11/12/2025: This is THE restaurant, which might be why I'm lowering the rating of the other reviews I posted when we were in Paris. Clearly a 5-star+! An absolute must-try, the quality/price ratio is excellent! Izakaya for starters, followed by a salmon bowl, was frankly superb. We also had cocktails as an aperitif, generously poured and, most importantly, not diluted (sometimes you get unpleasant surprises). The service was super efficient, the waiters very friendly. A must-try for those who love Japanese food! The only minor drawback, if I had to find one, would be that it's a bit cramped, but that's also part of the Izakaya atmosphere.

29/03/2026: I used to go to this restaurant fifteen years ago and went back yesterday. The longevity of the place is proof in itself of the quality of the food. A delicious culinary journey; the soups are served with fresh herbs and lime. A must-try in the 19th arrondissement.

01/02/2026: First time at this Asian restaurant and a very pleasant discovery. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The restaurant has two rooms: a front room, like a glass-enclosed terrace with a few tables, and a large, spacious, and comfortable room inside. The decor is nice, and the atmosphere is calm and friendly. The dishes were very good and generous. I went on a Sunday at lunchtime, and it wasn't very busy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A significant bonus: there's plenty of parking outside, which is very convenient. A very good experience; I will definitely return.

01/03/2026: We were looking for a Korean restaurant, we chose this one somewhat randomly, and honestly, we weren't disappointed at all. The meal was hearty and delicious; you can tell right away that everything is homemade. It's a place without any fuss; it's simple and family-run. The service is excellent: a free bottle of water, not tap water (and we even get to keep it!), and the small kimchi-style salads are refilled. And the best part is, it's really inexpensive for Paris.

28/02/2026: I went to Darae Restaurant alone six years ago, but this time I went with my girlfriend. She wasn't feeling well and had a cold, but thanks to the owner's care, she was able to get through the rest of her schedule without any problems. The food was still delicious, and the owner was very friendly. I wish the owner good health, and I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in Paris.

12/03/2026: I'd been there quite a while ago, and the fried tofu was just as delicious as I remembered. The little terrace is lovely on a sunny day; it's quite a walk from the cars. The green papaya salad was also very good, but... there were aphids in the lettuce leaves... honestly, I should have said something, but since I'm mentally strong, I just removed them when I saw them. :| It didn't spoil my meal; there were only a few decorative lettuce leaves, so to speak. It happens, and I'm sure if I had said anything, they would have brought me another plate.

Here, you'll discover a blend of Vietnamese, Thai, and… French cuisine. It's a complete culinary journey. The dishes are bursting with diverse flavors. The plates are beautifully presented, with great care taken in their composition. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant and advise you to make a reservation.
