18/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic! The food is truly delicious and homemade; three courses, nothing to complain about. The service was superb, very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it, and the location is simply magnificent, right at the foot of the ramparts, in a lovely shaded spot.

Canceling an order at the delivery time (8:30/9:15 PM) is unacceptable! Unfortunately… this isn't the first time this has happened. It's the third time… especially considering the quality of your food and how much we look forward to enjoying it. As a result, we will no longer rely on your services. Or perhaps you should review your delivery service because I don't think you meet Uber Eats standards. Your repeated cancellations will unfortunately force us to switch to McDonald's—in short, a whole different world! Regarding the photo: yes, the table is empty 😎

23/09/2025: Simply outstanding. Great service, really attentive. Nothing fancy, but quiet comfortable and great location. Huge room and comfortable big bed. Great food too.

24/02/2026: Very good restaurant open for lunch on weekdays. Simple, fresh, and tasty buffet and main courses.

06/11/2025: Only one star because we weren't given a choice of prices. I don't order coffee or wine. I would have preferred just a main course and dessert. It's only once we're seated at the table that we discover the obligation to order the full menu. My employer only gives me a €14 travel allowance. I won't be back unless my employer increases the travel allowance.

24/02/2026: Regarding the restaurant, the dishes were far too expensive, and the cassoulet seemed to have come from a jar (especially the beans). The decor was a bit haphazard, and it lacked the flavor I was hoping for.

05/04/2026: Incredibly surprised, the welcome was terrible. We sat down on the terrace, and after asking for a menu, the waitress served everyone who arrived after us. After waiting for over 10 minutes, we asked for our order to be taken, and the response was, "I didn't see you!" It's unbelievable! I strongly advise against going there; avoid at all costs!

13/04/2026: I went to get food to take away. The lady who took my order was very friendly. She expected me to leave and come back to pick up my food in 15-20 minutes, but I asked to wait right there. That was fine. While I was waiting, she chatted with me and gave me some recommendations for the rest of my stay in Carcassonne and the Occitanie. The food was done fairly quickly, and absolutely delicious!

10/02/2026: One of the oldest breweries at the entrance to the pedestrian street. 5 minutes from the station. 2 minutes from the “Chénier” bus stop. A place where you feel good… Go there and give me some news.

25/01/2026: We stopped for lunch as we were passing through because we had a 4-hour drive ahead of us... my partner ordered cassoulet and I had prawns, and we both got sick... The cassoulet was sour, the sausage had a strange smell, the prawns were overcooked and tasteless—in short, change your kitchen... a disgrace to French gastronomy... incomprehensible and unacceptable, because the point of going to a restaurant is not to get sick. Please check your kitchen.

19/04/2026: We ate at this establishment today; the welcome was friendly, the service efficient, and the meat delicious, well-cooked, and very tender. You can go there without hesitation.

18/04/2026: Appalling service, neglected welcome, completely disinterested staff who only care about finishing their shift. The food is school cafeteria quality, thanks METRO!! A tourist trap to avoid, unless you enjoy watching waiters sitting on chairs watching you finish your plate while they continue their conversation about the interminable service (at 9 pm on a Saturday night, mind you). You won't be seeing us again, and being from here, you can count on us to spread the word about your deplorable welcome and service.

15/04/2026: Terrible reception, or rather, no reception at all. Awful.

31/03/2026: I came to try this restaurant for lunch on the terrace, ideally located on Place Carnot. I ordered the set menu: a very good meal overall. However, there was a slight issue with dessert: of the several options advertised, only one was available. Not wanting dessert, I asked for an espresso, but no alternative was offered. The price remained the same, which is a bit of a shame. Overall, a good experience in terms of food, but the service needs improvement.

30/01/2026: Having just bought a pizza this evening at 7pm, I took the last one left... a disaster! The dough was like chewed cardboard, impossible to swallow, straight to the bin!! I won't be going back anytime soon... (luckily there's a puff pastry shop nearby!!!)

12/04/2026: Very friendly welcome, children are particularly well received, the cassoulet was very good, the floating island was exceptional.

Choice of several main courses: homemade cassoulet, grilled ribeye steak, chicken, pollack Provençal style. Choice of several desserts: apple tart, ice cream/sorbet, panna cod. Impeccable and prompt service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent value.
