28/03/2026: A first for us, and certainly not the last. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The dishes can be gluten-free and are delicious, well-seasoned, and generous, and the chocolate fondant was incredibly decadent. The service was also very pleasant. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

03/03/2026: A charming little brasserie that gave us a warm welcome on a Tuesday lunchtime without a reservation 🙏 We enjoyed the set menu with a daily special and homemade dessert: Chicken in a cream sauce with penne pasta, a simple but very successful dish with balanced flavors and perfectly portioned servings. For dessert, a homemade pudding, served warm with crème anglaise and whipped cream. Lightly caramelized, airy, and very fragrant—in short, a delight 😋 We left happy, satisfied, and above all, at a very good price! €10.50 for the main course, €14 with dessert—in short, a great place for a delicious lunch in the city center.

13/04/2026: Not sure if I'm in the right place for the restaurant? In any case, the restaurant definitely deserves its 5 stars! It's very, very good. Professional service, delicious food, they work hard, and rightly so. There's just one thing I'd like to note to myself: "NEVER forget to order the trout in a salt crust." It happened to me twice, and I couldn't do anything to change their minds 😉.

24/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay: excellent food with delicious dishes. The atmosphere is very welcoming, both in the lounges and the restaurant. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

16/02/2026: A very charming shop with lots of local products (my favorite is the delicious blueberry jam) and plenty of other items too, all served by a very friendly staff. I highly recommend this shop.

I highly recommend it. And so many different products for everyone, with the option to personalize them with the fillable boxes. Go for it!! It's fantastic! 👌👌👌

Here, there's nothing pretentious: it's simple, authentic, and remarkably efficient. The cuisine showcases local Cantal products, with a special mention for the Salers beef, cooked to perfection and perfectly complemented. The dishes are generous, honest, and reflect a genuine respect for the local produce. The dining room is clean, functional, and designed so you can enjoy the moment without any fuss. It's a place you'll easily return to, precisely because it doesn't try to be anything other than what it is: a good, straightforward, and welcoming restaurant.

04/03/2026: A wonderful discovery for us, having stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly. A welcoming restaurant with truly excellent food – a real gem in my opinion, and very reasonably priced. Since we were on foot, we treated ourselves to a small Mac Na Mara whisky – what a delight! A big thank you to the owner. Next time we're in Aurillac, we know where to eat. A must-try!

30/10/2025: I had a wonderful night at this establishment; the room was very comfortable. The food was impeccable, worthy of the finest chefs, and the breakfast was also excellent. Passing through the region for work, I had a very pleasant stay at this inn. Travelers, don't hesitate any longer and book your stay here with complete confidence. You'll be welcomed by Alain, the manager, who will take care of you as if you were family. ☺️

28/02/2026: Very good cafeteria, it's a shame it's no longer open in the evenings because every year we stop at the Cantal Cottage hotel and we used to have our evening meal there, which suited us very well.

14/12/2025: The welcome was excellent, the service quick, and the food tasty, but it's a shame the vegetables were swimming in grease. The two cakes we chose weren't homemade.

19/04/2026: One of the few places in Saint-Flour that allows you to celebrate children's birthdays, with a few games of bowling and other activities. The owner is very patient and helpful with the kids. Furthermore, Le 108 is a well-designed and conveniently located establishment, and above all, it's a place where young and old alike can have a great time under the watchful eye of the owners.

12/02/2026: Really great, the wait was a bit long but the managers are super friendly! They give candy to the kids for bowling... I'll definitely be back!

28/12/2025: A very warm and attentive welcome, especially with two young children; everything was done to make them feel comfortable and enjoy an excellent lunch. A moment much appreciated by the parents and grandfather as well. The "pounti" was original and delicious, and the poultry, desserts, and Alsatian Pinot Noir were equally excellent.
