low to allow you to improve, but thank you for taking customer feedback into account.
