18/05/2026: A wonderful 3-day stay at Auberge du Lac to celebrate our parents' 90th birthday with family (25 people). Everything was perfect: comfortable rooms, excellent meals, and a warm welcome. A huge thank you to the entire team for these unforgettable moments. We will definitely be back!

19/04/2026: Very quiet location. Close to tourist attractions and activities. Beautiful view. Lovely facilities. The owners are very welcoming. Good advice for sightseeing and activities. Off-season - Restaurant and bar closed. We didn't have the opportunity to use them.

15/03/2026: I find there is a real lack of generosity in the filling; a waiter stopped taking care of us to go and make his own sandwich first… The lack of training is blatant; someone should supervise them to speed up!

05/05/2026: The initial welcome was friendly, but as the meal progressed, this became less so, bordering on rudeness... disappointing. The food was very good, but the portions were disappointing (the caillette was a small dumpling cut in half, accompanied by 4 or 5 small new potatoes), and there was an enormous salad to fill the plate 😡😡😡. Still hungry, we ordered a plate of local cheeses, which were placed on the table without any explanation of the varieties... we felt like we were being treated like clueless tourists 😤😤. So, very disappointed, which is a real shame because the village itself is exceptional!

25/05/2026: A lovely terrace under the trees or parasols, despite the 31°C heat. The service was professional and friendly. The ravioli gratin with morels (€18) was delicious and so generous (served with a salad and a slice of cured ham) that we didn't have room for dessert 😜. I highly recommend it 😃

09/04/2026: Stopped for a quick aperitif, warm welcome, pleasant terrace, and wow, the food smelled amazing! A visit is definitely in order to try the food.

08/04/2026: We were delighted with our lunch today. There were four of us, and we hadn't booked. The food was excellent, all homemade. The presentation of the dishes was lovely, and the waitress was very pleasant and smiling. A nice touch was the complimentary homemade digestif offered by the owner.

18/12/2025: Fantastic restaurant where the owner welcomes you warmly and delights your taste buds no matter what dish you order. Everything we ate was delicious and the portions were generous. I highly recommend it. This is a restaurant you absolutely must discover because Sulivan loves to please his customers, and he does it all with a smile. Our Christmas meal on December 18th was a real treat, and at the same price as every day...thank you, Sussu!

16/05/2026: Excellent! Nice food. Big screen to watch the ASSE-Rodez playoff match. Great owner! It's nice to find such welcoming people despite the crowds. The customer isn't treated like a walking wallet, which is a refreshing change. And at the end, a complimentary digestif! Well done, keep it up!

26/05/2026: Exceptional homemade ice cream! The price is really attractive and the flavors are excellent. I highly recommend it, and the cone is to die for.

07/06/2026: The food was great...we'd love to come back. Update: We were here again on June 7th, 2026. The food was delicious again 😋 🤤 😋 The service was very friendly. If we ever find ourselves in this area again, we'll definitely come back.

18/05/2026: The service was adequate for two drinks; the bartender recommended some local beers which turned out to be very enjoyable. The view from the front overlooks a building and the roadside, but this doesn't detract from the experience.

06/05/2026: My favorite cafe in Les Vans, and there are many. Also, the restaurant (only open for lunch) is very good, traditional cuisine but well prepared.

30/03/2026: Their pizzas are very, very good, but I asked what the tiramisu was made of. They told me coffee, I said it tastes very strong, they said no, so I went to get them and they gave them to me. I went home and ate them, and they were loaded with coffee and completely frozen inside. So, a word of advice: don't listen to them when they tell you there isn't much coffee because it's false.
