24/03/2024: A large square in an old quarter, central to Carcassonne, 17th century, currently car-free, full of terraces and second-hand book stalls. The big fountain with water always roaring, children running and the active shops around. Very close to the market and halfway between the church of Sant Miquel and the oldest church of Sant Vicenç, under restoration.

25/03/2024: Close to our hotel and train station. Locals eat here and everyone seems to know each other. I had the formula, which consists of a plate du jour and dessert. The poulet with forest mushrooms was delicious and simple. Kiwi tart hit the spot. Waiter was friendly and looked professional. I'm going back again to see what the Chef makes this time. Value pricing keeps the locals inside.

Parts très copieuses.
Seul bémol, le mojito pas top!
Nous y retournerons très volontiers.

Nous nous sommes régalés avec nos plats, bien que servis très vite, ne nous permettant pas de consommer nos apéritifs.
Le soucis a été sur les apéritifs. Ils n'ont pas été correctement confectionnés.

Die Bedienung ist nett und schnell, auch wenn eine Verständigung in ENG nur schwer möglich ist, aber soweit alles in Ordnung.
Wir hatten die Gambas und das war ein absoluter Reinfall. Laut der Bedienung sollten sie mit Pastis flambiert sein, vermutlich waren sie es auch, aber dadurch dann ein Geruch und Nachgeschmack… Selbst der Salat war durch die Soße praktisch ungenießbar. Die Pommes waren auch nichts. Eine echte Enttäuschung!
Preis-Leistung - aufgrund der fehlenden Leistung super schlecht. Nicht zu empfehlen.

14/04/2024: €11 for 2 coffees with milk and 2 croissants... since they don't deliver a ticket I can't break it down... I guess they put unicorn milk into extinction... but wind the plan supply and demand environment that they take advantage of.
30/01/2024: Nice ambient on a sunny day. From the whole menu, all they had was savory and sweet pancakes (crepes), and sweet waffle. We ate 3 cheese savory pancake which was fine but so thin and not enough for a meal. Then we had a nutella waffle because they didn't have bananas and it was sooo small and empty. However the lady working there was nice and friendly.

01/04/2024: We went twice during our visit to Carcassone. Quality products at a reasonable price. I was surprised by the number of customers who came in to take the loaves of bread 6 at a time. I was also grateful that it was the only place open on Easter Monday. The staff, although they did not speak Spanish, made an effort to understand us and serve us well.

Arrived there by chance, we had a very pleasant time.
Away from the noise of the room it delighted us and everything was top notch, very generous I had help to finish my plate.
Friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
We will come back
21/04/2024: Accueil chaleureux, cuisine savoureuse, viande tendre et cuisson parfaite, produits frais. Dogfriendly et parlent aussi anglais (avec l'accent c'est charmant). Ils valent le détour.
