26/08/2026: Perfect service! We ordered a cocktail reception for our wedding (20 people) and the cake, which was just as delicious as everything else. The grazing table the following day was equally perfect. All our guests were delighted and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you again. We will definitely recommend you.

13/10/2026: My husband and I had the most lovely long weekend here. The b&b is full of charm and is located out of the city, surrounded by a garden. We could walk to the Carcassonne on a little trail that followed the river Aude. Clemont, the owner, is slowly refurbishing the castle with care and passion. Dinner with him was the best meal we had on our trip, and he was kind enough to adjust the meal to be vegetarian for me. Overall, an absolutely perfect country escape from the city. Couldn’t recommend it more!

02/09/2026: Discovered by chance today. Friendly, quick, and smiling service. I recommend the €15.90 set menu with gizzard salad, cassoulet (served piping hot), and two scoops of ice cream. I highly recommend this place.

01/09/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant during our visit to the citadel. Its secluded location, away from the other, very noisy restaurants, and its affordable menu were what attracted us. The food was excellent, as was the homemade sangria. It was very good value for money, with a menu offering three choices of starters, three choices of main courses, and two choices of desserts. And all this with a wonderful welcome. It was perfect.

28/08/2026: A very pleasant, modernly decorated Chinese restaurant. The restrooms are very clean. The food is varied. The background music isn't to my taste, but it suits the atmosphere. The prices aren't high; a place I'd recommend for a nice evening with friends or family. Oh, and the staff is responsive and efficient.

28/08/2026: I couldn't take it anymore!!! That's what I said as I left the restaurant. So many Asian dishes! The hotel near this restaurant recommended it, and now I know why. €30 per person, drinks and smiles included—it's really worth treating yourself.

06/10/2026: Excellent cuisine, beautiful presentation, original – the Michelin Guide was right to recommend it. A minor drawback was the service; the staff member seemed neither comfortable nor invested in the presentation of the dishes: a shame.

25/09/2026: We discovered this restaurant during our recent visit to Carcassonne. It was a delightful surprise; from the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. We chose local dishes: a delicious and perfectly prepared cassoulet, and my wife ordered a duck confit that was cooked to perfection. We paired it with the house wine and a sundae for dessert. It was truly an amazing dinner, and I highly recommend this place.

20/10/2026: A completely disappointing experience. The food was of very poor quality and the customer service was terrible from beginning to end. To top it all off, the bathrooms were in unacceptable condition, practically unusable. Not recommended at all.

24/09/2026: The food was exquisite – beautifully prepared and incredibly delicious. But the wait for it was absurd. When we arrived at the restaurant, ours was one of only four or five occupied tables, but we still didn’t get our dinner for a solid hour. We waited 20 minutes for a refill on our carafe of water. Several other tables who came after us were served before us. (And one table who came before us got up and left, because they had waited so long to order.)

21/09/2026: A pleasant place. The food, however, was quite disappointing, especially considering the prices. The cassoulet tasted burnt and the roasted Camembert was off-putting, which necessitated a late-night trip to the restroom to return everything. We informed the restaurant staff at the end of our meal.
