29/09/2025: It was a brilliant evening. The tartare was amazing, with super good fries. We also got a great wine recommendation, and the service was super friendly and attentive. The prices are a little above average, but it's definitely worth it.

14/10/2025: We had lunch there as a family during the Saint Cirgues mushroom fair. Very good menu, fair value for money. Friendly service. Local, fresh, seasonal, and good quality products. We will be back!

26/11/2025: We stopped by chance last week and weren't disappointed by this little restaurant run by a very friendly chef. The food was homemade and delicious, at a more than reasonable price. We promised ourselves we'd go back if we're ever in La Voulte again.

24/11/2025: I was very disappointed with this restaurant. The service was particularly poor: when I asked how I wanted my steak cooked, the waiter claimed it was no longer possible to choose, citing some supposed new law. Honestly, it felt like they were just trying to make fun of us. The wait was interminable: almost an hour before we got anything to eat, and during all that time, no one really paid any attention to us. The organization seemed completely nonexistent, and no one on the team was any better than the others. As for the meal, after all that waiting, it wasn't anything special either. In short, a very disappointing experience that I definitely do not recommend.

22/09/2025: We entered the patio a bit by chance for a cocktail... and frankly, we don't regret it. Pierrick gave us a warm welcome, directing us to the very unusual room (a former farmhouse) where there are high tables, low tables, chairs, stools, and large benches. The first evening, we kept it simple with mojitos, which turned out to be excellent. For the next three evenings, we left it to Max, the cocktail master, to surprise us with a new drink each time. They were all to our taste, even though we hardly ever drink alcohol. The Mai Tai/Espresso Martini/Jamaican Mule and Raspberry Daiquiri were lovely discoveries, but he wowed us with a cocktail that tasted like a madeleine... (yes, grandma's madeleine). We will happily return if our travels bring us back to Vallon 😁

06/01/2026: Passing through, I ordered the set menu: a choice of buffet starter, free-range chicken and lentils with half an endive, and lemon meringue pie for dessert. The meal was pleasant, the restaurant very well located with plenty of indoor seating and three dining rooms. The chicken was dry, the lentils tasteless, and the endive very bitter. A suggestion for the chef: a free-range chicken casserole with lentils would have been much more delicious 😋 and the chicken less dry.

09/11/2025: A very good meal featuring local Ardèche products, a complete and generous menu. Thank you to the kitchen for your creations; the crique, soft inside and crispy outside, was a delight.

30/12/2025: The ice cream was delicious!!! 👌 Not very customer-friendly. I was cycling with two children and needed to fill a water bottle. I was told to fill it in the restroom 👍 Hygiene-wise, that's questionable, and the bottle wouldn't have been rinsed under the tap. I asked to fill it at the tap behind the counter... no, that wasn't possible. The end of the abundance was abrupt 😬

09/02/2026: Terrible service, not at all welcoming, very slow even when it's quiet. We asked for a cocktail and they didn't have it, so there's very little choice in drinks. I'm giving it 2 stars because it's acceptable if you're just stopping for 5 minutes and having a coffee.

11/10/2025: We loved this campsite and we would return again, the swimming pools and slides kept the kids busy throughout the day. It is a very big campsite (Biggest we have ever been to), however we was positioned very well and not to far away from everything. We found the electric supply on site good, but could tell when it was struggling during busy periods. Site is located well to shops and attractions. Showers & toilets was always clean, and could see them getting cleaned throughout the day. We used the washing machines daily and the use of the app was vital, due to the campsite being busy the app allows you to reserve washing machines, so they don't get taken up while your en route to them. We would stay again if we was in the south of France

06/10/2025: A very nice campsite. We had a very neat mobile home with a lovely patio among the trees. Very friendly staff. Great entertainment. Highly recommended, worth a return visit!
