17/08/2024: A traditional restaurant run by a beef cow producer. Its products are transformed and served with different choices of accompaniments from traditional Cantal recipes. The cuisine is simple and excellent. No fuss, just pleasure for the taste buds!
The environment on the set is magnificent.
You will need to book in advance otherwise you risk finding yourself in front of a full house.

The team took great care of our dog who accompanied us (quiet corner and water bowl).
If you are passing through Saint Flour, don't hesitate, you will be delighted!

There were 11 of us for dinner and we were very well received. The owner/restaurateur couple knows their stuff… they love talking about their local produce and home cooking. Seriousness, humor and very good cuisine! From the duck confit to the artisanal andouillette to the gizzard/foie gras salad, everything was perfect. Special mention for the homemade murât cones…
We recommend without hesitation.

09/08/2024: Roadside restaurant with a simple menu and local products. It’s good and plentiful. We had the veal head menu for €18. Excellent. Smiling and fast service. The setting is a little sad but that doesn't matter.
The prices are really attractive.
In short, a good experience.

20/09/2024: I hesitate between 4 and 5 stars. It's the kind of place we love. It's simple, clean, well located for motorcycle rides, the kitchen is very good and (too) plentiful, swimming pool, jacuzzi, garage for motorcycles....
Plus the boss is nice. What more could you ask for?

17/09/2024: For us, this small, rustic hotel with a restaurant in this manageable rural town was a relief from our previous stay in the city.
It is close to our destination “Viaduc Garabit Eiffel” so we could see it during the day and then in the evening with lighting.

30/07/2024: The service and the time are pleasant to have a drink on the sidewalk terrace. I recommend not favoring tables located directly on the street so as not to be too inconvenienced. A small concert by the group Garçon was pleasant to make the atmosphere friendly. Fair price.
