31/08/2024: I went there last April. This is a Starbucks where kindness is nowhere to be found. They block the restrooms and prevent customers from using them.

20/08/2024: Totally agree with the opinion of Éditions GBR ➡️ d—garni, empathé—who uses and abuses donuts and muffins lol Hyper hostile and hyper aggressive. He never smiles, borderline creepy.. We have the impression of disturbing him.. I am a customer at Starbucks for the originality of the lattes, for the matcha but also for the smile. In the USA, they are so welcoming, so smiling! He has no place at Starbucks, this job is not made for him. We wonder what he's doing there lol Several customers no longer come because of him and want him to leave as soon as possible

27/09/2024: I'm not the type to post a comment but here I think we should stop. We ordered 2 pizzas this afternoon. So I've never seen such a thin pizza, €25 to get a maximum of salad with a minimum of other toppings, frankly it's a shame. The pompom we had to pay for the carafe of water! even though we had wine...it's unworthy of the restaurant!

23/09/2024: Forced sale? We had lunch on September 20, and we were unpleasantly surprised by several points: Paid bread Inability to have a jug of water (prohibited by law 😉) Very high prices / market Very different from what it was before. Obligation to take one dish per person (prohibited by law 😉) In short, we won't go back there again...

06/09/2024: 10h du matin, j'avais RV pas loin et 1/2 heure d'avance, je m'assois en terrasse pour déguster un petit café, savourer un instant de tranquillité au bord du port. Sur la table (sale), un cendrier plein. A 5 mètres, 2 serveurs papotent. 10mn s'écoulent. Les serveurs entre temps ont disparu. Je rentre dans le resto et vais demander au bar un café (+ bonjour, s'il vous plait, merci.) Réponse: "on vous l'amène" Les serveurs réapparaissent sur la terrasse et recommencent à papoter. Toujours pas de café à l'horizon. Au bout de 15mn, je me lève et je pars. Il semblerait que ce jour-là je sois devenue invisible, sans le faire exprès :) Quel dommage que ce genre d'établissement le long du port donne une image si pitoyable de notre belle ville de Marseille. Faites donc un stage au Mac Do, il vous apprendront les bases de la restauration et de tous commerces en général : Accueil, politesse, hygiène, service.

29/08/2024: This restaurant provides a place to dine outside with sufficient coverage and seating. The tables are larger than found at other restaurants along the waterfront, and table linens are even provided. Our waiter was prompt and courteous. He had the muscles and I had the prawns. Both dishes were delicious, served hot, and good sized portions. Would definitely recommend this place.

09/09/2024: Very good surprise. Very good value for money. Smiling and efficient waitresses. Good products on the plate and fast service. What more could you ask for? A few peanuts or chips with the appetizer?

04/09/2024: We cannot recommend this restaurant. We were here on September 2 at noon. At first we were well received. Our order: small fries and sardines. After waiting quite a while our plates - well filled - were served. The fried foods were ok but the sardines were old, rotten and not edible. It was the first time in my life (65 years) that I spit on a plate at a restaurant. The waitress's reaction when I explained it was to tell me that the other customers enjoyed the sardines. No excuses - nothing. I asked for another plate to remove the sardines. Even when we paid (the whole amount) - not a word. It should perhaps be added that we had a Provencal cuisine restaurant (in Germany) and I was a cook there. We cannot recommend this restaurant.

09/07/2025: What a disappointment. I came to eat with my daughter. The order was placed at 2:46 p.m. (the time the order was placed on the receipt). We waited until 3:20 p.m., when I went to see them to let them know we were still waiting for our order. A young woman didn't even look at the receipt; she told me we had to wait. There were people who arrived after me, next to me, who had placed the same order as me, who were served and were almost finished. I went back to see them at 3:36 p.m. to get my refund. The order was sitting there and they had just forgotten about it. I got my refund, but there was €1 missing from the order. It was €22.90, and she refunded me €21.60. I asked her to check the receipt, which she had already thrown away. She told me the receipt was for the ice cream. Not at all, that was all I paid for together. She opened the register and threw me €2 without even an apology. Bravo, Macro, great service... So this is my first time at McDonald's Grand Littoral, but it will be my last.

06/07/2025: Really bad they are not even capable of properly making two Fleury macs which are 4€40 each you don't even put HALF I called them 16 times no one answers then voicemail if I was nearby I would have gone straight there do you think money falls from the sky or what!?

29/09/2024: My wife and I are regular customers. Overnight, they decided to no longer deliver to us in the 3rd even though we have been ordering from them for 1 year

12/09/2024: Order on Uber eat €18.17 for a cream base royal pizza with delivery costs. For delivery and the delivery man no problem, fast, kind and efficient. On the other hand, the pizza I don't understand any taste even the chili sauce has no flavor... really very disappointed with this order. It’s really a shame that we can have this type of pizza…maybe too quick in terms of preparation? But I think any pizza would taste the same... dry pasta and very average quality products. I tried and I will not return thanks to the delivery man
