05/04/2024: Clean and well-maintained room. The breakfast is copious and the evening meal worthy of a 5 star (well done to the cook). The hotel staff is super friendly and attentive. Very good experience.

26/03/2024: We discovered this restaurant recently while walking past it, and we went there on Saturday evening. Only one thing to say: we will come back, and quickly! Fast, adorable service with a smile, original and delicious dishes (special mention to the fish tartare, a killer)... Only weak point: we tested the questionnaires for the school certificate of yesteryear... And well we wouldn't be ready 🤣.

01/04/2024: This is the 3rd time I had lunch at the Auberge de Boffres, this time with family, and for the 3rd time it was incredible! Delicious, harmonious flavors and unusual combinations, all perfectly measured. I can only recommend stopping there. The hour drive to get there was completely worth it!

05/04/2024: An excellent address! The cuisine is refined and tasty, the welcome warm, the service perfect. A special mention for the smile of the waitress, a real ray of sunshine!
We were two adults, a child and a baby (with stroller) and we appreciated the care taken in the children's menu, as tasty as the rest!
23/10/2023: Very good restaurant... at a very reasonable price, very friendly staff and management. Do not forget the best restaurant in Vogüé for having frequented them all.

We chose the menu (25€) for dinner
Note, as a starter, the excellent mimosa-style eggs with Villefort trout mousse. A very nice spring pizza to follow and very good desserts.
We took 1/4 of an Ardèche white (sauvignon) (good).
The service was pleasant and the exchanges pleasant (a little bit slow).
The setting of the vaulted cellar added to the pleasure.
In the end, a good evening to end our stay at Les Vans.

30/03/2024: For many years we have been coming to the tavern restaurant, despite there being several restaurants in the alley, we always return to the tavern, several choices of dishes and excellent, A service despite the crowd very correct for the wait, received with a smile, very attentive and Lionel who is at the service and boss at the same time competent and funny I love it, I advise you to make an appointment before because a lot of reservations in advance

Very clean refined cuisine we feel the quality of the ingredients and very good culinary know-how we all enjoyed ourselves in a friendly atmosphere the service and present smiling and attentive the waiter Sebastien and very good advice for the wine and very pleasant at the top we will return without fail
