19/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! After reserving 9 surprise baskets on Too Good To Go for pickup starting at 7:00 PM, I arrived around 7:25 PM and was told I had to wait 15 minutes. People who arrived after me to pick up Too Good To Go baskets were served before me. At 8:00 AM, I was still waiting. It took 40 minutes to give me a bag with 9 small boxes of mini sushi. And to top it all off, all 9 boxes were the same: tuna only, no avocado, cucumber, etc. While I was waiting, I could see the kitchen staff sitting at a table. I asked for chopsticks, and they told me they don't provide chopsticks with Too Good To Go. It's a real shame, I often order from this site at other places, especially sushi restaurants, and I've never had to wait. The opening hours are always respected, the sushi selection is varied, and chopsticks are free. However, what I did appreciate was that everything was given to us in a large bag, perhaps so we wouldn't notice that all the baskets were the same. I think it's a bit much to pay €45 for Too Good To Go, especially to avoid waste.

08/03/2026: I wish to report a problem regarding a phone call I made today. The person I spoke to was very arrogant and disrespectful. They didn't give me a chance to speak and hung up on me. I find this behavior unacceptable, especially when calling for help, information, or to place a phone order. I would like this situation to be addressed and a solution found to prevent this type of behavior from happening again. Aside from that, their sushi is very good. The staff at the store are very respectful and kind. I really like their sushi.

17/03/2026: The food was less than ordinary. When we were about to pay, the manager said they don’t accept credit cards (which is highly unusual for a restaurant of this size). Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough cash on me so the manager directed me to the store next door that had an ATM. The currency exchange rate was unjustifiable. It was highway robbery. Can you see the con?

10/03/2026: A wonderful experience at the restaurant! We were greeted by the very friendly and attentive waitress Djazira, who took excellent care of us from beginning to end. The bouillabaisse royale was superb, a real treat! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

11/04/2026: We're used to coming here as a family and it usually goes well, but today we were disappointed because the manager decided not to offer the McSmart menu after 8 pm. Unbelievable! The menu is à la carte, so you can't just remove it. You can't just decide to take away a menu like that. So, there were 10 of us, and we went to McDonald's Bonnevaine, which offered the McSmart menu, which was absolutely fantastic.

07/12/2025: Been going there for over 15 years. Super friendly staff and great food (kebabs, Americanos, Samousas) and it’s always open.

26/11/2025: Awful, they can't cook. They cooked the merguezes in the microwave. More interested in their phone than their business.

11/04/2026: Horrible! The servers were unfriendly. You order three cocktails and you end up with six large ice cubes and a drop of water!! 9 euros. It's absolutely outrageous. Avoid at all costs. And once again, the staff is awful!

30/03/2026: We arrived, asked for a table, but no one answered, so we just sat down at a table to have a drink without asking. They spoke to us incredibly rudely, telling us that because there were cutlery on the table, we weren't at the right one. They could have just removed the cutlery, unless I'm a complete idiot. And on top of that, they didn't even give us a second to sit down before asking, "What would you like to drink?" even though we hadn't been given a menu. We told them we hadn't received the drinks menu, and the waiter, with his haughty air, like he was Baudelaire (though he's no more intelligent than Delogu), told us, "You don't need a menu to have iced tea and Coke, that's all." We paid 12 euros for three iced teas. It was unbearable; the waiters gave us dirty looks. In short, avoid this place.

12/04/2026: The coffee was served cold, the waiters were unpleasant, frankly very disappointed considering the price!

11/04/2026: The experience was decent, but quite expensive for what it was. The food was good but nothing special, and the terrace was a bit noisy, which detracted from the enjoyment.

30/08/2025: Disappointed For lunch, I went to the store. I asked the saleswoman what salad she had to offer because it wasn't very visible. So I chose a ham and melon salad and a fig tart to share. When I arrived at the office, the salad was a pasta salad with ham but no trace of melon!! The tart was excellent, but it's a shame the prices aren't properly positioned or placed in front of the products. The display isn't very organized (price/product).

10/04/2026: Just another McDonald's, nothing special. The steak was overcooked, or rather, the shoe leather was overcooked. Go buy a sandwich; you'll save time and increase your life expectancy.

