24/08/2024: Nous avons passé deux nuits dans l'appartement au-dessus du restaurant. L'appartement est tout équipé et bien tenu. C'est très pratique d'avoir un super restaurant au rez de chaussée. Sophie est très arrangeante et sa cuisine est délicieuse et raffinée. Nous nous sommes régalés À bientôt

26/08/2024: Good impression when entering and very bad when leaving. We ordered two duck breasts a la carte and a children's menu. We were served quite quickly and the children's menu was ok, these are the only positive points. The two breasts ordered rare, arrived very cooked and had a really very particular taste, spicy, inedible! We ate the fries and the salad which really weren't that great either... We then tried to ask for the bill to say a few words to the waiter, pay and leave, a very complicated thing because he was all alone to manage a shielded restaurant (indoors and terrace), there were clearly too many people for just one waiter who for once was voluntary but overwhelmed... After a long wait, I got up to intercept the waiter who was obviously avoiding the tables already served because he didn't have time to charge and I asked him for the bill. It still took a little while to arrive but eventually arrived. We pay and we talk to him about the inedible duck breasts, he replies that it's surprising because they work with fresh products, we want to believe him, my breasts, we can eat others, some of which were not maybe not great but no one has ever had that taste to the point of being inedible! On the way out, we went to see the boss at the bar to also inform him because in the end he was the one in charge, so there, he showed total nonchalance and indifference, he seemed absolutely not concerned by what was happening in his restaurant... We ended up at McDonald's and in comparison we found it good, that's to say the level of this meal!!

27/09/2024: Came with my boyfriend, we were not disappointed! The tasting menu is excellent, the dishes are all explained with the origin of the products ;) I had a very good evening.

22/11/2025: This is the third time I've been there, and the bread has been disgustingly folded every which way. I even got a kebab for my dad and me this week, and it was really bad. This is the first time I've ever left a review; go check out the competition.

03/01/2026: The coffee tasted terrible. I told the waiter, who ignored my comment. Two lattes and two mint teas cost us €19, which seems very expensive (especially considering the amount of milk and the quality of the coffee).

09/11/2025: A pleasant restaurant for lunch. A starter and main course of the day are available as part of a set menu for 20 euros. The cassoulet was slightly overcooked, but still tasty. It gets busy, so reservations are recommended.

23/09/2024: Very nice discovery!! meal with friends, the opinion is unanimous: SUCCULENT!! the empty plates bore witness to this!!! The quality/price ratio is unbeatable!! The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and in the kitchen: the VERY competent staff!! well done to them!! I highly recommend it!!

14/09/2024: Manager allows himself an odious response which says a lot (in addition to not doing great cooking). I'll let you see it in a screenshot. Basically: the restaurants in Carcassone, I said, are obviously rated by people who know little about cooking and are not very particular about their food; therefore be wary of the very good Google averages which reflect correct establishments and nothing more.

03/09/2024: Basically, if the customers have children, I would tell you that they won't eat anything because there is only adult food. Girl, better go to a fast food restaurant. (After eating at this restaurant, I went to a fast food place because I was still hungry.) Well, in general, food in France is not that good, so it’s understandable that we weren’t very lucky. People who are vegetarian or vegan don’t have many options in this restaurant as there’s nothing for them. I don't know if drinking wine or some kind of soft drink in the middle of the service is very normal, or maybe it's typical in France Idk. I understand that you might be thirsty, but I’ve never seen this in any other restaurant I’ve visited. I think it shows a lack of respect towards customers. I personally wouldn’t go back because of the lack of variety, quantity, and service. What I can say is that the place was quiet, which is always a good thing.

21/11/2025: This place is great, warm, and the music is lovely! The owner is very friendly and the waitresses are super smiley, which makes for a great time. The food is simple but good quality, and there's a wide selection of coffees, which is fantastic! I highly recommend this nicely decorated little haven if you're ever in Carcassonne ✨☕️
