21/10/2024: Le Paradis Padel Squash is simply exceptional! A unique place where sport, relaxation and conviviality meet. The padel and squash courts are maintained and the atmosphere is always great. The catering is delicious, perfect after a good match, and the events are always well organized. The staff is smiling, the musical atmosphere is great, and the warm decoration creates a welcoming setting. We feel really good there. An unmissable place to spend good times with friends or family! 🎉🎾🍽️"

04/09/2024: Une auberge ou l on ne perd pas de temps. Les plats sont bons et servis rapidement par Chritophe et Carole qui ne font pas de voyage a vide. Toujours avec le sourire.
Bref j ai bien aimé mais pour les gourmands, preferez les plats a la carte qui sont nettement plus copieux (mais ca c est normal)
Encore bravo a eux 2 et a leur cuistot.
04/09/2024: Nous sommes allé dans ce restaurant sur recommandation et nous aurions mieux fait de passer notre chemin!!
Les prix sont très chers pour ce que c'est; la carte n'est pas exceptionnelle et certaines formulations sont tournées de façon à vous induire en erreur.
Sur les 4 personnes nous avons toutes été malades alors que nous avions pris 4 plats différents; le foie gras n'est clairement pas maison et doit être de l'industriel bas de gamme (suinte; non dénervé; ne se tient pas...); et une vinaigrette ne se résume pas à mettre uniquement de l'huile sur une salade!
Cette adresse est en résumé un attrape touriste qui donne en plus une très mauvaise image par rapport aux autres établissements qui font du qualitatif.

We do not regret this choice of restaurant, we were seated in the quiet garden, sheltered from traffic.
Very pleasant welcome, smiling staff, efficient and fast.
17/09/2024: Authentic restaurant in the tourist trap that Carcassonne is unfortunately becoming more and more. Very friendly waiters who gave us a spacious table to sit quietly with our dog on the garden terrace under the trees. The 29.50 menu is excellent, with foie gras and gésiers salad as first course, homemade cassoulet with duck as mains. The portions are large, great wine at prices we can only dream of in Belgium.

09/08/2024: Arrive very quickly and install the service is fast but for the rest not great no water to put at the table no bread a foie gras sauce just bland industrial taste they will say bags for half a fried duck breast it is extremely. Dear duck breast already cut into pieces my small yes big ones. When reconstituted the duck breast it appears to be pieces cut maybe it cuts all their breast after these very possible are available the pieces mix in cold room my good to say that these not great... on the other hand the other dishes well composed salad... shame for forgetting them, it's a sauce that is not homemade for me

The quality/price ratio is unbeatable!! The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and in the kitchen: the VERY competent staff!! well done to them!! I highly recommend it!!

12/09/2024: The best pizza! Lovely crust and fresh ingredients. I asked for very little cheese and they were so accommodating and service was excellent too. The waiter was very friendly!
09/09/2024: Plus assez de vin rouge pour toute notre table, et puis le vin rouge servi est médiocre et chaud.
Les pizzas sont moyennes et la salade a une sauce bizarre.

I come there several times a year, and the quality is always there, a real treat. Whether it's California rolls, salmon tartare, coleslaw, skewers, nothing to complain about, quality products straight from the kitchen.
My daughter loves the idea of dishes passing by on a conveyor belt, everyone enjoys what they like! And the mango for dessert, excellent, we ate there this evening and I would definitely go back!

07/12/2024: We ate a menu that was not worth what they gave us, very poor quality, the waiter was very friendly but very slow service, the worst thing was paying €6 for a bottle of water for not ordering à la carte (water in France is not usually charged) The truth is that we will not return, nor do I recommend it.
14/11/2024: Simple but generous cuisine. An authentic and pleasant boss. The room is small and quite simple but the interior remains a pleasant place of calm despite the crowds of the city.
The cassoulet was very good.
