06/01/2026: A rather disappointing experience. The menu promised better: the onion soup was clearly lacking in flavor (more watery than onion), the cassoulet tasted rancid, and the portion was small. The homemade dessert (pineapple tart) was decent, but nothing special. The restaurant is small and busy, but the service didn't live up to expectations: the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the welcome was unfriendly. In short, consider booking a table in advance… at another restaurant.

10/12/2025: It was hard to find because I wasn't expecting it. The service was excellent, although the language barrier makes a difference. He made a real effort to understand us in Spanish. The pizzas were delicious, and the prices are good. You can see him making the pizza the whole time; you can tell he enjoys his work. I definitely recommend him 100%. Thank you!

11/03/2026: We happened to come across this place on a Monday evening when most other restaurants were closed, and we’re really glad we did. All of us enjoyed our meals. Two of us ordered the set menu, which was great value. The starters were very generous, the duck confit was really good, and the creme brûlée was amazing. A very pleasant surprise, we’d happily come back.

21/02/2026: The owner already counted my children without asking their ages. She even counted the baby who wasn't eating. All for the money. It's horrible, very dirty, the cutlery is awful, there's no sushi left at the first seating at 8 am, shameful, the plates are dirty. A restaurant to avoid, I've never seen anything like it, it's shameful. The waiters and the owner aren't smiling, they're cold. They should change professions

21/02/2026: Meh, I won't be going back! Not great! I paid for a children's menu for a 16-month-old baby even though I was told it was free for them. We were both very sick the next day.

04/01/2026: I've been a regular here for almost 15 years and I've never been disappointed. The owner is always friendly and smiling. Orders are processed quickly, even when the place is full. The prices are very reasonable. The maxi galette is definitely a safe bet, and he really does put more meat in it than in the regular version, unlike what you might find elsewhere in Carcassonne. 05/03/2026: I'm very surprised this restaurant has good reviews. Perhaps we just had bad luck. That day, our linguine carbonara was inedible. The pasta was in large clumps, as if they'd forgotten to stir it in the water. The sauce was tasteless. The very slow service wasn't unpleasant, but it was inefficient and unprofessional. Cutlery and water carafes were being dropped every five minutes. Tables weren't cleared after customers left, so the dining room was a mess, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
