06/06/2026: Excellent restaurant, fresh produce, a timeless decor, truly a neighborhood bistro atmosphere frequented by regulars, good food, I highly recommend it. Just steps from the market in the heart of the city, and there's parking right in front. Very large terrace, bravo! ... Homemade ham hock with fries, sirloin steak (a very nice cut), and floating island dessert. Thank you so much!
06/06/2026: Fantastic brasserie, offering a good variety of options. Mains were very good and desserts delicious. Perfect place for a weekend lunch. Dog friendly, at least outside

10/12/2025: It was hard to find because I wasn't expecting it. The service was excellent, although the language barrier makes a difference. He made a real effort to understand us in Spanish. The pizzas were delicious, and the prices are good. You can see him making the pizza the whole time; you can tell he enjoys his work. I definitely recommend him 100%.

27/05/2026: Charming little restaurant, right in front of the Ducal Palace. For a touristy place in such a central location, the food is good and reasonably priced, with friendly service. Better to skip dessert – and not just because of the calories! 😉
15/05/2026: The cassoulet was delicious and piping hot, which was much appreciated in this rainy, windy weather! The €15 set menu with a crêpe for dessert is perfect for a family outing, and the taste lived up to expectations. The service was quick and efficient.

16/03/2026: Incredibly well located, near the city walls. It's clear it's been recently renovated. Everything is very well maintained, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. Free parking is included with the overnight stay.

11/05/2026: Sorry for the review, but I can't leave a comment given the prices. The quality-price ratio is nonexistent, and the portion sizes are just as small.
And the "half dessert"... What can I say... except that I wouldn't have choked on a whole slice of that brioche either 😔... I'm not a fan of mass-produced food.
Very disappointed.

16/06/2026: If you’re in Carcassonne and vegan I would definitely recommend the vegan options here. They do serve other stuff too but the vegan gazpacho, cassoulet and crumble were delicious. Friendly staff, good music, can sit inside or out. Note evening meals don’t start till 7pm

13/06/2026: Tested as part of the "Everyone to the Restaurant" promotion.
A set menu, but with a choice of dishes for each course.
The waitress did her best to accommodate everyone. There was a slight delay in service for the person who didn't have the same menu as the others, and the wines had time to warm up while their food was being served.
That said, the dishes were very good, well-prepared with quality ingredients.
