10/07/2025: In our three-week trip through France, this restaurant stands out as having the absolute best service, no question. Staff were very attentive, and got the timing of the meal exactly right- not too rushed, not too long. The food was also great- the “menu for 21€” provides three delicious courses for excellent value. C’est top!

Came to have dinner with passing friends; we transmitted our complaints to the attention of Mr. PUTELAT on various unsatisfactory points during our visit but the latter did not deign to respond to us. Inadmissible and unacceptable for an establishment which no longer lives up to its reputation; it’s a shame…

23/01/2026: We waited forever for our food, and the staff didn't inform us that there was a backlog in the kitchen. After a 25-minute wait, we told them to wait only 10 more minutes before our departure, and the food arrived within that timeframe! The dishes were a salad and a pizza (35 minutes). I'll let you be the judge...

24/01/2026: Everything was perfect! The waiter gave us a very warm welcome, with a relaxed yet pleasant demeanor. We ordered the evening menu (starter + main course + dessert) and it was as beautiful as it was delicious! All accompanied by a glass of wine and a cocktail. From the chef to the servers, everyone is clearly skilled and it shows. We highly recommend it!

25/10/2025: I do not understand great reviews for this place. The menu is most unimaginative and incredibly overpriced. The tapas ("specialy") are a zero effort on part of the kitchen - essentially resellling prepared deli type foods. The outside terrace is flanked by the passing traffic so exhaust fumes and noise are part of the experience (but that's not unique to this place). The service is very friendly though and you benefit from a view of the cité. My recommendation is to skip this if you are looking for a good meal.

16/01/2026: Excellent place!!! We found this bakery because it's very close to our accommodation, which was very convenient. It's well located and parking is easy in the area, which is a plus. We received excellent service from the very beginning, both friendly and professional. The products exude quality, both in appearance and flavor, and the overall experience was very satisfying. The prices are competitive for the type of product and the location. Without a doubt, it's a place I would return to without hesitation if I were ever in the area again.

10/01/2026: What a disgrace! I came to buy a pan bagnat and a panini. The pan bagnat was flat, with three tiny pieces of chicken barely hanging on. And the panini was dripping with olive oil. I don't recommend it.

09/01/2026: Wow, impressed! Our tacos were ready 3 minutes after we ordered. Super tasty and generously filled, crispy fries. Forget other taco places, this one is worth the trip!

01/12/2025: I came to Golden Tacos today, Monday, December 1st, around 8:10 PM. I was unpleasantly surprised to find my bill rejected even though it only had two tiny holes at the bottom. The young man told me he couldn't accept it, which really surprised me. I've had slightly damaged bills before that went through automatic machines without any problem. This one, in fact, was given to me by a machine at the Metropole, so it was perfectly valid and acceptable. I was very disappointed by his reaction, especially since he was ready to take back my order if I didn't pay, even though I'm a very loyal customer of Golden Tacos. He's an employee I'd never seen before, and I don't understand his behavior. Yet, I've always had very good experiences at this taco place. Too bad about this time.

04/09/2024: Nous sommes allé dans ce restaurant sur recommandation et nous aurions mieux fait de passer notre chemin!! Les prix sont très chers pour ce que c'est; la carte n'est pas exceptionnelle et certaines formulations sont tournées de façon à vous induire en erreur. Sur les 4 personnes nous avons toutes été malades alors que nous avions pris 4 plats différents; le foie gras n'est clairement pas maison et doit être de l'industriel bas de gamme (suinte; non dénervé; ne se tient pas...); et une vinaigrette ne se résume pas à mettre uniquement de l'huile sur une salade! Cette adresse est en résumé un attrape touriste qui donne en plus une très mauvaise image par rapport aux autres établissements qui font du qualitatif.

04/09/2024: Une auberge ou l on ne perd pas de temps. Les plats sont bons et servis rapidement par Chritophe et Carole qui ne font pas de voyage a vide. Toujours avec le sourire. Bref j ai bien aimé mais pour les gourmands, preferez les plats a la carte qui sont nettement plus copieux (mais ca c est normal) Encore bravo a eux 2 et a leur cuistot.

07/07/2025: A very nice surprise for this randomly chosen restaurant. The staff is very pleasant. The cuisine is top notch: cassoulet, pizza and children's menu. Stop by without hesitation! 👍
