24/05/2026: A place I stumbled upon while strolling through Charroux. Impeccable and quick service. Delicious crepes.

21/05/2026: Absolutely appalling service! A waiter who ignores customers wanting to order food and drinks, telling them to get back on their bus if they can't wait for him to serve them! And he forces Manu Militari (a 120kg muscle-bound behemoth), an 80-year-old senior citizen, to put back a chair he'd moved before leaving to get back on his bus, without having been able to have a drink after his guided tour... Absolutely unbelievable, especially in a village that has long held the title of one of the most beautiful villages in France! Absolutely avoid!

24/04/2026: Two orders placed in five days on Uber Eats, both refused. This shows that the establishment's overall rating accurately reflects the service.

13/06/2026: This McDonald's is not dog-friendly. If you've traveled a long way and are with your pet, you'll be treated like an intruder. You'll eat outside even if it's 40°C (104°F)... On the other hand, the service is good, and your food is hot!

11/06/2026: Visited this McDonald's on a Saturday during the holidays, waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for 3 meals, no management whatsoever, where was the manager? Zero responsiveness from the cooks, and on top of that, the royal bacon (extra flat, nothing in it), the fries were cold and had been prepared for too long, so they were all hard... for €65, frankly, bravo! And I'm not even mentioning the toilets, no soap and in a terrible state...

21/02/2026: I've been a regular customer for several years now. Since the change of ownership, the quality has unfortunately dropped considerably. The receptionist is still very nice. However, I don't even want to order a wok dish anymore because the cook is so unpleasant and rude; a simple "hello" is the bare minimum... The desserts are awful; they shouldn't even bother making them. As for the rest of the food, my opinion is mixed; sometimes it's okay, sometimes not. I'm keeping my rating low to allow you to improve, but thank you for taking customer feedback into account.

13/04/2026: Way too noisy (clattering dishes, a hand dryer in the basement that sounds like a fan, too many people and not enough space between tables). It's chaotic everywhere, the waiter is too rushed, brushing past us every time he goes by and even knocking over a little girl. This kind of place is fine for a drink on the terrace, but not for a family meal. P.S.: The croque monsieur was good, but the steak tartare was really terrible 😟

17/06/2026: Avoid this McDonald's! Every time we go, something is missing from our order or there's a mistake. It's become a regular occurrence. We have to check every bag and open the burgers before leaving, otherwise we only discover the problems once we get home. Driving for 40 minutes only to end up with an incomplete or incorrect order is simply unacceptable. We've been patient and given this establishment several chances, but nothing improves. Disorganized service, a complete lack of attention, and absolutely no consideration for customers!

16/06/2026: Today, June 16, 2026 New order...new mistakes Ice cream was missing from two Happy Meals, as well as one free gift... Since it's impossible for me to return to the restaurant or speak to someone on the phone, I will never be compensated. The service is truly appalling. If the order preparer followed the checklist properly, there shouldn't be any mistakes. ----------- Today, August 27, 2023, I was very disappointed with my order (Drive-Thru). The Coca-Cola tasted bad and wasn't fizzy. Furthermore, we had ordered barbecue sauce, which wasn't included with our nuggets.

04/04/2026: Order 4259. The book is missing from the Happy Meal. Two of the self-service kiosks are only partially working. With an order like this, they're capable of forgetting something. Only 10 people in the restaurant. Unacceptable.

01/04/2026: You're on your own at the kiosk. You wait ages for your order. You're sitting uncomfortably. It arrives cold ❄️. It's inedible, downright awful, and I'm being polite to avoid being censored 🤢🤮. It's expensive, very expensive 🫰💲. But hey... It's open after 10 PM... What a shame. Long live our little country restaurants!!!

01/04/2026: Cheddar fries, the cheddar on the fries was ice-cold, and they told me it was normal and brushed me off without wanting to change it. I'll never go back...

30/05/2026: Average McDonald's and still making mistakes with orders

29/05/2026: McDonald's was empty at 11 PM, it took 30 minutes to get two meals and they arrived cold.

14/05/2026: They don't include all the toppings, and they don't add the toys or ice cubes.

13/05/2026: A real McDonald's like in the old days, with products that arrive hot at the table, generous amounts of sauce, and very pleasant and attentive staff.

18/05/2026: Hotel closed even though I paid, but it's still showing as booked on Booking.com. Be careful

02/05/2026: The establishment no longer exists; it's abandoned. They're scammers. Booking sold me two nights to attend a wedding. I ended up homeless the day before the wedding—a disgrace!
