15/05/2026: A very bad experience at this bar. We come here regularly and, unfortunately, the experience is always the same. The servers' attitude is unpleasant and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable in a professional setting. The wait is far too long, and despite several requests to order, no one comes to take our order. We finally decided to leave and go to the bar next door!

13/05/2026: The bar has everything going for it: sunshine, proximity to the tram, a large terrace. But it's TERRIBLE! The waiters are crazy (if you don't drink alcohol, you get snide remarks), the service is incredibly slow and unpleasant. They mess up half the time; it's a disaster. In short, don't go.

15/05/2026: The service was excellent, no problems at all. We received our order in 5 minutes flat and the menu was good.

28/03/2026: Double-check your orders!!! I ordered a box of 9 Nuggets and when I got home, I realized there were only 4 in the box!!!!!!!!!!!

24/01/2026: Hello, having been to this place before, I feel compelled to offer my opinion: the saleswomen are particularly unfriendly, their pizzas are undercooked, and their prices are excessive.

07/01/2026: The frangipane galette des rois was completely tasteless, with absolutely no flavor… It tasted just like pastry cream without any almonds. On top of that, I asked the saleswoman for a crown, and she didn't tell me there was no trinket inside the galette 😩 (it wasn't the smallest size, but the one for four people!!). So, a small galette des rois for €12 with no flavor or trinket is really quite disappointing.

15/01/2026: I chose this hotel purely for convenience, because I didn't have a TGV train and it's right across from the station. I took the easy way out… and what a mistake. This establishment is absolutely not worth the price. Even €10 would be excessive. Upon entering the room, an unbearable stench of urine (you wonder what animal it is) hits you in the throat. The mattresses are dirty, the sheets are dirty, everything is dirty. Hygiene is clearly nonexistent. To top it all off: the reception staff rings the bell every ten minutes to get you out of the room, which is as unpleasant as it is incomprehensible. Frankly, I felt dirty after sleeping there. A very unpleasant experience that I absolutely do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

26/05/2026: Terrible restaurant. Avoid it... The people who work at this restaurant are incompetent. This restaurant deserves to be investigated by the fraud squad. Aperol without fizz. We waited over an hour for simple food on our plates. We didn't even order dessert, otherwise I'd still be there. Even our neighbors had to open their bottle of rosé—a first for me! 😡😡😡😡. No cash payment terminal, not even advertised at the entrance. I wanted to leave, but my food arrived on time.

25/05/2026: We've rarely seen a worse restaurant than this place. It's easy to see why the waitresses are a bit pushy trying to get you in… the food is simply tasteless, made with low-quality ingredients, and the prices are wildly inflated compared to what's actually on the plate. The rating below 2 stars is well-deserved, and one wonders if the 5-star reviews aren't fabricated. Tourists or locals, steer clear.

12/05/2026: They charged me twice, assuring me that their initial €19 charge hadn't gone through because, and I quote, "no receipt was issued." They then charged me again for my €9 order sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning, May 9th/10th, 2026. As a result, I was charged twice more a few days later. I expect a refund; otherwise, I will take legal action with consumer associations.

02/05/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed with the telephone service. Not only was they unable to place an order for four items without making two mistakes, but they also had the nerve to talk down to me and taunt me on the phone. You should find another line of work, sir... (if you're capable of doing anything else). (Service on Saturday, May 2nd, evening)

28/04/2026: The sushi is very good, however, the server is unpleasant. I always order over 90 euros worth of food, twice a week. The server says hello, it pains him to even say it. On top of that, I've never been offered anything, not even spring rolls. It's outrageous. Completely unprofessional and very arrogant. You've lost a customer.

17/05/2026: Absolutely fantastic! My girlfriend, our friends, and I had a wonderful time!! The service was incredibly fast and efficient!! The view and location are not to be overlooked!!!

09/05/2026: A terrible experience at this crêperie on the Quai du Vieux-Port. The waitress literally threw the cutlery onto the table, without even setting it properly or providing napkins. The coffee glass was stained with lipstick, clearly unwashed. The coffees were served after the crêpes, and to top it off, they were cold. After pointing out the problem to the manager, she took back the two coffees, and then we waited a very long time before receiving fresh ones in clean cups. Non-existent service, no attention to the customer, disastrous organization. A place to avoid.
