03/09/2026: Pizzas for all tastes and plenty of vegetarian options. We enjoyed it.

02/09/2026: Very good wood fire baked pizzas. Highly recommend. It’s located in a quiet street and while it doesn’t match the view of some other places the quality of the pizzas is worth the visit. The place is run by lovely people that are super welcoming and friendly (also to our little one of 2,5 years old who was amazed by the pizza oven)

27/07/2026: One of the best meals I’ve eaten, fantastic flavours and exciting to the eye as well as the palate. The chef and pastry chef excelled themselves. Local Ardeche wines. Worth driving across France to experience And just what you want in a Logis de France : a good room with balcony, everything in excellent order and looking new. Quiet, even though on a good road, attentive staff, plentiful breakfast but the restaurant meal was the highlight.

01/07/2026: On a business trip to this establishment for two nights, I was delighted by the warm welcome I received. The owners are incredibly kind. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The highlight, however, is the chef's cuisine. Intuitive and creative, a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

12/09/2026: For our second visit, nothing to complain about. The meal was just as excellent, homemade, and the host was very pleasant, explaining the ingredients of each dish. I highly recommend it; we had the €32 set menu (starter, main course, cheese, and dessert). We'll definitely be back; I give it a solid 10/10.

11/09/2026: Staying in Le Cheylard, I went to this brasserie on the recommendation of the local bike shop owner. No frills, and that's perfect. Simple yet well-prepared. SO GOOD! Goat cheese ravioli and finely chopped homemade fruit salad. 😍 The owner was very attentive.

08/09/2026: Excellent restaurant for finding local products. The burger with caillette (a type of sausage) and goat cheese (Ardèche burger) is a real treat. The Ardèche sundae is rich in chestnut cream. A truly great experience.

26/08/2026: We went to the restaurant last night with our baby. The waitress was very friendly and pleasant! The food was good. Our little one was starting to get restless, and we didn't want to order dessert so as not to disturb the other diners. The waitress kindly agreed to set up a table outside for us at our request, even though she was already very busy! So thank you very much, and if you're ever in St. Maurice, stop by; you won't be disappointed! 😊

25/08/2026: Fantastic restaurant! We recently discovered this place, now run by an absolutely charming lady. Everything was delicious, with homemade cuisine and high-quality ingredients. The welcome was very warm and the setting is truly delightful, in the heart of a pretty little village. A wonderful find, we will definitely be back!

10/08/2026: We had a fantastic 14km trip from Balazuc to Roums. The briefing was short, and communication in English was no problem. The canoes and equipment were in good condition. Pick-up was quick and easy.

31/07/2026: The highlight of our trip to Auvergne—er, Ardèche! OK, you have to climb a winding mountain road, OK, you have to accept the set menu, OK, you have to book because the terrace is small, but what a wonderful surprise! Fresh, high-quality ingredients, authentic cuisine that's both complex and simple—simply delicious!

26/07/2026: The food was absolutely fantastic: The spaghetti was far above average and among the best I've had in a long time. You can taste the fresh ingredients and the passion for the craft in every bite. A big thank you also goes to the entire staff: very friendly, attentive, and they made me feel instantly at ease.

26/07/2026: The restaurant was very close to our Airbnb, so we noticed it on the first day of our vacation and ate there. Since then, we've been back several times and can hardly wait to return. Whether it was crêpes or spaghetti, everything was simply incredibly delicious. The owner is super friendly, genuine, and runs his restaurant with passion. The staff was also incredibly kind and attentive. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

13/07/2026: Family of four plus a dog had meal with three pizzas and a steak. Pizzas were rated average by everyone, a bit too much tasteless cheese. The steak was okay. Service was friendly. All in all a very medium experience. Plastic cutlery and chairs on a very warm night didn't exactly lift up the experience.

04/12/2025: We came for lunch, for my birthday. We received a very warm welcome, we ordered the set menu, and the chard gratin was fabulous, and the apple speculoos tiramisu was delicious. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

02/09/2026: Excellent value for money, very pleasant staff, and very good and generous portions. We were passing through on our bikes along the Via Rhôna.

11/08/2026: A quiet hotel with a beautiful view. Friendly staff. The place is a bit dated, but I like that. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was a real plus! The restaurant wasn't offering service on the terrace when we were there, which I would have liked. The menus were varied; the pepper casserole was very good, and the mashed potatoes with morels were truly delicious, rich, and flavorful. Note that we could hear trains passing quite loudly in our room for most of the night, so keep the window closed. Breakfast was fairly simple. Overall, it offers excellent value for money!

30/08/2026: Nice place, efficient service, but it's definitely the end of the season. The starter and main course were swimming in soy sauce, and since we didn't want to complain, we asked for takeout so as not to waste the food. Refused, on flimsy pretexts. Damn this place!! And poor 500g of tuna we couldn't eat. No compensation whatsoever. Disappointed by this tourist trap.

11/09/2026: Oh, what a pleasure it was to stumble upon this place while wandering down a little street! A pizza like I've rarely tasted, served by equally delightful people. A warm atmosphere in an authentic village; these restaurateurs have managed to combine dynamism and charm in this unique setting. The terrace, hidden from view from the gable end, will surprise you with its tranquility and conviviality. You might even run into us there, as the friendliness of the people who run this restaurant is truly memorable.

23/08/2026: We ate at this restaurant twice during our visit to the Ardèche! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Their Thursday night kebab is truly delicious and nothing like what you find in the Paris region! Dogs are welcome.
