08/11/2025: Having visited three years ago, we returned with enthusiasm this year for a mushroom foraging course. A unique and welcoming place. Hosts who go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. Chef Marcel delights us with delicious, generous, and authentic cuisine. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience!

15/05/2026: We had a very good lunch. The children, aged 5 and 2, were warmly welcomed with a generous meal of starter, main course, and dessert. They were able to eat like the adults and discover local cuisine. A small coloring activity for them would have been a welcome addition, much appreciated by both children and parents to keep them occupied.
I recommend this establishment.
12/05/2026: Everything is perfect. The hotel offers very good quality meals, a warm welcome, lovely decor, and a magnificent view of the viaduct.

24/05/2026: A very nice restaurant that hasn't changed in years. The only downside is that I left after a full meal and was still hungry. Perhaps it's a Proustian madeleine, but it didn't seem that way to me a while ago.
21/05/2026: Superb hotel-restaurant-wellness center 👍. Excellent welcome, the whole team is fantastic and very friendly. The food is on par with the best chefs. High-quality wellness services, very good, and the facilitator was very professional and friendly.

28/02/2026: Very good cafeteria, it's a shame it's no longer open in the evenings because every year we stop at the Cantal Cottage hotel and we used to have our evening meal there, which suited us very well.
14/12/2025: The welcome was excellent, the service quick, and the food tasty, but it's a shame the vegetables were swimming in grease. The two cakes we chose weren't homemade.

28/12/2025: A very warm and attentive welcome, especially with two young children; everything was done to make them feel comfortable and enjoy an excellent lunch. A moment much appreciated by the parents and grandfather as well. The "pounti" was original and delicious, and the poultry, desserts, and Alsatian Pinot Noir were equally excellent.

19/04/2026: One of the few places in Saint-Flour that allows you to celebrate children's birthdays, with a few games of bowling and other activities. The owner is very patient and helpful with the kids.
Furthermore, Le 108 is a well-designed and conveniently located establishment, and above all, it's a place where young and old alike can have a great time under the watchful eye of the owners.
12/02/2026: Really great, the wait was a bit long but the managers are super friendly! They give candy to the kids for bowling... I'll definitely be back!

29/04/2026: We had an excellent stay at this hotel where everything is done to make guests feel at home. The cuisine is very good, featuring organic and/or local products. The atmosphere is cozy and the welcome is warm, even familial.
The Tour de France will pass by this hotel in July 2026. Attention cycling enthusiasts if you want to take advantage of the many benefits of this excellent establishment while being in the front row for this sporting event.

Ideally located in the heart of nature between Murat and Prat de Bouc, in a peaceful and relaxing setting.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel and the rooms are immaculate, spotlessly clean. A truly excellent place that I highly recommend!
