31/03/2024: DONT GET THE STEAK!! Everything else looked lovely. We made the mistake of getting the stake, it was very fatty and tough. It was a very cheap cut, not entrecôte. But lovely service and nice restaurant. Stick to the duck!

Beautiful setting, friendly staff.
But the terrible food!
01/04/2024: Great setting in the city of Carcassonne but unfortunately that stops hard meat, oily fries, hard wafer whipped cream really not good and all that in very very limited proportions (see photos) I recommend for a drink but not for eating there and even less this menu at 19€

27/03/2024: 1 star since it's impossible not to give one! Consumption which concerns only the bar. Order a 1l bottle of Vittel as indicated on the menu! Cristaline 1l result! With that, the benefit can only be there. Dirty table and staff not very pleasant overall.
Avoid unless you think you are from the pigeon family 🐣

10/05/2024: Great welcome. The boss Benoît is very nice. The waiters and even the cook who comes to meet us to chat at the end of the meal. The cuisine is tasty with fresh products. The cassoulet is great. A beautiful atmosphere and passionate people, that's what a good restaurant is.

01/04/2024: Within the medieval city of Carcassonne, they have several menus of different prices, the one we ate was 19 euros, very complete and you will not leave hungry, the service is very good, they speak Spanish and the menus are in Spanish, the drink is separate. If you don't want to pay for it, ask for tap water. I'll give it how it's pronounced, not how it's written (caroc do) karaff d'eau, the treatment is super friendly, highly recommended.

01/04/2024: Very welcoming and smiling staff, well cooked dish but did not quite correspond to the description that the waitress gave and waiting time as long as for a cassoulet which my friend gave up precisely because of the waiting time! He could have had fun after all...
23/03/2024: The place is spacious, luminous, and clean. Very well located. The staff is attentive and the selection of food is pretty good. They have menus too (that's what we had) that are a very good deal. We enjoyed the food, except the cassoulet, which for us was too dry. But that's our taste, perhaps that's the way you prefer it and then it will be perfect for you. 🤗
