09/01/2026: Perfect bakery and pastry shop. Everything is delicious: the bread, the pastries—they have raisin bread, chocolate brioches with a blend of old-fashioned and modern flavors, and very generous portions... The olive oil bread is superb... The brioche des rois and the frangipane galette are top-notch. The cakes are also very generously portioned. All this at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. My only regret is that it's not in my neighborhood, but I go there as often as I can.

16/05/2026: …yet another crazy thing, 2 McFlurries that cost €9+ and they forgot to put the M&Ms inside LOL. They've forgotten my click & collect order 2-3 times, forgotten sandwiches in orders, and so on! People are riding bikes and scooters in McDonald's LOL, a McDonald's scares you! My thoughts are with those who work there, but unfortunately, there's a lot of incompetence!

17/05/2026: A disgrace, absolutely avoid it! I went there today at 5:30 PM and received simply appalling service. I ordered a wings meal, and the young girl serving me (as friendly as a prison guard) had the nerve to sell me rotten, completely black wings that were clearly from the day before! Not a single drumstick in the box, just unsellable leftovers. It's unacceptable to serve food in this state. Respect for the customer and hygiene are clearly optional at this Chicken Ville. I will never set foot in there again, keep walking! The good old Chicken Ville is gone. There's no wait because it's no longer the Chicken Ville of the past. Beware, CHEKEN DRIVE VITROLLES has visited

08/06/2026: Unpleasant staff You ask for a bag, they just throw it at you to fill yourself No smiles The waitress was annoyed to be serving Annoyed when you looked around to choose before saying what you wanted, but answered the phone while you were talking to her during checkout. Annoyed because we asked for a receipt and the receipt printer wasn't working, she refused to give us a handwritten receipt with a stamp; luckily, another waitress was kind enough to do it. We weren't asking for receipts to be difficult, but for business expenses. A tense atmosphere among the staff It's deplorable to be served like this... The bag of madeleines had a strong smell and an inedible sour taste...

02/06/2026: I came in today to buy a baguette and was very disappointed by the service. The woman who served me was particularly curt and haughty, clearly giving the impression that my presence bothered her. A local business isn't just about the quality of its products: friendliness and respect are just as important. It's a shame, because this kind of behavior spoils the experience and doesn't make me want to come back.

23/10/2025: Really catastrophic service, I spent almost an hour and 45 minutes before they closed and I ordered two pizzas at first they didn't want to serve me even though it was 6:10 p.m., then they served me only one pizza that I ended up throwing away because it was undercooked and poorly done. Really disappointed.

12/06/2026: I left a very positive review a few years ago, but after several visits, I have to say that things have declined somewhat. The service is mechanical, unenthusiastic, and soulless, and the kitchen seems to be on autopilot. There's no longer any real care taken in cooking the dishes. It's a real shame.

29/06/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. The ingredients seemed fresh and well-prepared, bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, perfect for enjoying a lovely meal with friends or family. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

28/06/2026: The worst experience ever!!!!! Definitely avoid the lamb and ground beef skewers... a disaster....the fries were cold, we waited almost 45 minutes...for a tiny plate of food (even though the restaurant was practically empty)....a disgrace to Lebanese cuisine...... Never again.

08/06/2026: A truly wonderful culinary experience this morning! We tried the couscous of the day and were pleasantly surprised by the taste. A taste that reminded us of our childhood in the countryside. In any case, we loved it: the dish, the quick service, and the warm welcome. I highly recommend it!

03/01/2026: Honestly, this is ridiculous. I paid €18 for a royal couscous, and seriously, the portion size is outrageous. Life is already expensive, and they were lucky I didn't check the bag when it arrived at my house. I saw it then, and if I'd seen it before, I would have thrown the couscous at his head! Seriously, who do they think we are? That's it, they won't see me again. Honestly, it was much better before with the previous owners. This restaurant was stingy. I haven't eaten it yet; I'll tell you later, but I'm telling you, these aren't dishes, they're rations.

22/11/2025: A very nice little bistro. I've been several times and I'm never disappointed. At €15 for the lunch menu, go for it without hesitation.

16/01/2026: Absolutely terrible, the reception was incredibly bland, they made you wait 2 hours to serve a dish that made no sense, it was a complete mess 🤮

12/06/2026: The advantage of this ice cream shop is that it opens relatively late and has seating. However, we found that some flavors were okay, but others were really bad, especially the coffee, which was very bitter.

11/06/2026: I came to Marseille last Saturday for the weekend and tried the fig, ricotta, and walnut ice cream – it was amazing! Next time I come, I'll try other flavors that look just as good 😋 A foodie's paradise!

19/03/2026: I found a small piece of plastic in my sorbet. I didn't dare say anything to the waiter, but I think it's pretty bad. The piece was quite sharp and about 1.5 cm long. It was gray, probably a piece of the mango sorbet container. I left it in plain sight on my plate when I left. I could have seriously hurt myself, and if I had swallowed it, it wouldn't have been good for my health 😣

09/03/2026: I go there often. Terrasses du Port. Friendly welcome, good clientele, well-maintained, great view, no waiting, good and generous portions. The raspberry garden for dessert is highly recommended.

04/06/2026: The pastries were poor quality: too hard, too floury, or just sugar with no real ingredients, and the "sfendje" was rubbery and too oily. But on top of that, it's a total rip-off: I'm from Marseille and I stopped by this pastry shop before catching my train to visit my mother (many shops close on Mondays in Marseille, so I had no choice). It cost me €48, but the cashier tricked me into thinking the card terminal was faulty and made me pay the same amount again. With my backpack and suitcase, the cashier assumed I was a tourist, an easy target for scammers. When I checked my bank statement, I was charged twice! I've been to this shop several times and have proof. The seller has never denied the facts, but he keeps coming up with a new excuse not to reimburse me, and this has been going on for four months (I'm writing this review in June 2026)! Now it's in the hands of the fraud squad and my bank. Absolutely avoid them!

04/06/2026: They're scammers! I went in with my mother, and they charged us €3 for a savory pastry when they actually sell it for €1. With my backpack (I was shopping), they mistook me for a tourist! I obviously reported the person who pocketed the €2... The pastries are also very bad; you're better off going somewhere else, frankly.
