05/08/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time at this restaurant with its simple, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to Olivier for his warm welcome and discreet yet attentive service, and to Mickaël for the delicious meal: snails, sweetbreads with morels, sesame Salers tataki, a cheese platter, and homemade ice cream with a hint of blueberry and chestnut. 04/08/2026: Such a lovely artisanal beer bar, great service and drinks. We didn't eat there unfortunately hence my rating. Will definitely go back next time we're in Paris.

25/07/2026: I make sure to come here every time I’m in Paris. Fantastic people who work here and the beer offerings are always a wonderful range of quality brews. Relaxing atmosphere with street seating. Get off at Cadet (Metro 7) and make the short walk- you won’t be disappointed.

08/08/2026: A great experience off the beaten path, a real change from your usual restaurant. The welcome is top-notch; you can really tell they're passionate about their restaurant. The products are amazing—nothing frozen, long live farm-fresh produce! 🐷 And local products too! Honestly, it's worth the detour; it's really worth it.

13/07/2026: The welcome is wonderful, the golden-brown galettes are delicious and prepared with love. The small glass of rosé is perfect, and the ice cream is excellent. The owner (Julien) is lovely and very attentive to his customers. I highly recommend this place.

04/07/2026: The welcome was perfect, the room spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed very comfortable. We had dinner there, which was very generous and excellent. Located in a quiet, pretty little village, we highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

10/06/2026: A lovely stopover in a former schoolhouse, far from the noise, in the countryside, with the pleasure of being welcomed by Lionel and Nathalie, a friendly couple. The food was good and the room was excellent. An inn we highly recommend. We enjoyed rediscovering the penholders and inkwells of our childhood.

09/08/2026: Bravo! We went there because on a Sunday evening, not much was open, and... what a pleasant surprise! The staff were outstanding. "You might have to wait because we're very busy." They warned us right away, which isn't always the case. And so it was indeed very busy, but the staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling. And what about the food? Well, it was good, local products, simple, and very tasty. In short, a pleasant surprise.

06/08/2026: A warm welcome awaited us for lunch in a peaceful and rejuvenating setting, despite our late arrival. The view was breathtaking... but our appetites weren't dampened, and the typical regional dishes were more than comforting. We particularly appreciated the meticulous attention paid to cooking the meats to perfection. This place is enjoyed by both adults and children, who can take in the vast and magnificent landscapes of the Cantal region. We highly recommend this restaurant.

17/08/2026: Kudos to the cook! The daily special is always delicious, or you can choose a salad with a small all-you-can-eat buffet for starters and desserts. Highly recommended.

14/08/2026: A very pleasant place to eat in a warm and welcoming family atmosphere. We went twice (and will definitely go back). Virginie, who looked after us each time, is a truly lovely, accommodating, and kind person. She had a "Virginie's special salad" prepared for me instead of the daily special because I have dietary restrictions, which she handled efficiently and kindly. My husband, for his part, thoroughly enjoyed a homemade truffade and a blueberry tart, both excellent. You can eat outside in a charming little square or inside. I highly recommend this place, which offers a comforting meal break in a relaxed atmosphere and at a very reasonable price considering the quality of the food. 21/07/2026: While passing through Salers, we had dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was attentive, and the dishes were well-prepared and beautifully presented. We savored the trout with julienned vegetables, and for dessert, we were delighted to discover a delicious blueberry flognarde that wasn't too sweet. The menu is competitively priced.

25/08/2026: During our vacation, we discovered this restaurant by chance and ended up going back twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. The food was excellent: simple, unpretentious cuisine made with high-quality ingredients. We also really appreciated the restaurant's clean, minimalist design. We'll definitely be back whenever we're craving a good steak!

02/09/2026: A very warm welcome. An excellent gourmet experience at a reasonable price. Regional products. Dining on the outdoor terrace in a charming cobbled alleyway was a delightful and unique experience. There was a bit of a wait due to the restaurant's popularity. Recommended by the manager of the sports shop a little further down the road. Thank you to him. And congratulations to the restaurateur. Bonus: dogs are welcome.

28/08/2026: Visiting Salers today, we had lunch in this lovely restaurant under the fireplace in plush armchairs. The waitresses were friendly, smiling, and attentive yet discreet. The quick service was much appreciated. The Trilogy and Auvergne salads were divine, and the lemon and blueberry bourriols were very good. What more can I say? A superb meal, a 5 out of 5 for quality and price, a wonderful experience. In short, I highly recommend it... Have a good evening. Mr. Jonnard

28/05/2026: A truly enchanting interlude. You'll be pampered by the owner and her sister. An unforgettable meal awaits you in a restaurant worthy of a Michelin star. The rooms are clean, though perhaps lacking a touch of modernity, but the rest of the experience more than makes up for it. A garage is available for motorcyclists. You can book your stay with half-board and enjoy a unique experience in terms of both the restaurant and the warm hospitality of the owners.

21/02/2026: A great stop in Pierrefort! A very warm welcome in a splendid setting; excellent lunch, fresh produce, and reasonable prices. Definitely not to be missed! We didn't stay overnight, but we'll do that next time 🙂
