31/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The foie gras is excellent (I make it myself, so I can vouch for it)! Unfortunately, they're suffering from old reviews that are doing them a disservice... The beef skewer: very tender meat and impeccable homemade Roquefort sauce! Well done!

29/07/2026: Excellent cassoulet on the menu. A slice of homemade foie gras was delicious. Good fries too. Pleasant and quick service. Beautiful outdoor setting. Even though it was hot, it was well sheltered with a pleasant breeze.

06/08/2026: I don't know where to begin. The service was beyond bad. One cook and one waitress for the entire place, and it took over an hour to get a meal. The waitress does what she can, and the cook does too, but for the prices they charge, they should be significantly better. The food was bland, completely tasteless. It was practically a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

01/08/2026: We had dinner with 11 adults and one child. It was a fantastic place and we'd definitely go back. The service was excellent, friendly, and attentive, and the crepes were delicious, both savory and sweet. Highly recommended.

13/08/2026: A perfect experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, with incredibly fresh ingredients, perfect combinations, and meticulous presentation. Both the main bowl and the desserts exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is cozy, impeccably clean, and has a tranquil atmosphere ideal for enjoying a leisurely meal. Furthermore, the customer service was excellent; the staff greeted us with warm smiles, were attentive, and served everything very quickly. Without a doubt, a must-visit spot that we will return to soon.

12/08/2026: Worth discovering or rediscovering! We were greeted by a smiling and attentive person who anticipated our needs. The salads are generous and the ingredients are varied. We highly recommend this salad bar.

19/08/2026: The cassaulet and the Esteban burger were very good.

09/08/2026: We stopped by for a quick lunch and got 4 burgers served with fries and salad! I have to say, they were very good! The staff was so good, one was working and two were just standing around!

27/06/2026: June 27, 9:40 AM, Breakfast stop before leaving Carcassonne, group of 10. No complaints about the quality of the food, however, the waiter was unpleasant, unhappy that we dared to ask for items he didn't have (apple juice, almond chocolate croissant). I think if he doesn't like interacting with customers, he'd be better off staying behind the scenes in the kitchen. His colleague, on the other hand, was polite and courteous.

26/06/2026: A place without air conditioning in the middle of a heatwave. Great…

31/07/2026: A word of advice: don't read the drinks menu before going in. You'll likely have to change your order at the last minute. Thursday evening, 6:45 pm. We stop for a drink. I ask for a freshly squeezed lemonade. The waiter tells me it's impossible because by the time they squeeze the lemons, they'll be busy, so it's impossible. Not very customer-friendly 😔, but I can understand since it's the Trivalle Street Artisan Night Market. So I ask for a lemonade: he replies, "Okay, it'll be a Sprite." Well, no sir, a lemonade and a Sprite are different! I end up settling for a Schweppes citrus! 7:25 pm, we leave: the much-anticipated rush has arrived: two tables, or 7 people, have been served cocktails! 😉 However, don't hesitate, the alcoholic cocktails won't make you too drunk! ☺️ My conclusion: they are not specialized in alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails.

03/01/2026: I discovered this bakery/pastry shop quite by chance during my recent stay in Carcassonne, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Freshness, quality, price, service—everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.

16/07/2026: The place was nice and the waiters were friendly until I went to pay and they tried to rip me off. They gave me a rough estimate of what I owed, and since it seemed excessive, I asked for the bill, but it only showed the total amount. When I told them I wanted a breakdown and showed them the price list in front of me, it was 10 euros less. They apologized, saying it was someone else's bill. Maybe that's why they were so nice at first.

16/07/2026: Food was low quality and not fresh. Tartare had very clearly been sitting for some time, Frites were terrible and not hot.

31/07/2026: The cassoulet was mediocre, barely cooked. Luckily, the portion was small for €25… 😞 The duck legs were clearly undercooked. When we pointed this out, the staff's response was, to say the least, surprising: "We don't understand, the duck legs arrive in a box and are normally already cooked." A perplexing response that obviously didn't solve the problem. The pasta carbonara was like something you'd get in a school cafeteria: no salt, with a heavy cream that was far too mild and completely lacking in flavor. The worst part was the service: plates were cleared away as soon as everyone had finished eating. The staff did the bare minimum, not saying a word more than necessary to take the order. In the end, a huge disappointment. The quality is absolutely not up to the price. At €25 for a cassoulet, you have the right to expect a properly prepared dish and much more professional service.

30/07/2026: This restaurant doesn't have a set menu, only à la carte options. The dishes are quite expensive for what they are. For example, a chocolate fondant is €9 or tomato and mozzarella salad is €15.

18/05/2026: Couscous and paella ordered and delivered for a 40-year-old. Both were delicious! OK, I highly recommend them without reservation.

29/07/2026: Absolutely delicious! I'm writing my review in Spanish, for any Spaniards who might visit Carcassonne: un donner llenísimo de carne buenísima, como si te comieras medio pollo a l'ast. If we return to Carcassonne, we'll definitely go back to the Casablanca.

19/07/2026: Completely incompetent person hung up on me twice without even calling me back. I quote, "Your order is complicated." When you can't even understand 4 tacos without cheese sauce, it's time to change employees. They need to improve their phone order handling.
