10/04/2026: I come here very often, but there's very little choice for a traditional bakery, and they don't change their offerings enough. The customer service is inconsistent; a smile one day, then nothing much the next, whether it's the morning or afternoon shift. I often get the feeling I'm bothering her, and she rarely makes eye contact, which is very disappointing. The bakery is quite expensive for what you get. Their only redeeming quality is their excellent sourdough baguettes, and that's the main reason I go there.

30/08/2026: Hello, I stopped at this establishment because I was passing by. When I went in, my greeting was returned. So far, so good. When I tried to pay for my baguette using contactless payment, I was told that card payments were only accepted for purchases over €5. When I expressed my displeasure and said I was going to leave without buying anything, the person said she would make an exception and allow it. As I was leaving, I overheard the cashier telling her colleague that she couldn't stand these troublemakers anymore. So, two things to remember: When you sell consumables, you don't block card payments for purchases over €5. It's counterproductive and can be considered high-pressure sales tactics. It's easy to assume that some of the cash ends up in the pockets of the employees or the owners. Behavior like that, whether in front of or behind the backs of customers, as was the case here, is unacceptable. This is impolite, unprofessional, and could be considered a serious offense. I live in the neighborhood, and it's clear that from now on, I'll be going out of my way to get my bread from another bakery nearby. Sincerely.

They made a mistake with my order and then got angry when I explained they'd made an error… Avoid this place.

This was truly far from their reputation and the price they charge! Simply outrageous! The same thing happened with the bread I wanted sliced ​​this time.
