31/08/2024: I went there last April. This is a Starbucks where kindness is nowhere to be found. They block the restrooms and prevent customers from using them.
20/08/2024: Totally agree with the opinion of Éditions GBR ➡️ d—garni, empathé—who uses and abuses donuts and muffins lol Hyper hostile and hyper aggressive. He never smiles, borderline creepy.. We have the impression of disturbing him.. I am a customer at Starbucks for the originality of the lattes, for the matcha but also for the smile. In the USA, they are so welcoming, so smiling! He has no place at Starbucks, this job is not made for him. We wonder what he's doing there lol Several customers no longer come because of him and want him to leave as soon as possible

06/09/2024: It's a very well located Starbucks, the staff is welcoming and polite, however the commercial practice that was practiced for my order is really negative: I ask the cashier for a small Americano, the barista looks at the cashier and asks me " this size?" I said yes out of confidence and I realized that it was the size larger... I find this practice a little dishonest and above all disappointing. Apart from that everything went well.
02/09/2024: I went to this Starbucks for the first time. I ordered a large latte (and they didn’t ask me my first name 😅) The girl makes it for me in take-out mode with a paper cup and lid... I then tell her that it's for on-site... she says to me "you didn't tell me", at the same time she doesn't tell me didn't ask what I made him note 😅. She doesn't apologize for anything (it doesn't matter, I'm not touchy!). So then... she transfers it into a real cup...(great...) and gives it to me like that...(I should point out that there weren't many people there, and even one person or one or two from memory...). She doesn't give me a tray... it's up to me to ask... and incidentally it helps keep your tables clean so they don't stick lol... I saw that it bothered her... and I had to asked for a glass of water too… it was heavy… in short I felt that I was annoying him…. And I didn't even say that at the start I was the only one in line and the girl was doing I don't know what behind, not a hello, nothing to keep you waiting, I can understand being busy in a store EMPTY... and I'm very patient but hey... and I would finally move on to the detail where they were almost going to take the tray away from me even though I hadn't finished my coffee... but the waiter who had just arrived made up for it by Asking me if everything was okay, he admitted he was wrong… In short, a bad XP, and it's not the first Starbucks I've had so I'm very familiar with the top level of service in general, especially in the morning when there's not the accumulated fatigue of a whole day of work, like for example at the end of the day, what I could have understood…. In short, modestly, a little briefing is necessary!

22/09/2024: Pleasant setting facing La Bonne Mère; excellent welcome both by the waitress and the waiter who really care about the customers. Excellent value for money We were a group of 10 people and ate there twice. If we come back to Marseille, we will definitely go back there
21/09/2024: 2 stars for the waitress who is great 👌 The rest leaves something to be desired. Paying for a dish to have three poor prawns on the plate and coming out hungry is absurd! Not to mention the dry and sinewy entrecôte! Positive point on the other hand for the very well made burger and the unsuccessful chocolate fondant. We are far from good value for money We do not recommend this place at all.

08/09/2024: What a shame, such a beautiful view but nothing is right! I paid 25€ for a “pinsa” (mini pizza) with truffle: very small and not good. Deplorable service, no water or cutlery, unfriendly waiter, you can't swim without taking a deckchair. What's the point of paying so much to not enjoy the sea? To top it all off, they don't take restaurant tickets at lunchtime during the week.
07/09/2024: Unpleasant boss, whether on the phone or directly for a simple request to reserve deckchairs. The staff is unable to indicate by telephone whether deckchairs are free, you have to come yourself to tell us that it is full (even if several deckchairs appeared to be available). Count 25€ per deckchair

29/11/2024: Bonjour, je suis passé pr la livraison uber. Franchement c’est une catastrophe ce restaurant. Les produits froid, tout basarder dans un sac sans aucunes présentation. Pas de glaçons, pas de serviettes, pas de paille. 30€ pour un repas. Il serais temps de comprendre votre métier et de soigner vos commandes. Nous ne sommes pas des animaux.

17/12/2024: The worst customer service, let me explain: Friday December 13, I went to the McDonald's in Mauropianne, Estaque. It was after noon when I picked up my order at the drive-thru. As soon as I asked the teammate how I could differentiate between the different drinks ordered (two Coke Zeros and one Coke, all the same size), she told me that she didn't know and that it was I had to taste all the drinks to “know” which drink was for whom. I thought for a few seconds that this solution, according to her, was a joke. So I asked her to resolve the problem and, once again, in an aggressive tone, she replied: “What do you want me to do, taste them to tell you?” Really annoyed at this point, I asked him to redo the drinks, using a pen or just pushing bubbles on the lid so I could differentiate the Coke from the other Coke Zeros. She then started arguing with me, saying that it was not her job to do such a thing and that if I tasted the Cokes, the solution would be resolved. Not only did I have to raise my voice to get my drinks refilled, but all the while I was being insulted by this vulgar and rude young girl who was yelling at me. I of course threatened to block the drive until a resolution was made on his part. So she made my drinks again while insulting me, knowing that her manager was standing two meters away from her and that at no time did he deign to intervene. I get my drinks and she insults me again. It was one time too many, so I blocked the drive and went out to warn her manager of her execrable behavior. This gentleman, moreover, did not seem surprised, apologized and turned his back on us. When I got home, I of course noticed that she had intentionally exchanged all the drinks. What is serious is that at that time, I was accompanied by two elderly diabetics; so we had to throw away all the drinks. So thank you McDonald's and thank you to this ill-mannered teammate, and to the useless manager.

30/08/2024: Kind, pleasant and friendly staff, very good dough also the basic tomato sauce but... unfortunately the cooking time is not right the pizza 2 times raw all white on the bottom it's nonsense having a good pizza gratinated the cheese on top and in the raw middle... I'm sure that if you can modify that you will make a pizza like what we eat in Italy.
19/08/2024: Frankly, it's the last time in my life I'll order from them, the time for old-fashioned gallo is long gone, it's become a circus, it's already shrunk the pizza, and what was it like? blood 🤮, the dough was visible, it didn't rest, they had to do it in speed before opening, in short it was dead, and happy that you know it, I forgot to tell you last time, so I was in a hurry I walked past 🤦🏻‍♂️error on my part. 17/07/2024: Very good experience in this restaurant. Whether on site or delivered. We have never been disappointed. The only downside is the price. But the quality is there. And a smile too! We had called in advance because there was little time between noon and two. The lady prepared the table for us! As soon as we arrived we were able to eat straight away. Thanks again. Little special mention for the spicy jb and the frenchy
02/07/2024: Order via Uber Eats, sushi not fresh, avocado not ripe. Hives reaction all over the body after eating this meal, a first! I absolutely do NOT recommend this restaurant, avoid
