And the woman with the bandage on her wrist was rude when asked about the order's status, lying and saying it was ready, and rolling her eyes. Honestly, it's shameful.

21/08/2026: We had a wonderful meal, the staff were fantastic and very attentive. A nice bonus was the upstairs seating with a view of the city walls. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.

28/07/2026: Had a delicious meal in the shade on the terrace. Friendly, helpful service. Large bottle of table water that was constantly refilled, with a bowl of ice cubes. The food was of good quality and the portions were just right.

05/08/2026: A pleasant surprise in the city of Carcassonne, where we were expecting to find fast, bland, mass-produced food. We ate very well, the service was quick, and the waitress was friendly and welcoming! Excellent value for money! We highly recommend it!

A €36 set menu: salad with four pieces of duck breast and, worst of all, THE CASSOULET: a single piece of sausage, the bacon nowhere to be seen, and the duck only half a leg.
A disgrace!

27/05/2026: Charming little restaurant, right in front of the Ducal Palace. For a touristy place in such a central location, the food is good and reasonably priced, with friendly service. Better to skip dessert – and not just because of the calories! 😉
15/05/2026: The cassoulet was delicious and piping hot, which was much appreciated in this rainy, windy weather! The €15 set menu with a crêpe for dessert is perfect for a family outing, and the taste lived up to expectations. The service was quick and efficient.

The confit pork almost brought a tear to my eye, both for its texture and the sauce, not to mention the melt-in-your-mouth potatoes... Simply excellent... However, I was a little disappointed by the quality of the food. The selection was varied, but overall I found them rather bland, with several dishes lacking flavor. They weren't bad, but not memorable enough to make me want to go back.
An acceptable experience overall, but the food could be improved. This is, however, just my personal opinion, as everyone has different tastes when it comes to food.

16/08/2026: We often eat at Crescendo. We enjoy the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff, but today I was impressed by the speed and cleanliness of a new employee (well, I think she's new because I never noticed her in the restaurant). As soon as people left their tables, she came to clean up. The carts of dirty dishes didn't stay long in the dining room. In short, I was impressed by this employee's efficiency during my meal, which was, as always, excellent. Thank you to the whole team!
16/08/2026: A very pleasant experience, impeccable service, clean kitchen 👍.
I recommend it for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