28/03/2026: We sat down in your NEARLY EMPTY restaurant yesterday evening with food from elsewhere, planning to order a McFlurry afterward so it wouldn’t melt while we ate. Instead of handling this calmly, your drooling ogre of a manager immediately came over in a completely unprofessional state, visibly agitated, shaking, and SCREAMING at us to leave. When we explained our intention to order shortly, he started stuttering and struggling to communicate clearly. This kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE in a customer-service role and as someone who has worked in fast food for years, I can only imagine what it must be like to have to work with someone like this. I genuinely feel sorry for his coworkers who likely have to deal with his tantrums on a daily basis :(. I believe this guy is unfortunately not fit for the job. He could have simply and calmly asked us to place an order, which we were FULLY WILLING to do (you can even see us browsing the menu through the machines as soon as we came), and the situation would have been resolved immediately, benefiting both us and the restaurant. Instead, his inability to manage stress or anger, clouded his judgement and led clients to flee. We should’ve known the moment we laid eyes on this place that things were about to go downhill. The DEAD RAT lying next to the entrance should’ve been enough of a bad omen.

29/11/2024: Bonjour, je suis passé pr la livraison uber. Franchement c’est une catastrophe ce restaurant. Les produits froid, tout basarder dans un sac sans aucunes présentation. Pas de glaçons, pas de serviettes, pas de paille. 30€ pour un repas. Il serais temps de comprendre votre métier et de soigner vos commandes. Nous ne sommes pas des animaux.

19/01/2026: I booked a table for eight at La Velada two weeks in advance for a birthday celebration. We ordered food and cocktails for almost €400, and at 11:30 PM, just as the party was starting to get going, they kicked us out of the table to make room for another group! This is unacceptable! The least they could do is warn us in advance that the table could be given away at any moment, because we were left out in the cold before the party had even started! Avoid this place, especially for a birthday! What's more, they didn't hesitate to film us during the evening and put it on their social media, even though we were kicked out afterward!

08/01/2026: First time at La Velada for my friends and me. A very pleasant surprise, especially the wood-fired pizza which was excellent. A superb atmosphere in this lively restaurant – we'll be back very soon!

28/03/2026: Double-check your orders!!! I ordered a box of 9 Nuggets and when I got home, I realized there were only 4 in the box!!!!!!!!!!!

25/03/2026: Just be aware that the cleanliness of McDonald's isn't always top-notch.

30/03/2026: I ordered shrimp tartare sushi, but I received classic breaded shrimp California rolls without citrus sauce instead. This is absolutely not what I wanted, and paying so much for something other than what was advertised is outrageous. I do not recommend it.

27/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! Appalling telephone service and unacceptable waiting times! We placed our order at 11:20 AM, with delivery estimated for around 12:20 PM. When we called at 12:40 PM, we were met with a very rude and aggressive person who claimed to be in charge. The delivery driver finally arrived at 1:35 PM, two hours and fifteen minutes after we placed the order. We sent him back.

24/01/2026: Hello, having been to this place before, I feel compelled to offer my opinion: the saleswomen are particularly unfriendly, their pizzas are undercooked, and their prices are excessive.

07/01/2026: The frangipane galette des rois was completely tasteless, with absolutely no flavor… It tasted just like pastry cream without any almonds. On top of that, I asked the saleswoman for a crown, and she didn't tell me there was no trinket inside the galette 😩 (it wasn't the smallest size, but the one for four people!!). So, a small galette des rois for €12 with no flavor or trinket is really quite disappointing.

22/03/2026: We were looking for a restaurant and saw the set menu (one main course + dessert), which encouraged us to sit down without having checked the reviews first. After reading them, our expectations were quite low… However, once the food arrived, the experience improved significantly. Both the presentation and the flavor were good, and the desserts were also satisfactory. It's not the best place you'll ever eat, but if you're looking for a "normal" meal, nothing fancy, it's a decent option.

21/03/2026: We didn't read the reviews. They only accept cash. They don't give receipts. A large beer was €9.50 (the price isn't listed on the menu). They tried to charge us an extra coffee.
