14/12/2025: The welcome was excellent, the service quick, and the food tasty, but it's a shame the vegetables were swimming in grease. The two cakes we chose weren't homemade.

A magnificent setting, attentive and welcoming staff, a menu (single menu) that made our mouths water, a chef who only wants our culinary delight. A delight with every plate, an excellent organic wine. This desire to stay until the end of the night, talking about the world with the owners and guests. 12/11/2025: I stayed there at least five times between 2003 and 2020. I was never disappointed, neither by the hotel nor the restaurant. The owners and their staff are lovely; they love talking about their region and their cuisine, and they enjoy getting to know their guests. It's a must-visit in Aubrac.

29/10/2025: Go check out this hotel and restaurant without hesitation. The staff are friendly and incredibly welcoming. You'll feel right at home. And as for the food, it's simply delicious, a real treat for the taste buds made with simple ingredients. I recommend this place 200%!
