11/02/2026: A small museum, with a quick and well-organized visit. Interesting if you have time between the MuCEM and the port, but less of a priority than the larger museums. Check for temporary exhibitions before entering.

24/01/2026: Bathroom infested with ants, stained sheets, cramped room, disgusting floor. More like a budget hotel. First and last time I'll ever stay in a B&B. The only positive point: the lovely hotel staff.

14/02/2026: Fantastic lunch at this iconic Marseille establishment. We were welcomed by a wonderful, dynamic, friendly, and attentive team. Lunch at this magnificent restaurant was a pure delight, from appetizer to dessert. Highly recommended.

10/02/2026: Mixed experience. I ordered a swimming cap that arrived quite late and in poor condition. So, naturally, I called the shop to find out what could be done. This happened on February 3rd and 4th. I spoke to a woman on the phone who, instead of trying to understand my problem, seemed to think I was accusing her of something and responded defensively, almost rudely. She quickly raised her voice. If I had to summarize her response, it would be something like, "Too bad for you, sort it out yourself and stop calling me, thank you, goodbye." There's nothing more frustrating than having someone on the other end of the line barely listen to you and clearly showing that you're bothering them, to put it politely. Having shown no aggression whatsoever, I didn't understand why I was being targeted, but the worst part is that I obviously had to keep my cool and remain calm throughout, otherwise this matter would still be unresolved today. Finally, the call ended with the person practically hanging up on me. As someone who is acting in good faith and is not aggressive, I really don't think it's right to be treated this way when I want an explanation about an order I've paid for. In any case, I thank the people at the store who do their job well and are pleasant, and who kindly sent me my beanie. Thank you. The store is a great facility in Marseille, and the staff who work there are very good, with a few exceptions. I apologize to them for this comment, but I believe this is too serious to leave unsaid.

03/04/2025: First restaurant tested in Marseille and a good experience! I chose the 2 choices and 1 dessert formula. The mushroom and almond soup was very good and mild, and the rice with chickpea omelette and fried onions was simple but effective. The coconut blancmange with caramel (vegan) was fresh and not too sweet. I found the service very fast despite the crowds.

23/01/2026: A typical brasserie. Poor quality bread and an "industrial" salad, which is why they only get two stars for the food. I find it unacceptable to cut corners on things that can make a difference to a meal. The aioli is unusual, meaning it's white fish that you season yourself with coarse salt (why not?). Very friendly service. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but that's normal for a brasserie.

17/01/2026: I've been a member since September, and it's been a real treat. The coaches are very kind, down-to-earth, and pleasant. A friendly atmosphere with excellent classes. Quite a few different classes, including traditional ones! Which is rare these days. Don't change a thing!

13/11/2025: Don't bother going unless you're buying watches; most of the stock has been taken by the sales staff for their own purchases. I don't blame them, as they're all losing their jobs with this closure, but it's still frustrating.

04/11/2025: Hello, I went to the store to scout out items for the big clearance sale scheduled for October 15, 2025, to buy from all the sales counters and all the major brands. To my great surprise, I caught saleswomen setting items aside for their friends. According to commercial law, it is strictly forbidden to disadvantage or show favoritism towards loyal customers who have remained so throughout the year, not just for Wednesday the 15th. Thanks to those who make things happen at the Centre Bourse; this never happens at "PRADO." And what about the expected crowds on Wednesday, October 15th? Being visually impaired, I won't be able to come unless a saleswoman can guide me with my purchases. It's a shame that this store is closing permanently; we'll go to Terrasses du Port for our shopping.
