29/03/2026: Terrible experience! The waitress Marguerita was lost and unpleasant when we asked her for service. The food was cold and the table service was completely inefficient!

20/04/2026: A truly enchanting experience! Stepping through Ida's door is like finding the comfort of home. The welcome is incredibly warm and the food is simply delicious, authentic, and generous. You feel right at home, the food is wonderful... You can't wait to go back. I'm especially looking forward to trying the spaghetti and meatballs.

02/06/2026: Lots of lovely shops and great restaurants, but if you're afraid of heights like me, you can't enjoy them except on the ground floor. There are only escalators suspended in mid-air and transparent, so-called panoramic elevators. No interior stairs to use to climb to the upper floors? It's unbelievable. No enclosed elevators. Is that even possible in a building that accommodates so many people?

01/06/2026: A temple of consumerism. You can find almost anything there. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. Exorbitant parking fees.

14/04/2026: Excellent service, very generous, friendly, enthusiastic, and professional—personally, the best pizzeria in Marseille. If you don't know where to eat pizza, go there; it's excellent. And the service is very fast.

11/04/2026: Exceptional service! Despite being closed, the gentleman agreed to make us a pizza and even gave it to us for free. Very kind, and the pizzas were truly excellent. I highly recommend it!

06/05/2026: The menu is limited, it was a Tuesday evening and quite early, nevertheless we were told the tuna entree was finished. Considering they offer only 4 entree the choice was forced. The fish was cooked perfectly, nevertheless the price for that type of fish was too much. The price is probably linked to the location which of course is amazing. I would recommend more choices in the menu.

06/05/2026: The bouillabaisse was very good. The soup wasn't spicy enough for my taste, but that's just my preference. The welcome was very friendly, the setting lovely, and the service quick.

17/05/2026: Great spot for a bite to eat and a drink 👊 The decor is nice, Ricard is prominently featured, there's a yellow room, a green room where the kitchen is, and a large, beautiful terrace, so there's plenty to do. It's in the Docks Village, next to the Terrasses du Port shopping center, which is also fantastic. The platters are beautifully presented, the tomato and burrata is amazing, and on Saturday nights it has a lively, open-air atmosphere, which is really fun and a nice change from traditional restaurants. The staff is fantastic, friendly, and offers great advice on drinks and other services. In short, I highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable time in Marseille.

14/05/2026: A magnificent experience in a cozy and enchanting setting (within a library and accompanied by classical music), exceptionally friendly service, beautiful cuisine… we were captivated! Long live Les Arcenaulx!!

01/05/2026: An unusual, historic, and very pleasant place. Beautifully set tables in the traditional style: no disposable tableware here, much to our delight! The service is attentive and the waiters are incredibly helpful. As for the food, it's delicious and beautifully presented, nothing to complain about. Plus, there's a set lunch menu for €33 during the week. Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this place, but you must make a reservation. PS: In the summer, you can eat on the terrace 😉

19/05/2026: Half an hour after the restaurant opened, dishes that had been ordered were already missing. Goodbye to the zucchini blossom fritters, replaced by panisses. Too expensive for what it is (€45 for a rib of beef).

12/05/2026: Good, but expensive for what's on the menu. Also, the restaurant opens at 7:30 pm, and by 7:40 pm, the time we ordered, some of the daily specials were already unavailable.

31/05/2026: An absolutely remarkable lunch at Chez Fonfon in Marseille! We started with magnificent oysters, impeccably fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with marine flavors. The bouillabaisse that followed was simply exceptional: generous, authentic, prepared with remarkably high-quality ingredients, and served according to Marseilles tradition. Without a doubt, one of the best we've ever had the pleasure of tasting. The entire meal was enhanced by an excellent wine, recommended with great expertise and perfectly paired with the dishes. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant, warm, and typically Mediterranean. The service is attentive, efficient, and incredibly friendly. 30/05/2026: The portion size was very small. The €23 fish soup was basically just broth with hardly anything in it. When I asked for an invoice so I could submit it to my company for reimbursement, she looked visibly impatient and annoyed.
