08/05/2026: The best beef loc lac and pho I've ever had. They're simply excellent. Far superior to the other restaurants in the area. Having been disappointed by one of the last places I tried, I have to admit this one is truly top-notch. And they're consistently good.

The meat isn't dry at all; it's generously filled with tender cuts that are soft and easy to chew. I ordered fried shrimp as a side, and the accompanying fried scallions enhance the aroma, adding to the overall flavor. There are countless similar-looking pho restaurants in District 13, but this place stands out for its small details. And the service is incredibly friendly.

19/06/2026: I just arrived in Paris today, and after a long day of traveling with my luggage, I was so tired I didn't even want to think about "what to eat for dinner," so I just went with my host's recommendation and went for Thai food. We ordered two servings of Beef Pad Thai, two cups of Thai iced tea, and a Kai Yam grilled chicken. The Pad Thai portions were quite large, very generous for backpackers who had just gotten off the plane and had been traveling all day. We were definitely full after eating it. The beef was good, but the overall seasoning was on the sweeter side, and towards the end, it felt a bit too sweet. The grilled chicken was actually my favorite part of the day. The meat was very tender, not dry at all, simple but delicious. The Thai iced tea was also great. I originally just wanted it to go with the food, but it ended up being a lifesaver. While eating the sweet Pad Thai, I relied on the iced tea to bring my taste buds back to normal. Overall, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous, perfect for travelers who have just arrived in Paris and are too tired to cook. People who usually eat lighter meals might find the sweetness a bit too much, but on that day we had a gentle breeze, hot food, and iced tea, which already made it a great experience.

27/05/2026: Mediocre sushi tbh. Didn't taste as fresh as I was hoping considering the price. Nothing dangerous ofc but a little lacking in "fishy" taste. However, I would highly recommend the carpaccio appetizer. 5 stars for aesthetic though, especially the bathroom.

30/06/2026: We took the Crazy Horse package which included dinner at Ginger, like many others who reviewed this restaurant. We loved the whole seamless reservation, service, planning and execution of the dinner and show because it made it easy for us to just relax and enjoy the evening. We loved the spring rolls and tuna tartare for staters, the subtle flavoured sea bass and delicious crying tiger beef for mains, the ice cream mocha as well as caramelised pineapple for dessert. Service was good as we chose to eat dinner before the show. The location was great as it was near the theatre.

11/12/2025: This is THE restaurant, which might be why I'm lowering the rating of the other reviews I posted when we were in Paris. Clearly a 5-star+! An absolute must-try, the quality/price ratio is excellent! Izakaya for starters, followed by a salmon bowl, was frankly superb. We also had cocktails as an aperitif, generously poured and, most importantly, not diluted (sometimes you get unpleasant surprises). The service was super efficient, the waiters very friendly. A must-try for those who love Japanese food! The only minor drawback, if I had to find one, would be that it's a bit cramped, but that's also part of the Izakaya atmosphere.
