27/03/2026: I'm quite disappointed with my experience. The saleswoman offered me whipped cream without mentioning that it was an extra charge, whereas it used to be free. When I went to pay, I was surprised to see an additional charge added. When I pointed out that it was usually free, she replied rather haughtily that "nothing is free" and justified it by citing inflation, as if I were unaware of it. Her tone was clearly inappropriate and arrogant. I fully understand that prices can fluctuate, but the least one can do is inform the customer clearly and remain respectful. It's not so much the extra charge that's the problem, but the way customers are treated. Disappointing experience.

19/01/2026: I booked a table for eight at La Velada two weeks in advance for a birthday celebration. We ordered food and cocktails for almost €400, and at 11:30 PM, just as the party was starting to get going, they kicked us out of the table to make room for another group! This is unacceptable! The least they could do is warn us in advance that the table could be given away at any moment, because we were left out in the cold before the party had even started! Avoid this place, especially for a birthday! What's more, they didn't hesitate to film us during the evening and put it on their social media, even though we were kicked out afterward!

08/01/2026: First time at La Velada for my friends and me. A very pleasant surprise, especially the wood-fired pizza which was excellent. A superb atmosphere in this lively restaurant – we'll be back very soon!

25/07/2026: We had a very nice lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. The service was good and attentive, served by nice sisters. The beer and April spritzes were good and well priced for the area. We had the sardines and salmon pasta which were well priced for the portion size and tasty. Our group of 5 had no complaints.

09/07/2026: I went there last weekend; it was an excellent restaurant with very friendly and welcoming waitresses. I will definitely go back.

11/05/2026: We just had lunch at the Super Cadenelle restaurant. An impeccable experience in every respect: service, food, and quick payment. The terrace is peaceful and very pleasant. Special mention for the falafels and compliments to the chef for the delicate and refined flavors that transport you. We'll be back!

15/07/2026: Good evening. We stopped by this evening and ordered four pizzas. Well done to the whole team! Considering the number of orders we received 😱, the receptionist managed to handle it well; we got our pizzas 10 minutes late on match night. We thoroughly enjoyed them!

24/07/2026: A very friendly and family-oriented restaurant. The waiter was excellent, always smiling and attentive. I came on Thursday evening for the fire pit night. There were musicians and a Corsican singer who got everyone dancing on the terrace. The food was excellent value for money, and we were even treated to a complimentary digestif. I highly recommend it.

25/07/2026: Refused entry because of sports shorts, I didn't know we were the kids from the friends' cabin for a drink at 1:30 am

12/07/2026: We came to this establishment three nights in a row. Each time, the bouncer refused us entry without any valid reason, while other groups were admitted without any problem. After witnessing several refusals, we noticed that people of Arab/North African origin were systematically turned away. This behavior clearly resembles racial discrimination, contrary to the values ​​that a place meant to be welcoming and open to all should embody. Beyond the lack of respect, this type of practice is probably illegal, as French law prohibits refusing entry to a bar or nightclub based on origin or perceived ethnicity or "race." I strongly advise against this place for anyone who values ​​respect, equal treatment, and a minimum level of professionalism at the door.

08/03/2026: Best pizzeria in Marseille, without a doubt! The service was pleasant, the waitress attentive and always smiling, every request was handled with care, and customer satisfaction was their top priority! We also ordered delivery, and finally, a restaurant that gives a precise delivery time, not just an estimate or something close enough, and as early as possible. Don't hesitate!

25/02/2026: Until now, I'd never been disappointed: the pizzas were always tasty and generously topped. But this time, I'm really disappointed. The pizza arrived cold, very thin, and with very little topping. The cheese had hardened, and I couldn't even finish it. It's a shame. We won't be ordering delivery again.

05/06/2026: Recommended by the Marseille Tourist Office. They said they would answer our call shortly. The website states "no reservations after May 30th." We went there in the pouring rain only to find out the restaurant had been closed for three days because "the owner has retired!" Nothing was mentioned about it. Awful! 😡

12/07/2026: Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs! The restaurant doesn't look inviting from the outside, but the food is beyond awful. I didn't eat a thing. Honestly, run away if you're passing by; I don't think I've ever tasted anything so revolting in my life.

15/08/2026: I ordered a kebab and a side of fries, and it took 15-20 minutes to be served. Some pieces of meat weren't cooked, and neither were the fries, which had a thick layer of oil at the bottom of the container. The price is unbeatable, but the quality is very questionable.
